Cocoon Day Spa- Noe Valley is absolutely amazing! Such a clean, relaxing and welcoming environment. I received facials, waxing and lash lifts from Rana. She is attentive, gentle, caring and exceptionally skilled in her work. I highly recommend booking her- truly the best!! You’ll receive high quality service.

I've been coming to Cocoon for massages with Marni for a few months now, and I can't say enough good things!! The atmosphere is calming, all the staff are kind and helpful, and Marni is truly a lifesaver. She always works with me to figure out my needs in a session and I leave feeling worlds better.

This place is a slice of heaven in Noe Valley! The staff is so very attentive and kind - you will want for nothing. And, I highly recommend the Oxygen facial as your skin will glow afterwards!

Truly appreciate the multiple body treatments the location has. Besides it being clean and friendly - I have sent myself, my older sister and even my 80+ year old mom to use the treatments and they are great. For those on a budget they do have packages available, too, periodically. Thank you Jessica for being so great and honest with all my questions, comments and being honest what I need with great humor and kindness.

Cocoon spa is undoubtedly my favorite spa in the Bay Area. The deep tissue massages can't be beat! Appointments are easy to book with their online portal, and location is really convenient being in the heart of downtown Noe Valley.

I was gifted a spa package at the Noe Valley location for my birthday, and it was the most relaxing experience! The warmth of the space and attention to my comfort made the everyday stresses of life immediately go down a few levels. My massage therapist, Justin, was considerate of the amount of pressure I liked and was also very aware of my particular back issues. After the massage, I practically floated to the waiting area while I waited with a coconut water, for my mani/pedi. I was happy to have a little time to just take in how nice it was to just sit and relax, without the need to check my phone or read. My mani/pedi was professionally done by Jessica and Jean, who seem to thoroughly enjoy their work. All in all, it was a wonderful treat in a pleasant, professional, peaceful atmosphere. I will definitely be going back!

Absolutely delightful experience! The doors are automatic when you enter the building which spans two floors and is beautifully decorated- it pulls you in. The lights are gentle and the smells inviting. I headed downstairs for my massage and was immediately offered some delicious coconut water. I also tried the hibiscus tea! Both were excellent in calming my nervous system as I waited on the comfy lounge chairs. The sign in front of me read "Digital Detox in session" which helped me decide not to scroll on my phone but instead taking in the environment. I received a Deep Tissue Massage which was so good that halfway through I entered a semi sleep wake state. Overall a beautiful calming spa in Noe Valley that makes the city feel far away. What a treat.

I'm updating my review of Cocoon Noe because we had a rocky start together. However after experiencing transformative massage sessions with Romeo and Angela, I'm confident that Cocoon deserves a 5-star rating. Their customer service is fantastic and I've really appreciated the care they put into the entire experience. I'm very glad to have Cocoon in the neighborhood <3

I booked a customizable facial with Ellie and had a great experience. I found Ellie to be very knowledgeable about different aspects of skin care and melanated skin in particular. 10/10 would recommend.

I have a lot of experience receiving massages. For my needs, Kristina is hands down the best I've had. When my time comes to leave SF, I will grieve. Coccon Spa in Noe Valley has top notch service and ambiance. If you enjoy a good pampering, you can't go wrong with Cocoon. Also, their water is excellent! Don't pass up a glass.

I would like to recommend Marni at Cocoon Spa on 24th St. for massage therapy. What skill! She has worked on me twice for different areas of pain. I have never found any body worker who alleviated a severe migraine as well as her. She knew exactly where to focus and provided excellent massage. I deeply appreciate a massage therapist that knows exactly where on the body to work. She is responsive to what is needed and has an intuitive touch. Low back pain was the next source of terrible pain. I left the Spa pain free. You will be in good hands with Marni. I can't wait to have her work on me again.

She is amazing—her technique is gentle yet effective, and she truly knows how to customize the treatment to your skin's needs. I had my first massage at Cocoon Day Spa in Noe Valley. It was a lovely experience from start to finish. I was greeted warmly when I arrived, the waiting area is comfy and my massage therapist was very professional but also warm and welcoming. If I was a cat, I would have been purring.

It is nice to have a spa in my neighborhood. I took advantage of one of their package deals and it’s been awesome. I recently hurt myself and went in for a therapeutic massage with Justin. He was very attentive to my needs. The next day I felt 80% better! Yay! I also want to give a shout out to Romeo. He is very skilled with sports injuries and has given me great insight to healing and taking care of my knees! The staff is great and friendly.

I recently visited the spa’s Noe Valley location and it was just as tranquil and pampering as the SOMA location. It had been a long time since I had a massage from Marni and I definitely needed it. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated. Cocoon is an oasis of calm in our crazy world.

I discovered Cocoon a couple months ago and am so glad I did. Arun has been my massage therapist. He has healing hands. I always get deep tissue massage and can't explain how comfortable I feel afterwards. Now that the word is out, I hope I can still find a spot in his schedule 🤣 Thank you❤️

The most luxurious facial and treatment I have ever had. The hydra facial and the LED light treatment with neck and shoulder massage. I should have come here for facials over the past year considering what I spent on products. I will now make it part of my skin routine. The decor is beautiful and soothing and the staff is exceptional!!
