Walked in.. 4 staff sitting, talking with each other. Older lady turns to me.. turns back and speaks in their language to others. No one acknowledged that I’m standing at counter! Awkward feeling! I walk out.. Someone comes to door and turns off the open sign. Door clearly states 9:30a to 7:00p M- Saturday! It’s 5:11p! Never again. If you’re closing early.. cool…No problem.. But please acknowledge customers!

I will not go back again to this place and won't recommend this to others. I went there to get simple haircut done. This is my personal experience. 1. HYGIENE issue: EWWWW!! The hair brush she gave me to comb my hair has lot of hair stuck into it. YUCK!!! 2. A.C. turned off OMG: I asked her if the AC was running or not, she said because its cold outside that's why they kept AC off. OHH PLEASE!!! it was raining and 74Deg.F outside. 3. Not open for any suggestion!!: This is so sad, When I gave her a suggestion, the way I want my hair to look she felt offended and turned rude and not cooperative. At the end, did not even helped me with the mirror and brushing my hair. Made me grab the mirror from next station. WOWW!!! HOW INSULTING THAT WAS!!!! Very disappointed. I did not felt welcomed and treated fairly at your place. Very sad. After reading this review I hope your quality of service will improve.

Great prices, even offered me a discount on shampoo/conditioner or styling gel after my haircut. Took quality time with me to make sure my hair was cut to perfection the exact way I wanted. Absolute perfection thank you for an outstanding experience!

I purchased a Groupon to try out a set of lashes. When I went to schedule the appoint via phone, the business owner said that they were no longer offering Groupons, even though I had already purchased it. Poor customer service.

I went in and the hairstylist there did it incredible job after a while of not being able to get a haircut due to the pandemic I finally got a haircut and it was amazing and she even help me with eyebrows help me with beauty products and accessories. Emily has a great customer service and I will definitely be back regular basis and will absolutely recommend.

Daniel is a skillfull hairstylist and he suggests new hair styles to suite your personality. I will be their regular customer from now onwards. Try their eye lash extension, amazing results. Emily applied the classic lashes today and they look so amazing and very natural! The salon is beautiful and very clean. Staff was welcoming and friendly. I never had lashes added and was a bit skeptical, but Emily did an amazing job and my eyes look great!! Such a nice place. Give this shop a try!!

I’ve been living in Houston for almost 2 years now (originally from NY) and it is hard for me to trust anyone to cut my hair. My hair is very long and I know some can get scissor friendly. My nail place is next to this salon and I saw they had just opened so I figured why not give a try (also at the time it was their grand opening 50% off). I told the gentleman I believe his name was Daniel exactly what I wanted and to please not cut too much. He did exactly what I asked and layers. I was so happy. Trust is a very hard thing to earn and I’m happy I went with my instincts here. Very professional and relaxing. I will deff return.

This salon Grand Opening yesterday with promotion 20% off. I drove by and went in to get my hair Balayage color done by Emily the owner. She was wonderful and friendly. The salon is beautiful and clean. I love my hair color came out me.
