If you’re on a budget and don’t care much about style, this place might work since the prices are reasonable for the area. But honestly, her style is awful—just looking at her own fashion and hairstyle, you can tell she has no eye for style. I asked for curtain bangs, but she cut them completely straight, like blunt bangs. Her English is really limited—she just kept saying “ok, ok.” The person who washed my hair didn’t seem to know what shampoo they were using, and my hair ended up super dry and damaged after. To be real, if I could leave a negative review, I would, just to share my honest experience. The reviews and TikTok videos hyping this place up are not accurate at all. This was my second visit. The first time, I got blunt bangs, so it wasn’t a big deal, and I dressed well that day—maybe that’s why she styled my hair decently, though it still looked terrible once I got home. This time, I thought trimming curtain bangs would be simple, but the result was a disaster. I’m never coming back here, and I’m sharing this so no one else has to go through the same.

Honestly, I almost never leave reviews, but I hope this one helps someone. I had long, thick hair, and I asked for a layered cut to give it some shape. However, the result was completely different from what I wanted. They cut my hair way shorter than I asked for and didn’t follow my instructions. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the stylist simply said, “Hair grows,” which I found very unprofessional. Now I feel like I barely have any hair left, and I deeply regret going there. To make things worse, my hair is wavy, and I know that once the temporary straightening wears off (which will be soon), it’s going to look even worse. I asked for a hair cut and got messed up. I had to go to different salon to fix my hair. I don't think she knew how to design short hair. They said they wouldn't get paid, but I had to regrow my hair, and the designer kept saying there was miscommunication

I haven’t gotten a hair cut in sooo long because I always end up not liking it but I saw great reviews of this salon on tiktok and they were so right!!! They gave me exactly what I asked for and my haircut looks just like the photo inspo I showed them. Can’t wait to come back!!!

I was happy with my and my son's haircut with stylist, Julie. I have medium-length hair and my son is 12, and we were both satisfied with our services and haircuts. My son's cut was $30 and mine was $50 or $55 (can't remember... T.T). I asked for nice side layers and she did an excellent job with. I'll be going back for my 2nd haircut soon and hopefully, it will be just as great.

Was quite disappointed to get a simple haircut here.The staff is not non-korean customer friendly. They didn’t care much about having an open communication. My appointment was cancelled & rescheduled & assigned to different hairstylist than the one requested. I left $60+tip short & feeling bad ‘cos i tried to communicate what i wanted out of a haircut & ask for the requested stylist but the staff did not bother & the stylist gave a haircut they felt/ or understood was appropriate. Very quick service. The haircut itself is OK. Not what i was hoping for. So imo, recommend only if you need a quick haircut w/o consultation or customer service.

Great experience here. I got in for a blowout with two hours notice on a Sunday afternoon. The ladies don’t speak a lot of English, but very sweet and my hair looks great. It was $55 plus tip, and my blowout took 35 min.

Super professional and skilled! My haircut was $55, which is a great price since my hair was pretty long and the hairdresser has a lot of experience. Only thing I would recommend is to call ahead and make an appointment!

I found this place through instagram and decided to give it a try. My stylist was Julie, At first I was worried it would turn out bad because I have curly hair and I didn’t know if she has experience working on curls. However when she finished blow drying my hair it was THE BEST HAIR CUT IVE HAD. She gave me exactly what I wanted. The only negative thing was that I didn’t feel welcomed, the staff wasn’t friendly at least they weren’t to me. During the hair cut she barely spoke to me and I just sat there feeling very awkward. But I’m an introvert so this isn’t a deal breaker for me. Also prices are great only $45 for a haircut. I’m gonna go back and get my hair colour for sure!

Despite the high-quality service, her pricing is fair and accessible. I left her salon feeling confident and satisfied. Needed to find a new hairstylist that wouldn’t break my wallet and found this salon. I showed a picture of the cut I wanted and the result was perfect! I haven’t been this happy with a haircut in a long time. Also love how there’s easy parking right out front. I’ll be coming back!

Very reasonable price/m and good service. May be not a super fancy, upscale, overpriced place but does a good job. Place is very clean and cozy. Good skills and I am satisfied with my cut (and my kid)

got the best cut of my life. my stylist was super kind and seemed to be really concerned about the longevity of my hair. she felt like a hair doctor!!! this is the only time i’ve ever been satisfied with a cut straight from the salon. i also told her i have wavy hair and she took that into account. love!!!

여기 웬디라는 여자인가? 그 안경잡이 뚱녀한테 다운펌이랑 컷을했는데 다운펌을 40분이상 방치함, 그러고 머리감으니가 뒷머리 녹았음 내가 만져봐도 녹은머리임 근데 난 솔직히 짜증났지만 티는 안나서 실수해도 이해하려했음, 내가 좀 녹은것 같다고 언급하니까 내가 전에 펌을해서 그렇다함;ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 펌한지 3개월만에 방문이고 머리를 컷한 상태에서 다운펌을 한건데 내탓으로 돌리더니 마지막에 가게에서 파는 에센스를 나한테 사라고 강매함; 진짜 이여자때문에 한국 사람들 더더욱 못믿겠음 사기공화국 출신 아니랄까봐 매일 사기치는 한국인 웬디 미용사ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 내가 니때문에 다신 안간다 이것뿐이냐? 내가 방문하기 전날 전화해서 가격확인하고 예약한건데 당일날 갑자기 $10더 불음;;; 왜 어제 가격이랑 다르냐고 했더니 갑자기 당황한웃음 짓는 당신 얼굴 아직도 기억남…..그따구로 사지마소 관상은 뭐다?

First time coming to this place cause we just move from Vegas. This salon is just a 3 minute walk from our apartment here In LA so that is a plus. I'm so glad I found Clé Hair cause May did an amazing job on my hair. She makes sure that I get the haircut that I want and for a very reasonable price. She's quick but very thorough in her work and I had a very nice experience coming here. Will be back for a hair color next week. ❤️

I can not recommend May enough! May did a wonderful job cutting my hair as well as my daughter’s hair(3 yo). She is kind, attentive and always has a bright smile! I have been several times now and although I now live a few hours away, I will continue to come see May.

May is absolutely amazing. I was pleasantly surprised on her craft and articulation to detail when she was cutting my hair. She was friendly, did exactly what I requested, and was very efficient all while maintaining her attention to detail. I walked out loving my haircut. I highly recommend May and am happy to have found her.
