The old Italian is really sneaky he gives you one price on the phone and then you come there and he gives you another price after he does a mediocre job. Never coming back.

I would have given four stars as I got what I wanted. i.e., color correction,-coloring my hair black to hide my old green hair color . I am very disappointed with the service given. The lady who worked on my hair was irritating and perhaps out of her mind. (No offense to her condition, but I think this is a bit serious). She kept talking and explaining the same thing over and over to me for almost an hour. I really feel someone who cares about her should tell her/take her to see a doctor? It consumed so much of my energy. I felt like she was taking advantage/testing of my kind and calm nature. Or perhaps of using me as a dumping zone? I ram sorry , I really hate to say all this but this is what has happened. P.S.: She did her job correctly. Also, I gave her tip $10 even if I felt $150 for color correction was a bit too much.

Terrible place for a haircut. The old Italian botched completely and I tried to have him change what he was doing and kept saying he doesn’t know how to cut men’s hair. Terrible service and terrible place. Very overpriced as well.

I am spoiled that Claudio's is just around the corner from my home. The staff is wonderful and Larry is THE BEST. I am a regular and each visit is always consistent with great customer service and smiles.

I just called to get shades on my hair. The receptionist didn't know what that was and told me to call another salon. You just lost business.
