I have consistently had services at Cloud for nearly 2 years now and the experience has been delightful. Every person at Cloud is devoted, kind, and passionate about what they do. The improvements I’ve seen in my skin alone and wellbeing from facials and hydrofacials alone has changed my confidence for the better after a lifetime of suffering from acne and hyperpigmentation. I would highly recommend Cloud to anyone: friend, family or stranger! You won’t find this level of personalized, professional, and compassionate service anywhere else!

Have you ever walked into a place and it instantly feels like a home away from home? That is how the Cloudies make me feel. Every single one of them. They take their time with you and it’s very apparent as well the love and respect that have for one another. That alone eases tension because we ALL have been to spas where you just know drama abounds! Not here! Do yourself a favor and book a service here. Promise you’ll be back. I love this place.

Cloud Studios is absolutely charming! I really struggle with muscles that tighten and throw everything else off. It frustrating especially as someone whose physical exercise is tied being mentally healthy! I’ve gone to Ramie for massage multiple times in a grandma state (half bend over, living on my heat pad) and by the end of that same day I am moving around freely and feeling 3x better. Her sessions get me back on track and I am so grateful for her knowledge and skill!

I have been seeing Mackenzie for all of my skin care needs for at least 4 years now and my experience is always amazing! She is always knowledgable, helpful, and makes me feel so relaxed that i never want to leave. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled esthetician! Not to mention, the building is decorated SO cute and very clean!
