I love this place!!! You feel relaxed the moment you walk in. Today I experienced Ashiatsu / Thai with Sam. I’ve had relaxing massages and deep tissue massages but this was the best of both!!! I feel energized but relaxed … feel like my Chi is in a much better place while a hamstring strain was addressed and feeling much better!!!!

I did the weekly guided meditation with sound bowls and it was the best 30 minutes of my day. It passed so fast and it was perfect period for the practice of inner exploration. I loved it. I will be back. I found this place and it’s location is also very convenient. Thank you 🙏🏽

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! Went for a massage and the staff was so friendly and took the time to educate as well as provide an excellent service. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND AHHA for anyone that is looking to up their relaxation game!

As soon as you walk in you can feel the good vives. Marcela is very sweet, kind and very professional. I had the reiki section and wow!! I walked out feeling like a feather. Reiki is a most try section if you want to align all your chakras 🥰

I have known one of the members of this group for over 10 years. She is my masseuse, and I have nothing but the highest regard for her. This collective has brought together a wonderful group of knowledgeable and friendly people. Their place of business is convenient, clean, tidy, welcoming, and very well run. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I love the vibe of this place. It makes you relax since the moment you walk in. I had a reiki session with Marcela that really enjoyed. It helped me release stress and connect with my emotions. She has a great energy and makes you feel comfortable all the time! I also took her yoga &reiki class. Marcela is a wonderful teacher! She is great at explaining each pose and showing you the variations so you can adapt the class to what your body needs in a gentle way. Easy to follow! The perfect way to finish the month.

I really enjoyed my massage with Jacob! He is very professional and knows his stuff. This was one of the best massages I've had in a long time. I would highly recommend him!

Jacob is a rockstar! I have been going to him for years and would not want to go to anyone else. He takes time to address any areas that need extra work and never feels like he is just rushing through. Highly recommend. New place has a great vibe of total wellness also!

Jacob is the best LMT in Louisville! I have followed him around a few facilities, but this one is surely the best. Collective Wellness & Spa has a nice warm interior, and the rooms are spacious and well designed to create a relaxing environment. Much more so than the massage rooms you find in the chain Spa brands. I will definitely be back here, and always for Jacob!

I do not even know where to begin! I started seeing Sam a little over a year ago. She has been a beacon in my life's journey and has been utterly supportive in a huge transition in my life. From a spiritual side, she has helped me blossom as a contributor to this universe and I am inspired by her every session. Plus, her body work is hands down (no pun intended) the best. I am an ED RN and my body feels so much more rejuvenated after a session. Once after an intense ballet session, she discovered that I injured my foot and fixed it right up with light therapy. I am pretty sure that there is nothing Sam cannot do!

This place is such an amazing collaborative of healers and offers a variety of great services. Be sure and look for any classes or sessions led by Marcela Vrebac. I highly recommend her Yin and Reiki work.
