Tech did not speak English. Was extremely rough with pedicure. Toilet did not flush. I am surprised Board of health has not shut them down.

I went for pedicure Wednesday, they suggested I get gel so it’ll last longer so I agreed. By Thursday after work, my big toe nail polish had rubbed off. Waste of money, very disappointed.

Overall I had a good experience however I’m hesitant to return. My pedicure was fine followed by a manicure. As the tech was putting on the first hand nail coat she said oh there’s a crack. I thought the polish will secure it. When I got home I realized the whole nail was completely broken across the top. She should have stopped, cut, reshaped and painted that nail.

This place has great workers, most of them Latino, I really went there because they do a great job, they have incredible charisma, but my opinion as a customer is that the owner is rude and disrespectful, I go in person to do my repairs, no one was available. I understand he tells me that you want an appointment I tell him that if he gives me an appointment for that same day 2:30 p.m. I arrive at 2:27 p.m. and when I arrive he tells me that your appointment was at 2:15 p.m. 2:30 they believe him. It didn't matter, he didn't even apologize. That day was my birthday. I felt bad because as an owner and immigrant in the US, he must learn to have respect and formality. He lost a client and a very good one.

Very rude when I asked to purchase a gift card. Lynn said you have to be here in person. Understood as I was explaining our travel situation she simply said “Ok ok” and Hung up. I called back from my office phone and she answered. I’m too busy. I guess that’s how you conduct business with new clients? If there was a Zero stars option for customer service you’d be getting one!! I guess COCO DOES HAVE TWO Zeros in it….

I had done waxing of my legs, however I had to clean my legs as I had left lots of wax and cotton as the worker was trying to clean my legs. I’m not blaming the worker, but the manager who did not train her well before allowing her to work on her own. I’ll never use this salon again!

Terrible nail dip started peeling 2nd day. I went back and she redid it and my nails chipped and broke probably for grinding them to thin so my second " fix" was worse then first time. Dip all came off by third day and now my nails are chipped and broke .120 bucks and ruined nails : Toe nails I paid for gel and they look terrible too! Waste of time and money :( now ruined chipped nails!

The woman who did my pedicure was very nice, however, she rushed through my pedicure. It was done and over in about 12-15 min. Paid $35 for a rushed job. When I was finished I immediately told the male manager, he didn’t even look at me or say much of anything. When I went to pay I asked if I had to pay full price for that, and they shrugged me off and basically said I was lying. A woman who identified herself as the manager, also insinuated that I was lying and after I paid full price just said “well sorry”, such a shame. The woman who did my nails did a lovely job. I would never receive a pedicure from the same woman again.

What a horrible experience it is to come to this nail salon. They make you feel as if your an inconvenience to them to ask to get any type of service. I understand that they work 6 days and long hours, but I am one not getting the services for free and two at the end of the day I am a paying customer. Horrible customer service.

When I went in to get my eye brows waxed, the manager was sleeping in the treatment room and then they wanted me to lie down on the blanket he was sleeping on. They said oh, we put down paper! I was appalled. Not to mention each time I have had a pedicure they were awful. Not going back.

First time at Coco nails and definitely will be the last time! For a full set it was the worst job ever performed in all of my time getting my nails done. Nails turned out to be clumpy and bumpy, was charged an additional $15 for “gel polish” when the polish used was clearly a standard nail lacquer. This place is a total rip off I will never return nor will I refer this business. Nail tech Tyler Applied crooked nails and made a fuss when I told him about it and asked to correct it definitely not worth my time or money. Ended up filing my nails when I got home due to a poor job with the coffin style. Amateurs.

I hate leaving bad reviews. Unfortunately I feel like I need to to save someone else the $50. Got a pedicure and the next day it chipped. It was so badly done my friend asked if I painted my own toes. I was so embarrassed that I paid a professional $50. Unreal. Please go somewhere else. It was that much only because I thought I was treating myself to the deluxe. I got scammed.

Only reason why they received a star is for me to leave a review. I do not leave reviews but I wish I would have listen to the reviews. Service is Trash and not worth what they charge. Tyler is horrible, he is Not professional and is Disrespectful. Business Days and hours listed is also incorrect. They are also always Looking for Hire because of how horrible the service is. Save your time and money. Go Some were else.

They did my pedicure, amazingly. Great pedi choices. They also did my sisters French, supremely cute Update. Went again. Requested an Ombre french nail and a pedicure. They "Nailed" it. 😁
