I have been going to here since 2006. Can't go as often as I should, but go when I can. It can be 2 years from one hair cut to the next. The only time I have ever had to tell Lynn how I want my hair cut is if I want a different style. Other than that, she always give me the style I had before. I absolutely will not go anywhere else. Thank you for the many years of fabulous service!

Lin is a great barber....I have very fine light hair in which every mistake is easily seen and she always does a great job! I love this place...they do their best to satisfy the customer! They are a good “hometown” place to get the desired service while chatting about the everyday experiences of life! Great job Clip&Cuts...

I chose this place because of the good reviews. All I needed was a 3 inch trim, straight across. I walked in and the older gentleman said he could help me. I asked him if he could cut my hair while it's dry and flat ironed straight because I have a natural wave that interferes with my straight blunt cut. He said yes he actually prefers it because it's easier. I said great let's do this. Well, if that was easy for him, I'd hate to see difficult! When he said he was done I was surprised because he never even brought the front of my hair forward to even it out like every stylist normally does. So, when I checked it in the mirror it looked crooked. The right side was longer. He argued and said no it's straight. So the 2 ladies came over and said no, it's crooked, and proceeded to show him what they saw. He supposedly evened it out. Their mirrors are kinda distorted so when I got home I looked in mine and took some pictures. I also pulled some hair over both shoulders and the right side was more than obviously longer. I went back and told them it was still messed up. One of the ladies asked if I wanted her to fix it and I said no all 3 of you already looked at it and it's still wrong, just refund my money so I can pay someone to fix it. They refunded my money with no issues. Ladies, if you have long hair that's as precious to you as mine is lol, please be cautious. In response to the reply: The owner had already come over and looked at it and "helped" the gentleman by telling him what was wrong. When he finished, all 3 of the stylists agreed that it was fixed. She didn't try to fix it while I was there the first time! She only offered after I had come back pissed off. Why would I allow her to "fix" it when she can't even tell what a straight cut is??? No thanks!!! I absolutely demanded a refund..that was stated in my review!

I called at 3:55pm because my salon canceled my 4pm appointment and I had a very important event to be ready for. The took me with no notice. They did a great cut and terrific color in less than an hour and for half the price my salon charges. They are the best!

I’ve gone here for about 10 years. Started using Lien when she was at Rockwell and 23rd. She is quick, efficient, and highly skilled!! I drive from Piedmont to have her cut my hair. She’s that good!!! My 3 boys don’t want to go anywhere else!

Lynn is always so nice and happy to see people, but she also understands sometimes when I don't feel like talking. The haircut is always done just how u like it. They'll also listen when I feel like trying new styles

I went as a walk in with my two kids ages 4 and 2. They have very curly hair. They did a great job. I also got layers added to my medium length hair. We were in and out very quick in less than 45 min and my kids got candy. Very affordable prices. Friendly environment too!
