Highly recommend Jordynn at Clean Your Dirty Face - Blakeney Charlotte location. The entire experience was very pampering. She had great communication about the products she was using during the facial and everythings smelled and felt wonderful. My skin has never felt better.

My wife recommended I try this place. I was really skeptical at first but the inviting atmosphere and welcoming staff made this experience really enjoyable from start to finish. They explain all the different steps and options (I ended up going with the Virgin bundle) and tailor the treatment to your specific skin type. Overall a great facial! Would definitely be going back soon!

The esthetician was knowledgeable and walked me through every step, explaining the benefits of each product and treatment. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing, and my skin has never felt so clean and refreshed. I loved how tailored the experience felt to my specific needs. I recently visited clean your dirty face for a facial and left feeling quite disappointed. I was charged extra for “extractions,” but there was no explanation beforehand about the process. It turns out the extractions were performed using a pharmacy-bought tool, and they only applied it to my nose and chin. Had this been explained upfront, I would have reconsidered paying for the add-on. A professional facial experience should include transparency about techniques and tools, especially when extra charges are involved. Unfortunately, this felt far from a high-quality or thorough service. I won’t be returning.

I went in for a facial after what seemed like years and was so impressed with the place! As you walk in everything is neat and clean and well organized. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I got a wonderful facial done and it felt so relaxing! They didn’t push treatments or products on me like other places do but I did end up picking up some of their products, my favorite is the goodnight goodness serum and the third eye boost! Overall I loved the place and the atmosphere! I will definitely be going back and telling others about it!

The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, taking the time to understand my skin concerns and goals. The facial itself was pure bliss. The esthetician was knowledgeable and tailored the treatment to my skin type, using high-quality products that left my face feeling rejuvenated and glowing. She explained every step of the process and provided helpful tips for maintaining my skin at home. I’ve already booked my next appointment and can’t wait to return. My experience was awesome from check in to checking out! The service was great. They also recommended a facial oil and a facial primer that have been worked into my everyday skin care routine! I have really sensitive skin so it was awesome to have such a nice clean facial and great products that work also!

First time getting a facial. The full service with extractions was painful (nose) but so worth it. My favorite products work much better now since exfoliating. Emily was excellent; good listener and gave really good tips!! Thankfully my skin was not irritated or swollen after the service. Take home some "Shady Lady" and their exfoliating "sauce". Will be returning as needed!

Went in for the zen bundle and had a wonderful experience. Angelina did a great job and explained the facials and their benefits. Highly recommend for a spa day. My face just feels lifted.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic facial at CYDF. The staff were not only friendly and welcoming but also took their time to personalize the experience just for me. The vibe of the spa is super chill, adding to the overall relaxation. My skin feels incredible after the treatment — they really know their stuff! Can't wait to return for another session. I went in for my first facial ever with my mom as a gift for Mothers Day. Liz was amazing and explained what every single product was for and if it could cause any tingling sensations, or pressure feeling. This made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Definitely recommend this place and Liz!!!

Fabulous experience. All the staff members are wonderful. They have a vibrant studio with quality products and service. I signed up for their unlimited plan and can already tell how much of a difference it’s making in my skin routine. Everyone is fabulous. Be patient as they can get busy and run behind every now and then. Another huge plus is the shopping center next to them that can keep you occupied while your spouse/partner gets their facial.

My esthetician, Angelina was not only skilled but also incredibly attentive to my skin concerns. She took the time to assess my skin and customize the treatment accordingly. The products used were of the highest quality, they smelled amazing and I could immediately feel their nourishing effects. The gentle massage techniques used melted away any tension I was holding, leaving me feeling rejuvenated both inside and out. After the treatment, my skin looked and felt amazing. It was visibly brighter, smoother, and more radiant. If you're looking for a truly transformative facial experience, look no further. I purchased the founding membership and will definitely be returning for more pampering sessions in the future! So my wife asked me to go with her to get a facial; I was a little apprehensive at first but eventually agreed to come along. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming and Stephanie did a great job of walking me through the steps and helping me make an informed decision for the best package. Overall my experience was great and I came away feeling (and looking) like a brand new man! When I saw how much stuff she was able to remove from my pores and then see my face after was literally mind boggling! Not only did I rejuvenate and rehydrate my face, I got brownie points with the wife for taking part of the day to spend with her. Win-Win.

Had the most amazing facial at Clean Your Dirty Face! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in a skincare paradise. The estheticians are pros – they customized my treatment and left my skin glowing! Plus, the vibe is super chill and welcoming. Can't wait to go back for more pampering! I also have really acne prone skin and noticed that a few days after my facial my active acne was starting to go away without over drying my face. Highly recommend!

I came to visit this new location and loved it. As you walk in you immediately notice the modern and sleek design, which gave it a luxurious feeling! Everyone in the front was very helpful and could answer any question I had! Elizabeth gave me an amazing experience. She would explain every step with detail as she moving on to the next one. I really enjoyed my facial with Angelina. She took the time to talk to me about my skincare needs beforehand and adapted the facial for my very sensitive skin. During the facial, she even explained each product as she put it on my face. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be making an appt with her again.

She is so sweet, makes sure I'm comfortable and explains what the products she puts on my face does for me which is really helpful knowledge. The facial in itself was relaxing and went really well! This was my first time for a facial ever and I couldn’t have picked a better first time place for my experience. Elizabeth was the most amazing and helpful, guided me through what she was doing it and talking me through recommendations of what to products to use that were right for me and my skin texture! I can’t wait to go back, because I’m definitely going back! Over clean your dirty face did exactly that and I walked out with renewed and hydrated skin.
