I honestly don’t write reviews but please don’t get started with Nylle. She is so educational when doing your facial. Her energy is literally intoxicating. It was a very delightful and relaxing experience. Book the appointment loves ❤️

Nylle and Aja are absolutely amazing! Adding regular facials to your skin care routine is not only an investment in your beauty regimen but in your overall health and wellbeing. Bright colors are so inviting; lots of pinks and yellows. The music playing really sets up the vibe. Facials are a great stress reliever; it helps you to relax as I almost fell asleep during my lymphatic face massage. Facials help with premature aging; with me being over fifty it’s important that I am consistent with skin care and I love a hydrating glow. Facials help improve product absorption; with the price of serums and creams constantly going up, I can’t afford for anything to just be sitting on my face. I need it fully absorbed into my skin. That’s how the products work. I tried counting how many steps Nylle performed while doing my facial. Between the steamer and her magic hands I would doze off. I know I was cleansed twice and there was an exfoliant applied. I do remember the ice queens with the charcoal mask because the bulbs were cold. Other than that, it’s a blur. Afterwards, my skin felt amazing, plump and hydrated. I really enjoyed the blue sea kale serum which I got to keep as I upgraded to the Blue Steel Facial. Worth it. Aja at the reception desk is very welcoming and not at all pushy about getting you to sign up for a membership. They are running a 35$ facial special for a limited time. If you miss this special, go to the website. There is always a code for first timers. I will return for the recommended Zen Facial. Don’t expect me to remember it. Lol.

I had an amazing experience with Isabel! She is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, and her attention to detail is unmatched. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Isabel took the time to assess my skin and tailor the treatment to my skin type perfectly. Her gentle touch, and warm personality made the entire experience unforgettable. I love love love Clean Your Dirty Face Spa (South Loop). Since the first day I walked in Ariel was so welcoming! She’s so friendly, personable, & professional. Merayah my aesthetician is the absolute best!!! I don’t go to anyone else. Since day one I was hooked on her facials. She has an amazing personality and is so knowledgeable with all skin types and concerns. She is very professionally and her facials are so soothing and effective. She explains everything thoroughly and gives really good pointers on skincare. I have good skin, but Merayah has definitely helped improve my skin. I highly recommend this spa and 1000% recommend asking for Merayah at the South Loop location if you ever are looking for a clean, professional, friendly, reasonable priced way to improve your skin.

I was so excited for my first visit here after hearing pretty positive reviews. I had the first appointment and the front desk , Aja, was extremely sweet, knowledgeable and welcoming… she was the highlight of the entire experience here. Unfortunately, my appointment was with Maddie who was late to the appointment (late to getting to the actual store). Once she did show up it was basically a game of catch up for the entire facial. I felt like instead of just setting up and taking her time with my appointment she was trying to set up and sterilize while doing my facial at a mediocre level. Probably one of the most unsatisfactory facials I have received, but I think it was just because of who I had. I am excited to go back to the South Loop location and try another person.

Isabel has been my esthetician on two occasions, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed her service each time. She takes the time to explain everything she’s doing, which I really appreciate. She’s both friendly and knowledgeable, and I highly recommend her.

Merayah was excellent and made my evening very relaxing! She recommend some products but wasn’t pushy. The pace is quite open and bright but otherwise I found it to be really really nice. Ariel at the front desk was so kind to everyone who walked in and really cared about people’s experience, I assumed she was the owner! It seems the people who work there enjoy each other and have created a welcoming environment for themselves and the guests.

So I get ...wicked anxiety when doing anything where someone has to touch me (especially when my eyes are closed!!), so facials are tricky, but I love my skin, so I reached out to Clean Your Dirty Face and I scheduled. I told them about my discomfort ahead of my visit and that this is essentially exposure therapy, and they took SUCH amazing care of me. Thank y'all for a great experience, and you make it easy to be brave. I'm excited to try my new products too. I am not sure who reads these reviewss, but between Maddie and Ariel...I left there exactly as Airel claimed when I walked in. Negativity leaves while in this place! I ended up getting the membership (my first membership appointment is this week!) because a side effect of the anxious feeling is not getting the nerve the schedule...so while I was feeling good, knowing my skin deserves to be treated well, I got the membership and scheduled then and there. Gives me that built in reminder to give myself some time sometimes. I'm really looking forward to it. My skin looked so good after the last visit. And when using the products in between...without fail...people would say how good my skin is looking. So...do this for yourself. You deserve it too, and you'll be well looked after. ❤️

This location is one of my favorite places to come and reset. Especially after my long weekdays! The staff is incredible from entry to service. I’ve never felt more at home and comfortable with a group of people than I do at Clean your dirty face - South Loop! Such great service and I highly recommend! Please be sure to request for their secret list while there! You won’t be disappointed!

I stumbled across a video on TikTok for a facial for $35. I told my sisters let’s plan a day to go to clean your dirty face. When i tell you this was our first time having facials and how excited we were. Maddie was my saving grace today. I never knew how much i needed her until now. Maddie was so gentle and informative about every step and product she was using. Maddie keep pushing for greatness because today you made me feel like a girls girl. I even signed up for a membership. I hope to see maddie again soon. I will definitely be passing out info to this gem. Im so glad i had this amazing experience. Thanks

Isabel did my facial and she did an amazing job! I almost took a nap in the chair! I got the Virgin Bundle and feel/see a slight difference (after 4 days). Asia (spellcheck), the receptionist, was also great with assisting me with checking in, scheduling my next appointment, and checking me out! Overall, they were very welcoming and I liked it enough to get a membership! The only thing that I'm not the biggest fan of is that the appointments are in an open space, so you don't get privacy from the other customers being serviced during your session.

Love CYDF. Everyone is so nice and friendly, it is a little community. The service and products are great, plus the choice to add on services to fit your need or mood is perfect. So happy I got the membership!

They were very accommodating when I had to reschedule and the front staff was so nice and my aesthetician Merayah did a wonderful job. It was definitely a fun and rejuvenating experience rather than boring and serene. Highly recommend. The 1 hour flew by!

This was the best facial experience I’ve ever had! Everyone knew what they were doing kept me educated and One of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Big shout outs to Airel and Nylle or Nyile (sorry if I got it wrong!), but they killed it!

Lovely except they perform additional services that they do not explain will be an additional charge. I'm new to facials and just assumed that the package I selected would be the one charged for. Make sure you specify that you do not want upcharges not selected prior!
