I genuinely could not recommend Clean Slate more! Stephanie and Jie impress me each time I come in for an appointment. They are both incredibly knowledgable and compassionate individuals but what I appreciate most is their passion to provide best in class services here in Reno. I've watched their business grow over time and it's clear they prioritize and care deeply for their clientele as they've continued to invest back into their service offerings and education. I will continue to recommend them to all my family and friends knowing they are in great hands!

Instant glow with the laser facial. Able to target all of my concerns like hyperpigmentation and acne scars. Five stars!!! Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Definitely going back!

The owner of this spa is an absolute hustler. Not surprised to see she's still scamming innocent people here and there and hiding behind what looks to be a legitimate business. I feel badly for the doctor who got caught up in doing business with her. I'd run while you still can. Free advice ;) ETA: No, Stephanie, I'm not confused but thank you for you concern.

Edit: I took my god daughter to the medi spa yesterday, and we both remain delighted. I noticed a negative reviw on this site that makes no sense, and clearly contains inaccurate information. Dr. Lan did the consultation herself and often referenced the scientific backing for the treatments they offer. I have a very high degree of confidence in their professionalism, the standard of care, and the efficacy of the treatments they offer. Original review below. Jie and Stephanie are fantastic! They were everything you would want: friendly, professional, very communicative about the products, procedure and outcomes - and fun, too!I was very happy with the process, and the care for not causing pain - it didn’t hurt at all. And a week later, I am very happy with the results - noticeably smoother skin, especially on my forehead and around my eyes.

The only spa I will go to! We fly in from Seattle to see Jei and Stephanie every few months for laser treatment. The technology and products they use are all top of the line—my results speak for themselves. Highly recommend this woman-owned business! 🤩

There is a reason they are one of the top 3 med spas in Reno! I came here because I started some skincare products that gave me a lot of cystic acne and scarring. I was really discouraged until talking to Dr. Jei and Stephanie they are the so knowledgeable and really put my mind at ease. They made me feel so comfortable and are both so sweet! Can't recommend them enough!

Well I can say I signed up for a consultation online which had no cost associated with it. When I finished they charged me $100. Completely unexpected. I will certainly not be going here solely based on their misrepresentation. I would have considered it based on their services and the knowledge they showed; even though they are more expensive than others around the area but I think it showed shady business practice.

I love Clean Slate! Since we moved to Reno i have been on the hunt of a good med spa and finally found one. Dr. Lan and Ms. Stephanie is very informative and helpful on which treatment i should get. They make you feel so comfortable and give more information on how to take better care of your skin. What i love the most though is they are open on the weekends. 🥹

I love that Dr Lan is an MD and could numb my face before they did my microneedling! The care and attention to keeping everything sterile and my comfort were paramount. Can’t wait to book another session !!!

I recently had ACL reconstruction surgery. Ive gone to Clean Slate a couple times, and plan to go much more! It has helped significantly with inflammation, pain, and scarring as well.
