Her facial services are the perfect balance of a relaxing spa experience with high quality skin treatment. She is very open to hearing about your skin goals and providing resources on what to do at home to help achieve optimal results. My favorite part of working with her thought is her overall demeanor. I had THE best facial here- I don’t know what she did, but I had fewer wrinkles and more elasticity when she was done! I was so relaxed- great music and ambiance and Fatima is so cute and personal- book one for yourself- I promise you’ll love it:)

I have been a client of Diane’s for several years and she a provides a fantastic spray tan experience! The color is natural and long lasting. Fatima is amazing at waxing. Started going to her at her last salon and followed her to Cloud 9 when she started the business. Both of these ladies are amazing - the best at what they do. Fatima started waxing me about 2-21/2 years ago & I knew from the first time that I would continue going to her for as long as I could. She’s extremely professional, friendly, and made me completely comfortable. She made my Brazilians as painless as possible and gave me tips on how to take care of my skin & suggested products that would help me without being too pushy about it. All in all, she’s great! Unfortunately I moved away & it’s going to be difficult finding someone like her!!!

Fatima is wonderful! I felt no pain at all with waxing, I didn’t even realize she started. It was a very calming experience. She is so welcoming and helpful. She truly makes the experience one of a kind. The lounge is also so beautiful! Great experience!!!

First of all, Fatima is AMAZING! She is warm and welcoming and helps you to feel calm during what can be an uncomfortable and painful experience (I'm talking about a Brazilian here). On top of her calming demeanor, her waxing skills are top notch. This was only my second Brazilian, and it hardly hurt! Secondly, the spa itself is really beautiful! It's a calming environment and it's conveniently located right off Shore Drive. If you're looking for a new waxer in the Norfolk/Chesapeake/Virginia Beach area, you have to try this place!

There are no words how amazing Fatima is! She has made waxing something I can not live with out. She not only waxes you but coaches you on how to make your skin appearance better and get the most out of the waxing.
