I recently had the 80 minute massage with Stephanie; I was blown away. She was extremely knowledgeable and experienced; it was an amazing massage and she was able to really get deep into my shoulder—I walked away feeling dramatically better. Strongly recommend!!!

The service was amazing! I came here for pedicures with my husband and it was a lovely and welcoming experience. Our pedicures came out great! We relaxed after in the relaxation room and the massage chairs are not like the typical ones at other nail salons; they were amazing! Highly recommend this spa and can't wait to return!

I literally have been a member here for over a year and i always get a massage with Jay and he’s the best massage therapist i’ve ever had. Don’t overbook him, i still need to get my monthly appointment, but if you’re looking for a way to treat yourself, 1000/10 recommend!

The ambiance and decor are absolutely lovely. My wife and I are members and frequently visit for massages, always enjoying the serene relaxation room. It’s truly a stunning space. I recently experienced my first facial, and Sam provided exceptional care.

Had a mom & daughter day on 9/22/24. My massage was fantastic and my daughter loved her facial. Everyone was friendly and inviting. We will be back soon. Love the Uptown Plaza location.

I absolutely love this spa! I went in for a massage in hopes that my back pain would be relieved. I was treated by Stephanie and today is the first day in weeks I’ve been pain free. She is a phenomenal artist! Thank you, Stephanie, for working your magic on my back!

I have been getting massages at CLOVR for a while and all of my experiences have been great. My last several massages have been with Stephanie. She is amazing. Each massage has been exceptional. Stephanie uses just the right pressure to take care of my hiking pains. I highly recommend CLOVR and Stephanie.

I love this spa! Its clean and they have the friendliest staff! Emily H is incredible and made me feel so welcomed and explained everything at ease. I got the massage with cupping and stephanie did a fabulous job! This location is gorgeous and we loved the massage chairs! Great service from start to finish.

My first time at CLOVR Life Spa and I had a great experience! We were greeted by the manager Emily who was so kind and welcoming! The front girls were very sweet and my masseuse Jesus was wonderful! He really has a great understanding of the body and could guess my profession before I even mentioned it to him based on where he felt tension. The location is clean and beautiful! I highly recommend

The products are over-priced and most don't even work as advertised. Also, the manager is rude and talks down to everyone including staff. 10/10 will be taking my business elsewhere

The services are amazing! I have only great things to say for the services provided and I’ve had it all. Facials and waxing with Madison, massages with Betty who just makes you feels fabulous, and nails with multiple gals. I enjoyed every minute of it. Unfortunately, I had to knock down a few stars because I have never had a positive experience with the front desk staff. They are rude, entitled brats. I’m truly shocked how young and inexperienced they ALL are. You’d think it’d be one or two, but they all lack basic customer service skills and there is ZERO transparency when it comes to pricing so I’ll inform you and do y’all a favor. If they need to remove gel and then adding gel is an additional $20! No problem had they notified me BEFORE not as I was walking out. Also, when you add gratuity at the end make sure you give them a cash number because otherwise they will take the percentage you give them from the much higher non-member rate as opposed to the percentage of the member rate you were paying. I was also told by one of them if I invited a friend they would receive a “first timer discount” since I had the single membership plan I thought that was a great promotion deal and when the day came I was forced to pay the non member price for my friend when they are the ones who told me about this existing discount and then acted stupid as if I had made it up. I could keep going with so many more examples but they just need to hire real professionals to oversee the front desk. It truly sets the tone for the whole spa. Instead they hire bratty, barely out of high school snobs who treat their customers like trash. **Edit: Definitely impressed with the follow up. I do need to clarify that most of these issues occurred at the Gainey ranch location before the merger. I greatly appreciate the follow up to my review which speaks greatly.

We were in town for a trade show, not attending the show, but running it, therefore I was working 5 x 15 hour days on my feet so we treated ourselves to a massage. It was the best massage I have ever had. I booked a 90 minute one with Nick. It was fantastic. Arrived early and chilled out in the room with the massage chairs that were amazing. After our massages we went back to the chairs and hung out for another hour and enjoyed a drink. Great place. Clean, friendly, fun and most important part that the masseurs/masseuse were beyond amazing, both mine and my friends too. HIGHLY recommend this place. If I am back in Phoenix I will be back for sure!!

CLOVR is always great! They're very friendly and extremely accommodating. The massage therapists listen to you if you ask for something to be done differently. The waxers are knowledgeable and talk you through the whole process, even counting down from 3 and telling you when to breathe before they pull the strip! The waxer went over all the spots she missed and did another once over when she was finished with the main strips. The front desk workers are always friendly and normally they don't try to upsell you on their products too hard. Every once in a while they'll ask you if you want a package deal or something but they never try to convince you. I haven't tried any other services from them but I know I'll be returning to them for all of my spa needs.

From the moment I walked in, it was relaxing. Everything about CLOVR Life Spa was awesome. I only went in for a manicure and pedicure which was absolutely fantastic. I will be making this a regular stop. Looking forward to getting a full spa treatment soon!

I’m from out of town and came to Phoenix from b-day weekend. I booked a massage for me and my husband and it was a wonderful experience. Ms. Martina was our therapist and she did a superb job. When we come back to visit we will be back!

This is such a nice day spa all around. Jake, my massage therapist, is really the best therapist I have been to. Really attentive, listens to your needs and integrates in techniques that really makes a difference. Amazing. Highly recommend Jake!!!!

I always have a great experience when I receive a massage and a facial. It's really nice to get both done back to back or a short gap apart to take a break and eat nearby. I don't care too much for the nail services and ended up with a swollen toe because the nail was digging into my skin. Luckily I fixed it at home so it wasn't an issue. I generally love this place and it gives me an excuse to spend time in uptown.
