I got a bad haircut here. My hair was uneven, the left side was a whole inch longer than the right side. When I brought it up to the stylist, she denied that the cut was uneven, she didn't even check my hair again. Instead she blamed it on the way the curls fell. I had to go to a different salon to get my hair "fixed". Safe to say I will not be coming back here again. I would've put 1 star but the lady was very nice and friendly so I gave another star for that.

Jennifer is great she gets you in and out in a timely fashion. Very bubbly personality gets along with everyone just a good person to be around if you have kids she can cut there hair as good as a barbershop without all the not so family friendly stuff around would recommend to anyone looking for a great haircut or color at a fair price. She has done my wife's hair and color is always spot on.

Long wait time, only 2 workers on a weekend and they chose to laugh and joke around instead of focusing on actually doing their job when they have a whole line of people waiting

Asked for layers on my hair..the result of my hair cut looks real choppy..there is no flow to it looks very blunt in many areas, I had long hair and I wanted it mid length and I got a lot of hair cut off but the layers and the way it was. Cut is terrible.

Clip n Flip by Sue is the best experienced hair stylist I've found in San Antonio in over 20 years, honestly she is meticulous and knows the business. Once you've let Sue style your hair, you'd never go to anyone else. 😉

I called ahead of time and the lady who answered said I could come in. I went for a shampoo and style. I arrived and waited 20 and never got greeted. I should’ve walked out. I waited and a lady who was leaving for the day asked 3 ladies if they could shampoo my hair. One said I’m not sure and the others never answered. I got my hair shampoo and my hair is still dirty. I mean she never once massaged my hair to lather the shampoo and never did she use conditioner. She blowed dried my hair and it was still wet when it came down to using the curling iron. I wasted my time coming here! I guess this was to be expected since it was 5pm. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. All her brushes were used and dirty and she used them on me. Omg! I’ve never had experience this.

Waited for an hour, and it was my turn to be seated yet nobody acknowledged me in the waiting area. Instead, one of the stylist sat on her phone for 20 minutes, and then, when another guest walked in, she took her as soon as she came in and ignored me. After this I went to hair concepts on Marbach instead. They took me in as soon as I walked in with no wait time. Never again will I come to this location “clip n flip” I would give you guys zero stars if I could

I have officially found a hairstylist in San Antonio and I am so happy.Jennifer was professional, friendly, and did quality work. I only went and got a much needed haircut but it turned out to be great! I will be coming back to continue with services. Prices were reasonable and I believe they are independent contractors as you will pay her directly. If you are able to call and book appointment with her do so you wont regret it. Next service will be the Brizilian Keratin ❤️

It's a place to get a haircut, all of the "stylist" have certificates to cut hair and follow good hygiene and health techniques. I've gotten my hair cut there last minute and noticed that my wait is caused by the many appointments they book so they must be doing something right. They do a good job

Had highlights done. 6 hours was too long. The end results were good but I wished for more highlights in the areas were grays show faster. Had my hair done 2 weeks ago and grays are showing already.

I am so happy to have found this salon Dinorah was very detailed and pleasant I really loved how my hair turned out. I enjoyed my whole time there the music was great thanks to Kelly’s playlist, I really liked how everyone starting with Hansu, Ana,Hortencia, Kelly,Monica and if I missed someone I’m sorry but everyone in that salon works together as a team they all put a little bit of their magic to make my hair turn out beautiful. This is now my go to place for all of my and my families hair needs. Pricing is also very fair.

i had the worst hair experience here! i asked for blonde and they made my hair silver. then i asked her to make it brown again and turned it green!!! wasted my whole day and wasted so much money for such a bad job. they don’t even know how to dye hair! so unprofessional and horrible.

Horrible service, I was scheduled for 12pm, got there on time and waited 45 minutes to just be told by the stylist she did not have time to do my haircut and complained about another stylist booking me. Waste of time!
