Esthetician was racist. They denied me service. The lady did not let me even address my needs. As soon as i walked in she stated, we do not deal with these type of hair If you have biracial hair or black hair, please go elsewhere to avoid the neglect and racial experience

Annabelle gives me a $5 bang trim and concentrates so much to get it precise. Other salons rush it which makes me less confident they got it right lol. I get extensions on the rest of my hair so no need to cut that.

Pues la verdad no me gusto q una empleada llamada CARMEN. esté hablando cosas personales Y menos si hay niños presentes y aparte unas carcajadas q en ves de salón párese cantina y aparte hablando mal de sus compañeras de trabajo es de muy mal gusto

Estoy muy decepcionada con Carmen porque le mostré una foto del corte de pelo que quería y ella hizo exactamente lo contrario, mi cabello estaba pegando mi cintura y me lo cortó hasta la mitad de la espalda. A mi me gusta tener mi cabello largo, estoy muy enojado porque me lo dejo muy corto y yo le dije asta donde lo quería , no volveré nunca más.

I am the kid who’s hair got over trimmed by Carmen I don’t cry for anything but she was the lady that made me that sad when she cut almost 4 inches of my hair this means I will never let her make me cry again, bc I am not going there ever again, and my parents won’t allow it either. This also means I will have to regrow my hair for another 8 months:( please if you love your hair as much as I do, take care of it by not going here, Carmen scarred me... she cut off my personality:(

I am very picky with who cuts my hair but i came here to give it a try with a stylist named carmen and ever since i have not let any one else touch my hair but her ,she is so sweet and very good at her job.

I usually HATE getting my hair cut. But Clips 2000 makes it as painless as possible. Why spend $30, $40 or even $50 for a mens cut, when Clips charges $12 for the same cut. I recommend Clips. Their stylists are friendly, cut all types of men's and women's hair and are FAST!

I've been coming here for years to get my haircut. The cost for a men's cut is $15 now which is still a reasonable price compared to others. Also, you don't need an appointment but if you would like to get your haircut with someone specifically, ask for their number/business card next time and call him or her to schedule an appointment with them.

I’ve gotten my hair done with Carmen many times before, from a simple trim to getting a balayage. She never fails to amaze me! Thank you Carmen for always doing such a great job with my hair. 10/10 recommend!

Me corte mi pelo con Carmen le dije que me cortara mi pelo sólo dos pulgadas y me lo corto 6 pulgadas! Le enseñe una foto del estilo que quería y me lo corto totalmente diferente. Jamás me cortaré mi pelo en este lugar !

On several occasions I have googled the ours before coming and when I get here they say they are closed. For example Sunday’s closing hour is 8 pm, I drove way out here arrived a at 6:10 and they immediately turned my husband away and locked the door. Their open sign is on as well. Why in F! would you have the wrong hours on google and not turn your open sign off and have your door open if you are just going turn away clients at random. Just aggravating this is the second time this happens last time it happened on a Friday! Never coming here again.

Si pudiera dar 0 estrellas lo haría. Después de llevar a mijo aqui le corto su pelo Doña Carmen y se lo dejo bien corto mijo tenia 5 pulgadas de pelo largo y ella lo dejo con 2 pulgadas de corto! Cuando le hable me reclamó que ella le corto como le dije, créanme jamas hubiera dejado que esta vieja le desgraciara medio año de trabajo a mi nene de dejárselo crecer! Se enojó cuando le comenté que el corte no era si y tuvo el descaro de decir que era aun mas corto que lo que le dije. Jamas regresaremos ahi se paso esta señora con mi hijo. Don’t go here! If you have a fear of someone over cutting your hair when you need a trim, this is your worst nightmare! Carmen cut 3 inches off my kids hair and had the audacity of telling me that I didn’t ask her to trim it! She will mess up your mane! Don’t go here!

Una muchacha hondureña que es paisana con nombre de carmen le cortó 3 pulgadas de pelo a mi hijo y el es colochito y sin preguntar y lo dejo trasquilado! Ella peliaba que estaba igual que el que su papá le enseñó mal servicio y todavía se enojó cuando mijo de 7 años le dijo que no le gustaba. Worst service from Carmen cut more than 3 inches of my son’s hair without asking, she then acted defensive and told us laughing she could glue it back if we wanted never again am I going here you guys have been warned!!!!

Yo no dejo estrellas a ningun sitio pero este se gana 0. La persona que contesta el teléfono no sabe dar direcciones y luego le pregunte si necesito hacer cita para mi hijo y me dijo que no. Fui y estaban tres muchachas y una de ellas dijo que a ella no le dieran mas gente y las demas se hicieron las sordas. Y le dije que por que no me podian atender y me contestaron que era con cita. La señorita que me contesto despues le pregunte su nombre y se reuso decirme. Este lugar no sirbe para hacer negocio con ellos.
