Booked a couples massage for my parents, it was a next day appt so very last minute. I was worried looking at some of these reviews but my parents came back extremely happy, they said it was “perfect” and “amazing”. They said they will definitely go back!

Booked a couples massage for my birthday, drove two hours to get here and they said they didn’t have time for my massage even though it was booked & confirmed. The woman started arguing with my partner saying she called him, but we never received a call, text, or email like she claimed. No massage for me, thanks for making my birthday special by arguing with us after cancelling with no notice.

Booked an appointment for 11:30, drove 2 hours from Buena vista and arrived at 11:10, 20 minutes before my appointment, only for them to tell me they gave my appointment to someone else and they wouldn’t have another available for 7 hours, what a joke! The front desk lady will stare at you blankly after you ask her simple questions like “what’s the point of booking an appointment?” Or “is there another massage place in town?” Most unprofessional business I’ve seen

Not even one star, booked an apt with them, 60 min couples massage, paid in full, went to schedule an apt, was scheduled for a Wednesday at 8 pm, she said see you then, I asked if she needed my name or number and she said no 8 pm Wednesday I’ll see yous,….time comes was told they couldn’t see us then had no more time maybe another day, refused to give a refund and acted like she couldn’t understand anything else until I said I want my money back. Now it’s a whole issue and whoever I paid for the appt took the whole amount and $30.78 dollars twice in the same time they did not give our massages

Very unprofessional. I was straddle multiple times during the massage. The women left the room 4 times to answer the door, answer the phone, and to get various items. I was very uncomfortable the whole. I will never go back there. I do not recommend this place go somewhere else.

I am sorry but this was the most unprofessional massage I have ever had in my life. We booked a couples massage for cheap and next day so I guess you really get what you pay for but the 2 ladies were talking in another language so I had no idea what they were talking (and laughing) about the whole entire time throughout the massage. They left the room multiple times to grab things or whatever, answered the shop phone to book other appointments multiple times and left the door open throughout the massage (with my butt exposed at one point). I almost felt like asking them to stop. She didn't warn me before placing hot oil or stones on me and at one point got on top of me on the table with her knee in between my legs. So so so unprofessional and the opposite of relaxing. Then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to tip afterwards and me being who I am said sure 10 dollars, regardless of the awful massage, and she said 10 dollars each? I said no total. And then she gave me a dirty look. Seriously do not waste your money here.

I had a Jack and did the 30 min neck and back massage and it was literally life changing. I had extremely sore shoulders and pain from wake boarding and now I feel so much better. Painful but worth it. Gave a $20 tip

WARNING! Employee followed me into the parking lot yelling for more of a tip… The entire experience felt like a bad joke. After a couples massage that was subpar at best. (Basically pushing on my back with a sheet over for an hour) The masseuse kept leaving the room, left the door open, and left us uncovered completely at times. I kept covering up with the sheet and she’d pull it back down. At one point she was startling my head during the massage. When we didn’t tip what the employee recommended she chased us into the parking lot yelling telling us not to come back waving her hands in my face in the car. I wasn’t planning on it but it was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have encountered. Majority of their good reviews seem to be from fake accounts.

I came in from out of town and booked an appointment here because last time it was great. This time, I booked an appointment, and they overbooked. They didn't do anything for me to make it right. 2 workers were walking around doing other things instead of taking care of me. I'm not sure what happened this time around.

Massage was great. She was able to push the table up against the wall so that she could walk on my legs. This was able to get the knots out of my legs. My legs really hurt because of the bone marrow cancer. After visiting her I was pain-free for about a week. I plan to go back and see her again. I gave her a $50 tip.

My husband and I got the deep-tissue couples massage with hot stones. It was the best message we have ever had. The hot stones felt amazing. The over all ambience was very nice. We had a great experience. I would give them a 10/10.

Read reviews before I went. I was stunted when I saw a sign of tipping suggestion. 20$ for good 25$ for great and 30$ for excellent. From the reviews, I believe they meant tip per person. I never ever seen something like this. The lady that massaged me was really good though. The one that massaged my friend not that good and keep walking in-out through the session.
