Amazing place to get a haircut! Rosie and Trina were absolutely incredible. I had my hair washed and it was incredibly relaxing as Trina did a great head massage. Rosie then cut my hair exactly the way I wanted and styled it too!

I went in debating on whether I wanted to keep the light hair or go back to more natural tones. Rosie was ready to help. She did lowlights and added treatment to restore my hair from the bleach. She added nice layers while still keeping my length. Very appreciative of her attention to detail and great price. Will come again. Thank you so much!

I had read all good reviews about Rosie and wanted to try this place for a haircut. My previous salon experience was not that good at some other place and I was skeptical about finding a good fit. I took a package deal for hair wash, moisture repair treatment & haircut. The wash was good and relaxing, they cleaned the scalp nicely and gave a nice massage during the moisture repair treatment. Post that Rosie started with the haircut, she dried my hair properly and showed areas where the previous stylist had butchered my hair. She gave me a perfect layered cut as per my face and kept talking me through it. My hair’s a bit thick and she also took good time to dry it properly.. I’ve rarely experienced anyone asking someone to stand during haircut but that’s how precise Rosie was.. she ensured that it looked perfect. I love my new haircut and everyone else loved it and complimented me. I will be returning to Colleen’s now for my services. They’ve become my absolute favourite. Thank you Rosie

I used to get my hair done at Ulta, but after my hairdresser moved out of state, I had to find a new one. I tried a few places, including Sola Salon, but none of them really impressed me. Today, I came across a new salon and decided to give it a try. When I called, Laura mentioned that she could fit me in if I arrived within 20 minutes. I got my hair cut and colored by Laura, and I couldn’t be happier. This is the best hairstyle I’ve ever had. She is incredibly skilled, and it’s amazing to watch how meticulously she cuts hair. I highly recommend Laura!

I went to this hair salon with high hopes, expecting a simple trim and perhaps a bit of styling to freshen up my look. Instead, I left with a disaster that I can't even begin to describe. The stylist not only managed to butcher my hair beyond recognition but also pushed my hairline back so far, I now look like I'm auditioning for a role in a historical drama. I don't know what kind of training these so-called professionals have, but it certainly wasn't in hairdressing. It's almost as if they used a lawnmower instead of scissors. I'm now sporting a look that screams "hair emergency" rather than the polished style I had in mind. To top it off, the staff's attitude was as if they couldn't care less about the catastrophe they had caused. No apologies, no attempt to make things right—just a cold indifference that left me feeling even worse. Save yourself the misery and steer clear of this place unless you're aiming for a bald, receding hairline look. They should seriously reconsider their approach to hairstyling before they ruin more lives.

Let me start off by saying this was my first time doing a head scalp treatment and a facial too. Let me tell you Trina gave me the best experience. She was very gentle and patient. I had seen a tiktok and wanted to try it. Here at Colleens Hair Salon will not dissapoint. Give them a try and you will see. Thank you Trina and Colleen for the service.

I was so incredibly fortunate another salon didn't pick up their phone because I called Colleen's and spoke with Laura, who was able to take an appointment the next day. I was nursing a pretty awful haircut I received some time ago (not from here!) and it finally grew out a bit, so I wanted to have a cut and highlights done to put it back on track. I was hoping that this appointment could put my hair back in somewhat decent shape, but I never expected it to be as amazing as it is! I have very fine hair and it's already short, which could have been quite a challenge, but Laura is so knowledgeable and knew exactly what my hair needed. She always took into account what I was looking to achieve and worked with me to find the right shade of highlight and the right cut for me and had a plan to keep maintaining my hair while continuing to grow out what was left of my previous cut. I had a treatment done on my hair as well and it's never felt softer. I also decided to get powder shading done on my eyebrows. I was nervous to get the shading done, but after seeing my hair and Laura's previous work and her drawing out a shape on my brows as an example, I knew I was in good hands. They look perfect and are really natural looking. Today was really a special day - I felt really defeated after my last cut (again, not here) and Laura really made me feel like a princess today and I left feeling better than ever. I really appreciate her and would recommend her to everyone. I so grateful for Laura and will be going to her from now on.

0 stars for the inconvenience I had to face with these people. I had purchased the Groupon coupon to avail the service. I called them during there working hours at 3 PM They said we are full and call us tomorrow morning at 9:30, I did… and they said thry can't make a slot for me cause I bought groupon if I pay cash they will take me. I mean what?? Why's that? When I said as per groupon coupen I can just avail it any time without making appointments prior and you are not allowing this? Why the hell you put that ad on groupon at first place? They said owner will call me, but as I expected... No one called... Not having courtesy… Should not waste your time and money for these people. Cause they are not generous🙏

I came here based on the reviews on Yelp. I loved it as soon as I walked in I felt welcomed by Laura I showed her pictures of what I wanted and it came out amazing I love my hair ! I will definitely be back .

It was a horrible experience. I found them on Groupon and got a haircut which was fine, but then I asked them for full hand and leg waxing. First they made me a wait for 15 minutes and then came with wax in a weird cream bottle. It was soooo hot that it burnt my skin and I just ran from there. They do not have proper waxing equipment. Please go to some other place.

Rosie did an amazing job on my haircut! Very thorough and kind. I got long layers and I love it! And the olaplex treatment and blue light hairdryer made my hair super soft. Definitely coming back here!

The hair hydration treatment was great! I recommend asking for a girl named Mai if you plan to get this treatment. Very nice and caring throughout the whole thing. The treatment it self felt really nice to, Mai did a great job handling hair with care. I suggest giving it try!

She was so nice throughout the whole session. I definitely recommend coming here book your appointment as soon as you can they have different hair treatment sessions you can choose from ! And they also have add ons as well ! 10/10 experience!🩷

The first time I came here was a few months ago, my hair cut and dye were done by Rosie which I was quite satisfied. So I decided to come back for the second time. Yet I would say the latest experience is quite bumpy. Rosie was not around so another lady attended to me. I wanted to get hair dye touch up and hair trim. Eventually got a manicure and pedicure as well. To be honest, I felt rushed the whole process. In summary, here are a few facts that I find unsatisfactory: 1. The manicure was done badly the first time. No heart was put into it and just whatever. I talked to the lady in charge but she slathered another layer and called it a day which I really can't accept and requested a redo. 2. The dye touch up at my hair roots was not obvious, I can actually still see my black hair roots instead of the dye. I asked the lady, but she didn't answer. 3. Most importantly, my favourite sweater, got a huge stain from the hair dye due to carelessness in handling and rushing. It is UNREMOVABLE. I noticed it only after I got home and put it in laundry. Despite of that, I do appreciate that the lady did provide a decent hair cut, another young lady staff provided a nice pedicure and specifically, Julie, who helped in providing the manicure the second time. The staffs were friendly, good spirited, kind and willing to provide solutions, but, I think being attentive and careful are very important as well.

I got a men’s hair cut and got the worst hair cut in my life. The lady cutting my hair was in a hurry and kept blaming me for coming late (for a walk-in?) as she was getting late for home. You should have just said no before taking a customer. I gave her specific instructions on how to cut my hair but she disregarded all of it. When I interrupted seeing she’s cutting it wrong, she kept on saying we’ll come to it later. I asked her to give a side part to my hair, she made that area literally bald. Moreover, she forcefully took the $5 tip on a $20 hair cut, even though I was not satisfied with the cut. The owner was apologetic but it’s just unacceptable.

This business is a fraud. They post on Groupon and when you want to use the voucher they say they are not able to get the money from Groupon and you have to pay in store and ask Groupon for a refund. Groupon said they contacted them and they said they would accept the voucher. So basically they charged me twice. I called them and they refused to refund the money. Don’t trust them.

I got a haircut deal on Groupon, it was said there is no need to book an appointment, however I called the salon in the morning and asked what the latest time I could come was. They said no later than 6, so I arrived at 6. However, they initially refused to accept me, claiming it was too late. When they finally did, three ladies rudely nagged me, insisting I should come earlier because they have family commitments and can't stay open (despite their posted hours being 9:30-7:00). Additionally, the owner advised against using Groupon next time because they don't receive the money. If that's the case, why offer the service on Groupon at all? Terrible attitude and very rude! I will never go back! Wondering how people called them nice in the reviews!

Rosie did a great job cutting my hair! I have long blond hair and had not gotten a professional cut in over two years. I was very nervous especially once I learned there was only dry cutting available. But I had read loads of great reviews about Rosie so I trusted her. She did a GREAT job giving me sexy layers. She assured me they would be wash and wear, and WOW they were! She brought out my natural curls and made my hair feel so much healthier and lighter while still keeping the length. I will definitely be returning! I wish I had thought to bring cash for a tip.
