Tony is one of the best most caring nail tech I've ever been to!!! His work is very Precise he takes his time and his work shows it!!! I will always go back to Cleopatra nails!!!!

My mom and I got there at 6 and although they close at 7, they were super kind about letting us in for mani and pedi for two of us with gel. I got pedi and full set. Mom was super satisfied with the massage she received during her pedi and we both loved our finished look. I had shown a picture and it turned out just as pretty as in the picture. Will definitely recommend. Such a reasonable price and good treatment.

It was my first time coming here and I now won’t be going anywhere else! Walking in you’re greeted right away, the place is beautiful and clean. Anthony did my nails and I am absolutely obsessed with them. They are the prettiest and most well done nails I’ve ever had. I definitely recommend you check them out! Also I called to come in on a Saturday, as a walk in, and they were still able to squeeze me in!

Tried this place for the last time and got turned away for the second time in a row . There was one person being helped when I came in and no one else waiting . No explanation just sorry we can’t do a fill in for you . Cool I’ll take my money somewhere else !

Always treated kindly and fairly with services second to none. Kim was my technician for a pedicure, and even went out of her way to correct my mistakes from my own doing (manicure). Quite well priced and her attention to detail is 'off the charts'! She is gold! Thank you!!

First visit. Recommended by my niece. Needed a back with nail tech out of country. Very nice salon, they take appointment, prices comparable. I will go back. Anthony- nail tech very efficient.

I typically don’t leave reviews unless it’s a good one but today I am frustrated. When I came in the salon none of the staff spoke, the lady came up to me & said what do you need and I told her as I signed the form. She then said “we can’t do you”. I didn’t question her I just said ok thank you. It’s 1pm, the salon was basically empty and it states walk ins are welcomed on the door. I can understand if they are short staff but the way she said “we can’t do you” with no explanation was rude & not ok. There’s plenty of nail salons so I went right down the road to Pretty Nails & thank God it was no wait & great energy there. Never again…

I used to enjoy Anthony doing my nails. It's his wife, she is ALWAYS rude, unfriendly and does not make you feel comfortable. I saw her with the same gloves on after finishing a pedicure. I watched her touch several things in the shop, and went to answer phone with same gloves. When l asked her why was she being unsanitary she replied she is going to clean the seat. What???? THEY ARE NOT FOLLOWING STATE REGULATIONS HERE. They do not care about the health or safety of their customers, they just want our money. I will NOT BE BACK. Also l will be reporting them to the State. They also reuse files, etc. GO WITH CAUTION. Lastly, l don't think they really like Black customers, they prefer Caucasian. You can clearly tell the difference in how they treat the two races and l'm white!

Poor customer service, walk in to get a kid polish at 6:10 and was turned away because they closed at 7pm. What the heck… waste of gas will never return.. recommend go to Ambiance instead

Service was awesome. Very clean and everyone was polite. I didn’t have to wait at all and I received a very thorough relaxing pedicure. He made sure to ask me about the length and polish and extra details. The price was a little higher here than what I’m used to, but the massage was well worth it.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!! They let me come in greeted me, let me sign in, sit down and wait for about 10 mins to tell me that they are no longer taking walk ins and they are booked for the night. It is 4:30pm and they don’t close until 7pm. It was two ppl waiting when I came in and they took them and then waited to tell me they are booked. I will never recommend them.

Terrible experience for a pedicure today. My appointment was at 12:30 and it took 2 hrs and 2 employees to do my toes bc the first one clearly wasn’t trained properly. No greeting when I entered, no apology for a 2 hr pedi, awful customer service.

I got SNS and tips removed and SNS newly applied. The specialist that did my nails was personable, pleasant and did a beautiful french manicure SNS. However, the initial customer service was lacking. I came in, there was no verbal greeting. This only matters because everyone that came through the door was greeted. I put my name on the list and sat. A lady came in after me, was greeted, a manicurist spoke to her and began work. Eventually, someone came over to ask me if someone had greeted me, then she saw that I had been overlooked per the list. She sat up her booth and performed the service. She was very good. If my spirit is not still vexed for initial customer service, I might return. The likelihood is low.

T.J was really nice and professional. He was able to remove my poorly taken off acrylics I tried doing at home. It's very nice in there too!! Definitely a hidden gem.
