This place is so peaceful and I needed it. I received the foot treatment reflexology along with a shoulder massage and it was sooooooooooo relaxing. I was so relaxed I had to stop myself for falling asleep. Rui was excellent and she completely dedicated my session to full on treatment. My feet felt like new after the session. The last part of applying the warm stone was indescribable. As you age, your feet become stiffer. I recommend getting this treatment regularly. I appreciate this business and I will return and also try the chair massage!

This place is fantastic! Nancy and Su were wonderful - thorough and with good attention to the areas I had the most tension, though we didn’t actually discuss it because I just said I wanted full body. Best massage I’ve had in a while and I’ll absolutely be back soon!

Bought a couples massage via Groupon last Valentines Day. After multiple calls and emails, I still cannot reach anyone. Multiple calls and emails with Groupon have been useless. I've just given up.

First time customer. I had the 90 minute Head to Toe Wind Down massage. Nancy was great! One of the best massages I've ever had. The establishment is clean and everyone there was very nice. I look forward to returning. Will definitely ask for Nancy again.

Great experience... I enjoyed the body massage with hot stones and stress relief oils. 😌 Add the foot reflexology and I was in heaven. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

This was such a great experience. My sister and I had such a relaxing much needed massage. I Ms. Nancy has such great pressure! We plan to go back again before I leave town! This was definitely 5 star service! Cloud 9 has a great team.

The massage was nice and relaxing for the most part. It was a little chilly. A warm blanket would have been nice. They didn’t seem to have a specific technique or focus. The space was clean and smelled good. Oils were nice, unscented, which I prefer. Overall it was a good experience and I will return.

I had a massage today with Nancy. I had failed back surgery, I’m so sensitive, so much pain and muscle spasm and today was a very bad day for me. The massage from Nancy was by far the best massage I had in years. You can tell that she very experienced. She was so gentle and did find all the points that really did bother me , Al the muscle spasm are almost gone right now . I will defently come back. I had them mark it in my files that I would like to Have Nancy for all my massages. Very friendly team, very clean.. I’m very satisfied. Thank you , Nancy Sabine
