I have classic, stick-straight East Asian hair. Sonal listened to what I was looking for and knew exactly how to work with it, giving me a texture cut l'm super happy with. Post cut, she dried my strands to a voluminous blowout. Love.

Denied service even though I gave notice that I was running late. I get that you want to go home early on Sunday but you set your hours to 4pm and I arrived at 2:45pm, so come on don’t waste your customers time. Edit: Sonal seems to have fraudulently marked my appointment as missed to charge the full fee, despite her denying service well within open hours. I’d advise you to stay away from dishonest people.

I had an excellent experience at this salon. The service was top-notch, with attention to detail, and warm/welcoming atmosphere. Rude and unprofessional. I gave her one star on vagaro for her overall attitude during consultation she deleted my review and reported me for fraud. I went there for a complimentary color consultation. She is saying I robbed her (I got no services done) She called me, texted me and harassed me about leaving her a one star review. Very strange lady do not come here.

Sonal is a top-rated professional. On a recent visit, which she accommodated last minute, she performed the following services: root touch up, toning, and styling. I was impressed with the transparency that Sonal operated with, detailing time/step-by-step format of our service together. By the time everything wrapped up, she had been spot on! While I was in her chair, I knew that I was being attended to with the type of care you'd expect from your mother, and the type of hair services you'd receive from a true "hair" artist! A truly a "rare" combo. I highly recommend her, and would go to her again.

I recently got my haircut and color done with Sonal and she did an amazing job. She uses quality products and takes time to understand your preferences and doesn't rush into completing service. My color & cut ended up being super close to as I wanted. She is quite passionate about her work and goes beyonf to share tips for great hair. The place was clean just the sink was bit uncomfortable for wash. She did try her best to make me comfortable but I ended up with a sprain next day. Nevertheless, I'll definitely be visiting her again!! Highly recommend

Sonal did a terrific job on my hair and eyebrows on my latest appointment! I couldn't be happier with the way my hair looks!! She really went above and beyond to understand what I was wanting even though my vision was a few pictures together. Salon is very clean and quaint and Sonal is extremely kind and easy to converse with. She did a very detailed and thorough job, taking her time to make sure it was perfect. This place is well worth the price! Highly recommend this salon!

Hello, please be aware of services with Sonal. My hair was long. I emphasize was long because she butchered my hair. My hair was to the end of my back. I requested for a 1 inch trim with textured to the ends so the cut wouldn't be so blunt since I wear my hair both straight and curly. She turn me around away from the mirror then handed me a small mirror to show me the 1 inch she was going to cut. I agree. She then said you have front layers, I said very quickly "no don't cut that I trim them myself, just the 1inch trim only". She began cutting away. Again I wasn't facing the mirror. She suggested she would wet cut it then dry and straighten my hair and cut it again. She came around to the front and started to cut my layers around my face. I was confused and turned my head to check my hair how it was looking in the back. Yup it was all gone!!!! Literally 5+ inches off cause she gave me layers all over. The bottom of my hair isn't even either. It looks like steps. I declined her drying my hair to cut more off. What was she thinking? She saw the look of shock on my face and said I was done. Charged double price then stated on website. I didn't have time to process this transaction till later on once I got home and it sank in. Today I messaged her to let her know that I wasn't happy about this experience and thought she should know. I didn't ask for a refund but only wanted to tell her about the experience. We messaged back and forth as her response was it wasn't her fault my hair is curly. I should have had a shampoo and conditioner before starting (she asked if I wanted it. If she thought I needed this service she should have suggestion not asked me. Plus online this service states it comes with cut, shampoo, and conditioner.) I was told that I asked for this type of cut. And was told I should have know better how to ask for my hair cut. Like I'm supposed to be the professional here. Definitely do not recommend Sonal unless you are going for the look like you gotten ran over by a lawnmower. Overall experience was very unprofessional. My hair will grow back and I'll be ok in about 6 month smh. This is a major red flag at it's finest!! If this helps anyone make their decision to think twice I've helped some how. I wouldn't be surprised if I'm not the only person who has experience this. (I have screen shots of her unprofessional response and the hair to prove it too)

I got my brows and makeup done with Soal, and she did a fantastic job! I left looking 15 years younger, and feeling like a queen. She specifically make the dark circles under my eyes disappear and really highlighted my eyes! Will definitely use her services again.

Sonal is such a sweetheart and super attentive. She spends her time with you and doesn't rush. I got a blowout and my hair looked voluminous with soft curls in spite of my hair being mid-length. And I also got my makeup done. She preps your face making it feel dewy and uses quality products, which I love!!
