This is a long overdue review as I’ve been a happy client of Cloud 9 for over a decade now. Kim is the best in the business! I will never let anyone touch my skin except for her. She is a true artist when using injectables. Furthermore, the office staff, John and Hunter are just sweethearts, so nice and will always go out of their way to accommodate. You will be in GREAT hands at Cloud 9 Medi spa.

I was there a few months ago, I got botox fillers on my chin area and mouth area. I didn't see much of a difference but I was told with time it would start to show... IT NEVER HAPPENED!💔 I paid almost $600 and it didn't do anything. I'm so upset. It was money wasted and money I saved up to treat myself. Not to mention I live almost 2 hours away so I also wasted time and gas. I don't recommend this place and I would like a refund...😭❤️‍🩹

This review is long overdue. I have been going to Kim for more than 13 years, for Botox and filler. I just love her. She is, not only professional and knowledgeable but, highly skilled in her craft. For me, it is a trust issue. I can't imagine going to anyone else. I've really enjoyed seeing her business grow over the years. Her success is well deserved. I always look forward to going to their absolutely beautiful facility and visiting with her, John, and Hunter. If you are considering injectables, I highly recommend Kim. She will not disappoint!

I've had an exceptional experience with Kim and the Cloud 9 team over the past couple years. Extensive research led me to choose them for treatments, seeking trustworthiness, clinical expertise, and the right experience. Kim, being incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, takes necessary precautions for optimal results. Her recommendations align with your goals, providing insights on treatments and injectables. Personally, I aimed for a natural look while correcting specific areas, and Kim delivered. Timely and efficient visits accommodate my busy schedule, and the pricing reflects the quality received in this area.

Botox started to work at 2.5 weeks. Then every injection area started failing. I called to let them know what was happening but that I had been exposed to COVID. I was told he didn’t want me to come in for 2 weeks. When I felt better they said it was 2 months since my injections. I was told I’d have to pay $500 again. No way. I won’t go back. I have never paid that much for Botox and I was told the price was going to go up from $9 a unit to $11 unit. I’m going elsewhere

This is my favorite Spa. They sell everything beauty related. Their place is beautiful, clean and sanitary. I’ve been coming here for years. Now that I moved it’s hard to find the quality of service they provide. My daughter comes to this area often. I designated her to pick my cream up. This keeps my skin looking flawless with minimum acne outbreaks and dark spots. Kim and John are great people and very professional.

Cloud 9 medispa is the absolute best location for all your skincare and beauty needs. Kim is truly incredible in her level of experience and expertise. She is kind and knowledgeable, educated and warm. Additionally, Cloud 9 provides an overall outstanding experience from the moment you call on the phone to entry into the lovely building, through your treatment. No detail is forgotten. Every aspect is fully captured from the staff to the overall ascetic. If there was a 6th star this experience deserves it!

I had a most unpleasant experience, and felt taken advantage of .. I have only ever spent $350 on my Botox, freezing the lines between my eyebrows, and taking care of some lines around my eyes.. my first session with Kim was $400, and it did not take/or really make a difference. I went back, and she said you just need more.. I spent another $400. The product she administered did not take. I went back, Kim explained that as we age and I’m only 56 we lose collagen, and as we continue to use Botox, it doesn’t become as effective anymore, and she continued to say “Humor me, give it another two weeks, come back, and add more, it should work or at least you’ll have better results, she continued to say; freezing the lines between your eyebrows is not gonna do you any good, nor will it help , you have Collagen loss because of age, and those lines are permanent, they cannot be fixed. We have already added product to that area, and it’s not taking“ I left the office puzzled??? I went to a different aesthetician, in Redlands. That aesthetician was in shock that that I had $800 worth of product in my face, and the lines between my eyebrows, were not frozen, and hadn’t even looked like it had been needled. He did say that you could tell that there was product in my face, but the product didn’t seem to be too effective... I spent another $350 with him, he shot the area between my eyebrows/some eye lines with Dysport, which I like better then Botox, it is way more effective. This aesthetician also said “ this is the easiest area to freeze, and why she couldn’t freeze it? I have no idea, but freezing this area definitely helps from continuing to produce deep lines.” With in six days, the area between my eyebrows was completely frozen, and the lines had gone away completely. Even if Kim’s products, whatever it was, it wasn’t working for me? She should have been knowledgeable enough to back up, and use a different product, instead of tell me, it’s just not going to work you’re too old… Not sure what’s going on with Kim? But she’s definitely not for me...

Absolutely amazing experience. It was my first time getting Botox and Kim and her staff made me feel so comfortable. Kim was there to answer any questions I had. She eased my anxiety. The place is clean and well maintained. I also bought a soap there and it smells so amazing and is very moisturizing. I have recommended this place to all my friends!

Hello confidence, nice to see you again. I normally come here for my vitamin b12 shots because they are incredibly quick & reasonable. The place is beautiful and who doesn't need a good b12 pick-me-up for $20 right? Today was something different. I lost some weight through the year, and I was feeling dull to say the least. I needed a glow up and I've been putting it off for months just out of fear, or something. Kim comes highly recommended from many people I know and they ALL look great. So I nervously made an appointment, and let me tell you the experience started there. The guy who answered the phone was calm, patient, knowledgeable and welcoming. Kind people just make everything better. The place is absolutely beautiful and you feel the self care in the atmosphere just walking through the front door. You are first greeted with a genuine smile, upbeat personality ready to help you with anything you need. He educates you on specials, new products, treatments, what your experience will be like and not once try to sale you on something. Even though your in a busy establishment you would never know it. They treat you like you are their number one priority, every step of the way. The treatment- So, like I said I was pretty nervous. When I showed for my appointment Kim put me at ease right away. She listened to my needs closely and gave her professional advice in detail. I felt relaxed and quickly realized how the spa got their name. You definitely feel like you are on cloud 9. After my treatment, nasal lines and Botox, My only regret was not going sooner. Hours later, when I look in the mirror I finally recognize the girl from the inside looking back at me again; my confidence of my outer image has been replenished. If your thinking about scheduling that appointment, your only regret will be not calling sooner. I promise. Thank you Kim and Cloud 9 staff.

I do not recommend this place. I got lip fillers here 2 years ago I ended up developing a bunch of little bumps from her fillers and still till this day they have not dissolved completely. This has never happened to me before with lip fillers. I dont think it was real filler she injected in my lips.

I gave them a one only because the guy that answered the phone quoted me wrong on my prices. I asked for help with dark spots on my face and he said that Kim can do it for 500.00 dollars which give me 5 treatments and one free. So when I went back to another treatment it was an extra 350.00 not cool. I do like them though. Very nice people.

I would've had a pleasant experience if Kim and John weren't arguing and bickering, like they would at home. My technician was told another client was ready. I felt they had to hurry through my procedure to tend to next customer. They also have a small annoying dog in the clinic. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion.

Kim and her team are a gift. I got my tri-lift and truesculpt YESTERDAY… holy moly! I legit want to cry with joy! I have had these yucky three wrinkles that bother me so much. I was told 5-6 treatments for best results. Well this is 100% improvement in ONE session. Run to Kim to get you face right, you will not be disappointed. Can we also mention that her prices are amazingly affordable for the high quality service and best in class products she uses. I feel bad for my plastic surgeon because he doesn’t need to see me anymore. I only need him when my butt needs more liposuction. Kim’s injections are art compared to my surgeon. John and Hunter are also the sweetest ever! Yesterday I got the privilege of spending the hour with Delica. I feel like I’ve know her forever and we just met yesterday!!! This is my new aesthetic family and I’m so glad I found them. Thanks Cloud 9 for keeping us beautiful!

I have been going to Cloud 9 Medispa for years. John & Kim are truly the best! They took my skin and made it fabulous again. I'm 50 years old and they keep me young. Deliqa is absolutely amazing!!!! You do not just feel like a client, you feel like family. If I could give 20+ stars I would. John & Kim you have my business for the next 50 years of my life.

I have got the under eye filler a year ago Immediately I hated the results my eyes look like ballons with big amount of brusing. I called the office i was told it was normal and i will loved the end results. But all that happen was i ended up having more puffiness then i had and i had very lil puffiness now i have a lot with discoloration that i never have had. Im so sad and i hate looking in the mirror i wish i never came to do this. I seriously dont like to be seen anymore or go out because of how my eyes now look. I cry and im So insecure. I have called and john was rude… i called because i was told if i didnt like the results or if there was problem from the injection they can fix it or dissolve but i never went back because the phone call was just so rude and im scared i will just worsen them even more by going there

Really not ok how with this whole covid situation this place and tell you that you cannot miss your appointment because they have a fee and now wont even let you get service. Very un professional and rude. Its not like they pay for my service I don't recommend this place. And to top it off they don't even give you options or information on there procedures or advise you what it contains. the man that answers the phone is rude and I don't think he even knows wth he is talking about.

Very nice facility, friendly staff. Although it had been a few years since I've had botox I'm familiar with the procedure. This was different. I had immediate pain and swelling which lasted 5 days. I called the office the day after and was told it could be inflammation in the body. After 10 days botox had no effect so I went back and paid for more. She she tried a different approach injecting slowly then applying pressure to the area. I didn't get the "goose eggs" I got the first time. Sadly it still didn't take. I understand that it was likely due to a strong muscle as my lines are deep, so no fault of theirs- I could have continued. In my exp. the pain and swelling was due to technique. Like anything- you have to find a place that works for you.

Whenever I visit Cloud 9, I know I’ll always be taken care of. Kim and Deliqa are the best! I haven’t had a facial in years, and today Deliqa did such a great job!
