Really bad nail place, my girl just came home like this from this place, didn’t even feel like going back for a refund or for them to fix it, really bad customer service. Don’t let the good reviews fool you. [note: nails done by the owner ]

Any shape, any color. Always clean and sanitary. Great crew working together inside. Affordable and I've never broken a single nail. Go in and ask for one of the girls, they're both great!!

Highly recommend this nail salon. The best pedicure i have had in Naples and Zephyerhills Florida. Not only was the staff and pedicure great the prices were very reasonable.

I tried to make an appointment for a gel fill and polish plus a pedicure with gel polish and was told that they don’t have anybody there for more than two weeks. When I asked to make an appointment for a pedicure because they had NO PERSON that could do an acrylic fill or a gel fill for three weeks or more. It also was going to take me three weeks to get a pedicure. She said she was told by the ONLY employee Capable is on an extended vacation and not to make any appointments prior to her arrival back from vacation. On my first call she hung up on me after I told her the reason I was switching my salon was because my prior salon severely overcharged me almost by double the right charge amount. She immediately hung up the phone. I had to call her back to try to Not be able to make an appointment. I was told “No other employee can apply acrylic or gel.” Their main practice is just a normal manicure and a normal pedicure with acrylic polish. They wanted to charge me $18 more for gel polish on my smallest nails of my toes. I offered to bring in my own polish because that rate sounded like I could buy at least two bottles of the same product. She said I could bring it in and she would not charge me the $18. Friendly? OK. Ability to get service for Fills. For some reason, she said it was going to take me two weeks to get an appointment for a pedicure with acrylic polish. That’s just too long. Five stars? My question is, why did she hang up on me when I told her the reason I was looking for a new salon? When I called her back and said, “our call Just got disconnected,” I’m wondering if she’s even telling me the truth or if this is a practice at this nail salon. Apparently she got afraid when I told her somebody else overcharged me. Then hung up. Why?

CNS nails is a great clean place! Thanks to John for recovering my bad experience at another nail place. He is the best! Just moved to Naples and it’s hard to find a clean friendly accommodating place! I will continue to visit!

I absolutely LOVE this nail salon! Christina always takes her time and I have never left the salon disappointed in any way. There are so many colors, designs, and styles to choose from and I have never had a nail chip or break! I 100% recommend this salon to anyone who needs acrylic, gel, dip manicures or pedicures!

was looking for a new nail place and family members recommended CNS. So I went to try it out !!!! Thank god I did !!! The people there are so nice and Professional. They take their time. Also loved how they have different nail art to choose from and so many different colored rhinestones. 10/10

My sister and I had a fantastic pedicure experience. They don’t rush nor leave a messy job. Our our pedicures look and feel great! The technicians are friendly and skillful. I highly recommend this place!
