However, the highlight here is undoubtedly the red light therapy room. Here, the lights are thoughtfully positioned horizontally, allowing for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating 20-minute session while lying down. And for those seeking a more social experience, Cøntrast’s outdoor space offers a steam sauna and two additional cold plunge tubs. The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful — I wholeheartedly recommend this spa!

Contrast has a great spa vibe, I do the private membership option.l but there are very affordable community and drop-in options too. The saunas & cold plunges here are high-quality and the staff is very knowledgeable. It’s become a key part of my weekly wellness routine. Thanks y’all!!!

Had such a wonderful time here. It was like visiting a private spa. So vibey, great attention to detail and wonderful experience from start to finish. Will likely be coming back a few times a month! Fun date night opportunity too!

If you’re reading this, I’m influencing you to try it out!! You won’t regret it. Far surpasses my experience with other cold plunge and sauna places. Contrast ATX is aesthetically soothing, highest quality everything, and the biggest variable: clean. The private rooms are amazing, but for me the community plunge and sauna are where it’s at. I always meet the best people. I’ve met investors and my CTO cold plunging. This place is just the best of the best. Cheers to Contrast leveling up the East side 🥂 Laurel M

This place is great! I booked one of the private contrast rooms with a sauna, cold plunge, and shower. The private rooms are inside and the community sauna/plunge is outside. Owner is super friendly and overall place is very clean!
