I booked an appointment with Jas at 11am . I phoned and told her I would be 10min late due to traffic she was ok with that. I arrived at 11:10am and Jas was not there . She stated she was pulling up . Long story short she still hasn’t came & it’s 11:50 am . In text she kept lying stating she was walking in. At this point I asked for a refund on my deposit! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH JAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE

Did not have a good experience...my appointment was for 3 pm I arrived at 2:20..had to pay for parking. Anyway they stylist did not get to me till sometime after 4pm...which I had to pay for parking again..now if my appointment is at 3 I need to be in your chair @ 3 & if you are running behind then communicate that as well...while I was half being serviced it was other people coming in getting their hair done while Im waiting (Wash/color) so I didn't get out the shop until around 7:30 ish..Paid over $300 if you include parking..but I wont be back. I don't like spending all day in a salon and all I wanted was a Cut,Color & Style & I really feel like I was overcharged...I dont think the stylist here are professional..one was outside smoking weed, you can smell her when she came back in the other one was eating while doing hair like dont schedule people if you need a lunch break...but whatever Im glad other people have good experiences but this is my first & last time...if I could it would be 0 stars for professionalism, time and the parking, lack of communication...

Princess was my stylist. I would avoid her if you have natural hair. She is HEAVY handed with heat. Edit: I'm updating my review to 4 stars, however, my original review was honest, and I did communicate my issue with heat; it was verbally dismissed as "I understand" while she continued to go over the same spots several times. I did get heat damage on a few strands, but minor overall. My style was great and lasted a long time. I rated 2 star for the dismissal and ultimate damage, but her work was well done.

This was the only place that I could find on a Monday for a simple perm and cut. I have to wait to get it fixed because the cut is really embarrassing. The base prize was $175 + tip……for a perm and Betty MayPop haircut….complete with Easter Sunday bumped ends. I’m not adding photos, I’m embarrassed….They are all really nice though👍🏾👍🏾

Been getting swe in weaves for the past 14 years and this by far was the most pathetic ridiculous experience WITH the owner who is self claimed “famous” for her flat smooth weaves but mines turned out everything but flat and smooth even 2 weeks later its still “helmet” like because her braiding pattern is too thick and messy ,this woman had the nerves to charge $250 and not blend my leave out with the extensions , not style , literally braided my hair , swe the tracks on and said youre going to style it at home right , because she had another client there waiting and it was near closing time fortunately i had no where to go that night and i was not in the mood to argue so i paid and left , another client there was also upset with her daughter whose also a stylist for not doing a simple short hair style properly and has the nerves to complain about another client whom she claimed was just as difficult ; not sure how its difficilt to recreate a style the client saw on your own page that youve done previously on someone else

I want to thank Jaz from the bottom of my heart . My hairstylist canceled my appointment on NYE. I called all over Dallas looking for someone to do a high pony with a bang. She squeezed me in and EXCEEDED my expectations. She was laid back , personable , and gave great feedback. I highly recommend her if you are looking for the “trendy” hairstyles although she is versatile.

The lies that some people tell we have amazing stylist that produce quality work . The whole salon is multiple cultural salon where we specialize in many things . Guess what the more experienced that a stylist have your going to pay more or get what you pay for . Another thing if you don’t like the amount of heat or a certain product that a stylist is using I suggest that you say something. Customers please stop sitting in stylist chairs , without communicating with your stylist we can not read your minds . Coffey m salon is a amazing salon that produces talent . People can’t wait to write a negative review about someone rather than communicating with the stylist telling them what you want and don’t won’t . One monkey do not stop a show your experience might not have been great does not mean that the next person experience want be great . Another thing is we use top products like design essential, wella , And Sebastian top color lines . Paul Mitchell and ogle graduates every artist is certified. The salon specialize in natural hair , Silkpress, sewins and alot more . When your business is to successful and your to successful they start telling lies .

My name is Tee. I booked an appointment through Booksy with Poshlife aka Posh Johnson. The appointment was scheduled on 10/26 for 1pm. I waited 40 minutes and Jaz never showed up. I asked the braider in the shop where Jaz was and she said she should be there shortly. I called her a couple of times and texted her 3 times. She never responded to my calls or texts. I called her again and found that I was blocked. I sent her a request for my prepayment to be refunded for the service since she didn't show. She declined the request. The level of professionalism is nonexistent with this stylist. I went to her in August 2021 and I had a appointment with her at 4:45pm. She didn't get started on my hair until 6pm. It was a simple quickweave and I didn't leave the salon until 9pm. Appointments are meaningless to Jaz. It is this kind of customer service and poor professionalism that makes it hard to support black stylists. The poor communication coupled with the constant tardiness makes this a no brainer. No amount of so called talent makes up for the poor service being provided. Let me say this, unless you have time to waste, do not go to Jaz. If you are trying to get a refund from her, we'll let's just say, you better be prepared to just write off the cost. I will find another stylist who has respect for my time and the support I give to their business.

This was the worst sew in I ever received. My teenage niece could have done better. I had a appointment on a Thursday and tracks started to loosen on that Monday. She was to lazy to comb my hair while braiding and was using her fingers. No net was used to protect my hair and her branding techniques are old. She canceled my appointment via style seat so I couldn’t leave her a review on there. Also took my cap that I brought with me. I came in around 5 ish and didn’t leave until we’ll after 9. I will most likely that this out ASAP before I have no hair. This was my first and last visit. Do not go to Jazz!

After reading the reviews I was skeptical about booking. I booked with Princess for a silk press which turned out Amazing. Not my first silk press but she was by far the best stylist to make me feel like I got more than my money worth. She was polite and easy to talk too. I been looking for a good stylist and found her so yes I will be going back. Glad I didn't listen to the bad reviews and check it out for myself.

Coffney and her daughter were so good to me. My hair is lovely!! Beautiful color and hair cut i can play with and style anyway i want;). Everyone in the salon was welcoming and the vibe was just right! Thank you Thank you Thank you. When I come back to Dallas I will be there!
