Just don’t go. Very unsanitary, everything is half-assed. Didn’t get any color still charged $70 for basic acrylic set. Their sign of not being liable for any diseases on their payment counter was such a red flag I will never come back.

Communication is the key! When someone come get service, tell them before the service there's a $2 fee for every transaction. The fact yall waited until after my service to tell me is the reason why I feel like you should deserve a 1 star. Here the kicker thou. There's an atm inside the building that charge you as well to take money out to pay in cash. O

First time coming to Clover Nail Spa and I loved the entire experience. Helen took care of my French today and I am 100% please with the results. They were fast and friendly and I will be back again

My French on my thumb chipped and I went in to get it fixed (I forgot the girls name that did my retouch I think her name was Cari she has green buzzed hair) she did so good and is so friendly. I recommend her. She will get you righttttttt

They’re absolutely talented I have never had a bad experience. They have amazing customer service and a wonderful sense of humor. This is my favorite nail spa without a doubt. I have expensive taste but they’re very affordable even with my eccentric taste

Went in on Sunday for a fill and right hand pointer finger repair I paid 59 dollars repair was crooked and left hand was longer and they are to thick! I told him that and asked could I come tomorrow (Monday) to get them fixed!!! This is the fix(pic) my first and last time coming to this establishment. Don’t know the guys name but he sits in seat 7

Absolutely the worst place I called ahead to get an appointment and suddenly I’m the only person waiting for service! Then my toes were 99 for basic WHITE he didn’t use tips he use powder and yet it was damn near the same price as my long designed NAILS WITH TIPS THIS is absolutely ridiculous and I WILL never be back you shouldn’t either my nails either charms at Devinn nail bar!

I just paid 29.00 for a manicure. No polish...which I requested. But the lady did not clean under the nails nor did my hands ever touch a bowl of water. This 29.00 included a 2.00 processing fee. At least at Anthony Vince the value is better. I could of did this at home for free. I don't recommend this place. Their prices aren't even posted 🤦🏾‍♀️

Went for my very first mani pedi day. Misty was super amazing and nice. Helped me pick exactly what I wanted and did such an amazing job with my last minute nail art idea.

Came in for a color change on my toe nails. The technician was quick and courteous. She did a fantastic job on my nails. I will return for my future nail needs.

Pay already alot to get nails and pedicure but what I also noticed is the nail tech say a price and when you go pay their is a exta charge. Ladies watch out for this they are charging extra on the low

Update: The new set didn’t last but only 4 days until they started to chip and peel. I’ve had numerous gel sets done before and they’ve always lasted between 2-3 weeks. Not sure if Clover switched brands or what. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Days after receiving a gel manicure, my nails started peeling. I called in and spoke with who I thought was the manager. She told me to come on in and they would fix them. I told her that I soaked off the gel, the best I could, the night before (Sunday night) and covered it with regular nail polish so it couldn’t be seen at work (Monday). After the service I tipped my technician. Then they told me they still had to charge me for the gel manicure. They said they could give me a discount of $10. I asked why were they charging me because over the phone she said they would take care of it. She said because they couldn’t see the gel polish since I had soaked it off. I told her to please speak with the technician because he did see the gel because pieces were still left on. It didn’t matter. I was really shocked because if I was in the wrong, as a business, I would not charge my customer again especially given the customer had to take the time to soak off the nails then make time to come back in to get them fixed when it should’ve been done correctly the first time. Needless to say, I won’t be going back to Clover. Very saddening because I really liked the workers and the environment.

Went here to get my nails done, not sure if they don’t know their price or just trying to over price us, we were told our set cost $45. When I was about to get it done I was told it was going to be $85 for extra short natural color nails

*** update Helen fixed my nails & they look amazing and clean/sharp now. Helen and Louis always do amazing on my nails, I recommend them specifically if you decide to come here for full sets Used to come here often but the amount of times I’ve left unhappy has grown. Came here today and severely disappointed. I asked him to fix them because they’re all filed slanted and he said “what do you mean”, pretended to file one nail quickly then starts talking about me in a different language. They’re all different lengths, they’re all filed slanted, and the fill is completely uneven on every nail.

Their pedicure was extremely relaxing, great massage chairs, and they did the extras for me in my basic pedicure. I was very pleased and will return!

I always had a pleasant experience when ivy did my nails. But I went today 9/22 for gel removal and was moved to 3 different stations. They completely rushed the process of removal & manicure and left my nail bed damaged, painful, and just plain ugly.

I like my nails but they were expensive. $80 for these. He said because of the shape and because it was powered nails, but I still never paid that much for plain square nails. He was nice and he did take $5 off when I questioned the price but I still won’t be going back.

I’ve been going here for years my last couple visits have been disappointing to the point I didn’t even want any color!!!!! It’s not a place for the girls!!! This is why so many people are pulling away from nail shops not only are the prices increasing the service your receiving while spending your HARD EARNED MONEY IS TRASSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! I literally tell myself after every visit I’m not coming back but I try to give them another chance because I’ve literally been coming here since they opened!!! I can honestly say today I paid and left nails breaking and all and I won’t be back. I will be tagging there fb page in a video literally after the fill my nails are breaking this is so sorry and then laugh and continue with your conversation. 17 people in the shop and only 2 can do nails 🤦🏾‍♀️
