If I could give 10 stars, I would!!! This review is long overdue. Mary and her amazing staff have been my spot for all my beauty needs for over 15 years. I no longer live in the City and this is still the only salon for me: The quality is consistently great, shop is super clean, Mary and staff are friendly and attentive, they remember my color when I can’t, and reasonable prices for all services. I always leave happy :)

Mary and the whole staff are friendly, skilled, and attentive. I go get a pedicure with my wife at least once a month, and every time Mary and the staff make us feel comfortable and do an excellent job. Love this place!

Mary is the best on the block! She took care of me the whole nine yards, from quality of service to customer service. Her hand and foot massages are super strong, gets right into those knots. She is a woman who values her work to the core. She made sure every nail was perfect before setting in under the light. It's almost as if she's painting a perfect picture with your toes! Can't forget to mention, she gave homemade delicious cookies and provided sparkling water to quench the thirst while I was pampered. She's super friendly along with her whole team, all positive vibes with soothing background music. 10/10 would come back to her again!

Staff were nice and friendly! I got a basic mani pedi with regular polish. I have had worse but also had better. My manicure felt rushed and was done at the same time as my pedicure on a pillow / with my hands held while sitting in the chair. It was a little uncomfortable. Didn’t feel like my cuticles were taken care of as well as places usually do, which is the main reason I go to a salon. My nails have already chipped / smudged less than 24 hours later and the edges are messy as if I did them myself. I’m sure if I got gel or acrylic sitting down at the table it would have been better and more comfortable. Good atmosphere and interior + nice staff otherwise! I liked that they had Essie gel regular polish because some salons here don’t and I don’t like actual gel/dip/acrylic bc it ruins my nails, but I probably won’t be going back

They ask “do you want a deep clean pedicure”, spend a total of 25 minutes doing said pedicure, THEN tell you the deep clean costs $70 AFTER the fact. Polish on both big toes are smudged because she rushed to close and glopped on way too much top coat. Go to Silk instead.

The people who work here are very nice and I can’t speak on anything except for the facial. First don’t get a facial here. The woman left me alone in the hot room upstairs for most of it by myself. Gave me a normal sheet mask, and her music was playing on her phone with loud ads and phone calls that ruined the whole vibe. Very nice women though.

I went here for my first time and loved the experience. They have a great color selection to choose from and they take their time. Mary, the owner, even gave me a bubbly water and homemade cookie while she did my nails. It had a great time and I will 100% be going back

I had a bad experience just to have a mani - pedi here. A first time visit and I was shocked at the lack of focused care ( shared a client next to me ) and a sense of rushed- ness and Agism towards me . You go to a salon for specific care and to feel a bit nurtured and cared for ( self - care investment ). I felt like I should not have tipped ! Really rude behaviour . Will never recommend it go back .

They were very friendly and the place was very clean, but I got a gel manicure and it started chipping 2 days later. I could tell she was not taking her time, and it shows. Will not be returning.

Best nail salon in the Bay Area! Co Be Salon is super clean, always does the best gel nails and acrylics. They are meticulous, detailed, and so talented. Highly recommend visiting the salon. Really cannot put into words how much I love this place!

CoBe is the best !!! Mary and her team always take the extra step to make sure my nails are absolutely perfect! The salon is bright with natural sunlight and has the best energy. I just saw a happy customer fall asleep in his chair because he was so relaxed during his pedicure. A+. I don’t go anywhere else !!!

Cobe Spalon is my favorite place in SF! I have been coming here for almost 2 years now and will always go to Mary for as long as I live in the city. Mary and her team are so kind and do such a great job. My nails never chip or break! Mary is the best and if you need a good manicure or pedicure, you should definitely come here!

Cute and clean place. 80 dollars for a full set that only lasted a week, nail popped off. Came in again to get them fixed, 60 dollars.

Friendly staff, exceptional service. Only downside is that my gel nails came off less than a week after getting them done. My nails are not prone to this whatsoever.

I hardly ever write reviews for places in general, but the service I received was so underwhelming that I feel compelled to do so in this case. I was recommended Co Be Salon by a friend who said they offered Gel-X manicures. I had asked for this service upon arrival and was told this was possible, however the ensuing manicure was very clearly not Gel-X—which involves curing pre-shaped nail tips with a special type of gel. This process also ensures the manicure lasts for a significant amount of time, usually 4 weeks in my experience, but my Co Be Salon manicure started falling apart after only 6 days. For $80, this manicure lasted me less than a week with the nail tips easily breaking off during general daily activities. I don’t work with my hands at all, as I have a remote computer job, so it’s shocking to me how easily I’ve continued to lose nail tips from this poor quality manicure. Safe to say, I won’t be coming back.

I really wanted to give this place a good review as I enjoyed the customer service. Unfortunately, the gel extension manicure I decided to try for the first time upon promises of the quality, which did not last at all. After 7 days, two nails have “come off” and all I do for work is type. :( upset bc of the hefty up charge from a regular mani.

I’ve been coming to Mary for years and she’s incredible! This used to be my neighborhood spot, and even though I’ve now moved across the city I still come to Mary every three weeks like clockwork. Great colors, the gel manis last, and Mary and her team are all super friendly. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I’ve been going to Cô Bé (and her previous salon, Merry Manicures) for at least 30 years and I’ve always received excellent service, great color choices for me and wonderful, friendly and professional Staff. I’ve recommended many friends to “go see Mary at Co Bé!”

My wife has been going to Co Be Salon since before I knew her. Whenever I see her after Mary and Co. have done their thing, she looks as vibrant as ever. Everyone at Co Be is friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend anyone getting their nails done or whose significant other gets their nails done, go see Mary. You will be super appreciative.

Very good Service (Drink, Cookie, Massage). Pedikure was okay, but Maniküre wasn‘t. Look at the Photo und cuticles. On top it seems like they juged und laughed ans talked ob their Language about me and my nails. I didn‘t feel good.

I had the most amazing experience at Co Be! Not only did my acrylic nails turn out beautifully and feel wonderful but I received a snack as well as a hand massage during my appointment. Great service, will definitely be going back!

They do a great job and are super meticulous, but they’re way too rough on the cuticles. My fingers/cuticles are still in pain two days later!

They say they do gel Fill in on the website, I even emailed them to double check and they said yes. When I came none knew about my reservation and there was none to do the nails- really disappointing especially when your nails have grown and there is just few locations who does that. False advertisement

Mary is my go to nail gal, because she’s simply the best. I’ve gotten into doing fun acrylic nails and she always does such an incredible job and I always get compliments about them. The salon is beautiful and clean and I’ll never go anywhere else in the city.
