I had a wonderful experience here. Everyone from the receptionists, to my aesthetician were top tier amazing! The spa is so clean and calming. I was waxed by Mercedes and she was great! She works very fast, but was also very meticulous and gentle. Booking her I assure you won't be disappointed.

Went in for the Luminous-C facial with Aliyah and it was amazing!!! It was comfortable, relaxing and informative. She was super knowledgeable and had a great recommendation for a product I could incorporate into my routine. Can’t wait to go back and see her again. Highly recommend this spa. Very professional, clean and friendly staff!

I had a wonderful experience today! I got a lot of attention to detail and left completely hairless because she went above and beyond with plucking after waxing. She was also able to remove my ingrown hairs to ensure a smooth finish. Highly recommend!

This is absolutely THE spot for any and all of your skincare essentials. Mercedes is the best of the best and my immediate go to for facials, waxing, recommendations for skin care, etc. Mercedes is so down to earth and kind, she makes coming to her natural and easy because I always feel like I’m dealing with a family friend instead of just a professional. I have annoying combination skin that’s constantly breaking out and she always knows how to deal with it. If you’re thinking about taking a spa day… do it! You deserve it. & make sure you go see Mercedes to get the best treatment everrrrr.

I loved my entire experience at Cleise spa, from the warm welcome to the free virgin piña colada at the end! I had a 45 minute infrared sauna session, 80 min deep tissue massage with Jenna and facial with Jessica. Absolutely top 5 best massage and facial I've ever had. My face was glowing and the pressure was perfect for what my body needed. I'm so impressed and will 100% be back for a full body scrub asap! Every single employee was so warm and kind, too. Absolutely recommend for a high levek of service.

Had a facial with Jessica on Thursday and WOW! My skin has done a complete 180 in just the last two days. I’ve been suffering with very bad cystic acne for the last two years & it’s something I’m incredibly self conscious about and struggle daily to cover. Yesterday was the first time in the last two years that I didn’t spend worrying about how my skin looked, I have no more active breakouts & my skin was so smooth I honestly couldn’t believe it. Not only that but the areas of my face that typically get oily by the end of the day didn’t look a bit shiny at all. As for the facial itself, Jessica was incredibly informative & talked me through every step before she did it. She constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable & was clearly very knowledgeable. After the facial she recommended products & helped me come up with a long term plan for my skincare. Long story short, it was worth every penny (and to be honest their facials are very reasonably priced). If I lived in the area I would be in monthly, thank you so, so much Jessica!

Highly recommend Jenna for your next message. Had a massage 3/11 and what a treat! Jenna is thorough and after massaging each part of your body she takes a warm moist towel to remove the oil so your clothes are saved. Jenna's hands melted me like warm butter. Fabulous!!

Horrible experience, for the price you can get a much better wax elsewhere. Also you should have a warning or discount when booking an inexperienced waxers. Enjoyed coming here for past services but will not be back.

I give major props to the management that allowed me to use a gift certificate that expired the end of 2022 today! It took two emails but they agreed to it which was nice. I booked an 80 massage online and had Jenna as my masseuse. It was a relaxation massage but definitely turned into a deep tissue which at the time wasn’t great but in reality, was needed. Jenna was amazing as she worked her hands and elbows all over my back and worked my calves as well as requested. The cost was $180 but with the GC just paid a little out of pocket along with a tip based on the value of the massage. My only gripe was I was never offered a beverage when I came in which was about 10 minutes before my massage. I was craving some tea but had to ask for it at the end of my massage. Also, there is a waiting/relaxation area downstairs which would’ve been nice to hang before my massage. Plenty of ParkChicago available all around the salon. If you go here, book Jenna!

I was lucky enough to get The Signature Facial by Cleise herself! What a wonderful treat! Apart from being very knowledgeable about skin care, she is such a warm and friendly person. I enjoyed the background music very much: relaxing and uplifting Brazilian music. My skin felt and looked so good after the facial. I have sensitive skin and have had a couple of bad allergic experiences with too strong products used on my face and reacting badly to it. However, Cleise was highly recommended to me, and my skin responded very positively to her treatment. I will definitely be going back!

Just visiting from out of town and so glad I decided on Cleise for my birthday massage and facial. Both were phenomenal, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Lee did my facial and she was really spectacular. Her wealth of knowledge and helpful tips made the experience that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately i had a horrible service today. I came in to get a chocolate scrub for the first time. Jenna was rushing during the whole entire process i couldn’t enjoy it because she kept talking. I was put under a shower with lukewarm water when I ask for hot water. I was not informed about the condition of my skin. I was never informed about the products that was being applied on my skin. I will never step foot in this spa ever again. I am so disappointed because for the price I paid I could’ve got a better services than that. I would just avoid coming to this place.

Really enjoyed the time I spent with my wife getting facials the therapist really took her time I thought did an excellent job it might not be over the top and I'm Beyonce but at the end of the day the most important thing is the quality of the work which I thought was excellent
