I have had my nails done for years and I have to say this was the absolute best experience and quality of service I have ever had. All of the manicurists were friendly helpful it was such a pleasure. Amazing nail salon! I highly recommend!! I got a full set of acrylics. Great services... I was asked my preference on everything, the thickness, length, shape, color, ect. I wasn't nicked or scraped by the nail dremel at all. They also lotion and rub your hands when they are finished. Not to mention, my nail turned out beautiful!

Ladies are friendly and will do what you ask. If you do not like the way something is being done you have to speak up. I am sure they will fix your issue.

The one star was based on the fact that it's 12p in the afternoon, I wanted to get 2 pedicures. The lady looks at the other nail tech who had no one and said she could only do one of us. This is why I don't give other places a try. Who turns down money these days??. Save your time and go somewhere else.

The pedicure was of poor quality, there was still debris and skin left on my feet. There is no wonder there are seldom people there. Very cold customer service. I was randomly charged a $5 Credit Card Fee which was not posted anywhere in salon.

Went for a pedi. The man is so rude, not friendly. 67.00 for gel, don't rub lotion cut cuticles.. Definitely won't be back

absolutely horrible. my nails are SOO unhealthy because they took them down so far. my pinky nail is broke off my way too far back because they took my nails down so far.

Balance on pink and white solar set ..the male worker cut my cuticle with the drill and it draw blood ..i didn't get what I asked and wanted me To pay for full service. Highly do not recommend this shop

Me and my daughter went here to get our nails done 😏 When we first get there the man was rude Asking what do we want the lady that did my nails was very nice great conversation but the length I told her I wanted she did not do that she cut my nails shorter on purpose and then told me it’s too late the price they told us over the phone when we got there was wrong he did the same thing with my daughter with her nails she asked for a certain length and he had them shorter our nails we got look like nothing was done just like we payed 90$ for paint and on top of that while we were looking for a nail color he acted like we were going to steal something I posted a pic of my nails there the purple/ pink ones that’s her paint job My daughter didn’t even get color on her nails because she didn’t like them so much and he still charged her $10 for just the nails and the wrong shape my nails are in the wrong shape I do not believe they like women of color I would not suggest going not if you’re going to go to him the women seem nice but not him

Fabulous service, very friendly, and very attentive. My nail tech checked everything with me every step of the way; price, shape, length, thickness, color. I didn't like the original shape and BOOM she fixed it! No surprises at check out and I got EXACTLY what I wanted. Bonus points for them being open until 7pm. Ive tried a lot of salons in Canal and Pickerington and this is my favorite by far.

The sign walk-ins welcome is not an accurate statement and I will also note that they were not busy. He asked what I needed and I told him I just wanted my nails soaked off and...before I could get out that I needed a pedicure in the statement he had decided that he didnt want my business. He stated nope cant take you we have our other customers to take care of. How rude, there was no option of waiting, which I would have patiently done so. How I wonder had he not cut me off mid-sentence would the additional service been good enough for him to service me.
