I got a dip manicure and a regular pedicure. The pedicure was great, but I'm really disappointed with the manicure. I've been getting dip for a long time on my natural nails and I left the salon pretty disappointed. They used I top coat that totally ruined the manicure, and I feel like some of my nails were filed unevenly. For $80 I would expect something much better and more detailed.

Have been going to Cleo spa and salon for my mani/pedi and waxing for over 3 years now. The salon itself is calming and super cute with tons of polish colors and options. The services are great. All the technicians do a great job and are super nice. Highly recommend

Unfortunately really disappointed with the pedicure here. From start to finish, it was around 15 minutes and the polish is messy. A $50 pedicure should be more impressive than this :(

BEST PEDICURE OF MY LIFE! Maria was amazing, attentive, friendly, and really put in the work on my calloused feet (I’m currently breaking in a pair of Dr Marten’s boots so my feet needed professional intervention to say the least). The salon was very clean and peaceful and an overall great environment. I was able to sit down right at my appointment time. At other salons in the area, I always feel rushed and unhappy with the result and usually have to wait at least 15 mins even when I made an appointment. But after my visit to Cleo Spa, my feet are finally baby soft again and the polish looks great! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Cleo Spa is my favorite salon for a manicure and pedicure. I have been going here for over two decades when they had their first location. What I like about this place is the cleanliness, the skill of the ladies who give all these services and the spacious pretty interior. During the pandemic they were strict about the rules and one had to fill out a form with assorted questions. Everyone who worked wore masks as did the customers. Here manicures take time as it’s not a quick job. A special is the moisturizing gloves that previously used to be included in the price of a manicure but now costs money. It’s particularly good for dry cuticles. I always get it. It makes me feel luxurious. Many ladies have worked here and I liked Luisa and Aida. Now I have Mica who is excellent. Mingy is in management at the salon and she is personable. A friend asked for a manipedi salon and now Laura is a monthly happy customer. Highly recommended.

I walked in for a gel manicure at about 6:30 on a weekday. I was immediately seated and someone started on my nails, the salon was already relatively busy at this point. Ultimately 3 different people did my nails, it was neat and the polish application was ok. This salon closes at 9pm, while I was sat there a steady stream of customers were coming in for pedicures. They must be doing something right, I’ll visit once again just to make sure! The salon is clean and spacious with a nice design to it.

I went here as a recommendation from my cousin. I got the Vitamin C facial, and I couldn't be more than impressed and super happy with my face. Kay gave me such a fantastic facial. The hydration and massage technique left my face looking so good! I'm all about facials especially getting them in Korea and Bali. She did such an excellent job! Thank you so much for the amazing facial. I can't wait to get another one.

If I had to fix the mani at home than it’s rating isn’t accurate. I left 40% tip to Maria, but she had a heavy sigh. Not good enough?!? Just had to share my first experience. I don’t recommend. Poorly done mani I wish I could show the picture

Lovely spot and wonderful technicians. However, $30 (!!!!!) for a regular manicure only to have it chip an hour later is the worst. Walk 6 more blocks south to Golden Tree for a fraction of the cost and much better quality!

My favorite nail salon in the city. Extremely clean with enough space and stations to not feel crowded. The nail technicians are all fantastic, I always leave with a high quality mani/pedi that lasts. They also have a very wide color selection!

Nice, spacious, bright and well equipped spa with friendly and welcoming staff. The nail service was good, and I look forward to going back. Didn’t take many pictures coz it was quite busy (a good sign) including many walk-ins.

The best facial I've ever had! I have been coming here for manicures and pedicures for a couple years now and finally decided to try their facials and I'm blown away. Kay is incredible. I only did the express facial but will definitely be going back for one of the longer, more targeted facials! So happy! You won't regret it!

I went to Cleo because my regular nail bar was busy. In removing my gels, they over-filed two nails on my left hand whilst trying to lift a few stubborn spots of the varnish. Both nails are now very thin and at risk of splitting. I’ve been advised not to put gels on until they have grown back stronger, which will take several months.

I would have to say this was the worst gel manicure I’ve ever gotten. When I told my nail tech Aida that I thought she did a bad job, she was very rude while telling me she’s been doing this for a long time. She then was throwing her tools around while huffing when I asked her to fix one of my nails that was already peeling off. I have been getting gel manicures consistently for about 12 years and have never experienced such poor service.

Out of all of the nail salons in all of Manhattan, I’m yet to find one more inviting, efficient, and cleaner than Cleo. Their prices are fair. The employees are all extremely skilled. My favorite thing about this place are the heavy duty massage chairs you sit in as you get a pedicure. I will continue to come here and I highly recommend it.

I have been going here since pre-pandemic for mani-pedis and some chair massages. Always clean. Always attentive professional service. Never rushed. My nails and feet look and feel wonderful. Since in person services started up again, I have been using Mica, who is excellent. Takes her time, listens to your request and delivers. A delight to work with. Only place a trust with my hands and feet. Never any issues. Well worth the trip to look your best.
