Kira did an EXCELLENT job with facial I received. She Explained everything before administering the different products. It was a very relaxing and stress reducing experience. The zen bundle was worth every penny. Highly recommend!!!!!

I want to start off by saying I loved the facials. The lady I saw was incredibly nice & she was always so good at her job. You could tell she really cared, which is why I couldn’t drop this review all the way to a 1 star. But as far as pricing goes for the business, they are deceitful. They’ll lure you into the membership, and then be unclear about any add ons. They told me the facial was “an $85 bundle” so it made it sound like for $85, all of this stuff was included. But when I checked out, they hadn’t applied my membership credit to it, so I paid $55 for membership AND $85 for the rest. They never once said it was an add on or extra cost. I assumed you could apply your prepaid session from the membership ($55) and the difference would have been $35. But instead they charged me $140 for this session, which I did not find worthy of $140. I talked to someone who still never clarified and said I couldn’t get refunded, so I disputed it with my bank. Then the owner or manager (not sure which position she was) continued to harass me and blow up my phone for 2 months. I work in the massage business so I know how memberships and add ons to services work. Also, they knock up the pre set gratuity prices. For example, 15% and 20% are not what their iPad says. I did the math when I left because I felt like I had overpaid gratuity, and it was knocked up a few dollars. It’s not that the aesthetician didn’t deserve a few more dollars, but it’s about being deceitful and dishonest by the business. It’s quite a shame because I genuinely enjoyed the facials and the lady I saw but I will not be back to this location. If you’re considering going, just make sure you double check prices on services/add ons AND calculate your own percentages on gratuity to avoid overpaying or surprising charges!

The staff is always amazing. I always leave with my skin feeling rejuvenated and clean. Just wish they offered more services dermaplaning, but for the membership price it’s a great deal.

Had my first facial today and it was phenomenal! My face is super bright and clear now with no hyperpigmentation. It’s never looked this good. They were also great and patient with my mom who was really stressed out by the steam. (Her first facial too) Thanks for a nice experience.

Had my first facial with Sammy! She was so lovely and glad our friends recommended her! She was super sweet and explained all the steps and even personalized my experience with what my skin needed. Safe to say when I return I will be having Sammy take care of my skin and make me have that glazed donut look! LOVED IT!

I can’t say enough great things about Clean Your Dirty Face LoHi! My skin looks amazing and SO clean! My friends are constantly telling me my skin is glowing. This year I wanted to focus on preventive skin care and Clean Your Dirty Face has definitely helped me. My skin bosses, Sammy, Melanie and Bella are amazing! They not only give me recommendations but are also so friendly which definitely makes getting a facial not only relaxing but also so easy and fun! I would highly recommend everyone try Clean Your Dirty Face!

I paid for extra stuff and had I not I don’t know what they would have done using the “virgin” first time code. Like just put on moisturizer? lol. I can do that at home for free. Was still so overpriced at 100$ for the extras and the discount. It felt super rushed. She didn’t even take off my mascara. So after my eyes were all crusty. Looked like no extractions had been done even tho I paid for it and felt her doing it. But still so many blackheads still there. No difference at all. Not relaxing at all. I cannot recommend. It’s 100% not worth it. Do not go here. You will literally feel like you threw money in the trash. Next day update: woke up with irritated red scabs on my nose from the girl who did my facial pushing too hard and dragging on my skin with the extraction tool. It’s not cute, it looks awful. I repeat. Don’t go here.

I've been getting facials for a few years and I've been wanting to visit Clean Your Dirty Face. I finally got a facial there last week, and I really enjoyed it! The location is super convenient and I found a parking spot right out front. I was greeted by name and I filled out a form regarding information on my skin with spots to write down any concerns. I was taken to the back where I observed three separate stations each with reclining spa chairs for customers. Mallory gave me an overview of the service and started right away. At this point, I liked the efficiency. The facials are a thirty-minute experience, with an option to upgrade to an hour. Mallory did an amazing job. She was really thorough and I especially loved the amount of pressure she uses during the massage portion. I learned that all of the products they use are their own, and you can buy any of them directly in their store. They all smell so good and felt great on my skin. I'm considering buying their SPF after wearing it post-facial! My skin felt and looked amazing afterwards, and when I checked out, I didn't feel pressured to buy anything during check out (nor during check-in with upgrades) - a welcome feeling. I think it would be a really good option for people who haven't had facials before, as it's a low-pressure, short commitment in a welcoming space. If you're looking for something more relaxing, I wouldn't necessarily recommend it as you're sharing the space with potentially two other customers and technicians. This is totally okay, but everyone has their own preferences! All in all, I think this was a great experience and I'd definitely go back. I will likely add their facials into my regimen, alternating between CYDF and a more relaxing facial spa - they both have their advantages!

Really friendly workers, who provide an excellent version of the service offered (5 stars for the workers). My issue is the treatment is more of a glorified face wash and mask + steam using products you can buy in the lobby. I purchased the virgin bundle which is very discounted, and still did not think it was worth the price at all. I can’t imagine if I’d paid full price. Adorable marketing and packaging, but you’re paying more for Instagram aesthetic and not an actual treatment.
