I just got the WORST refill of my life. My nails look so think and ugly. The shape is trash and when I told the nail tech the nails look too thick can she please fix the shape she just laughed and giggled saying “yea it’s too thick” never going back here again.

Came here with my mom for mani pedis, the woman who did my toes doesn’t wash her tools, she used nippers and such and just threw them back in the sanitizer, and tried to use old nail buffers and files on me. I didn’t want polish, just shiny buff, she said it would be $8 more. I’ve never been charged for shiny buffing before.

This place is actually horrible. I got my nails and feet done. And it’s the next day and my nail BROKE. I payed 70 dollars for this. Overpriced and absolutely horrible. Don’t come here at all. It is not worth it at all.

The place was clean and organized. Smart to put television monitors to watch movies while getting your manicure or pedicure. 1st time in this place, and they took care of me. Great job on giving good customer service. They do have AC for the hot summer. Recommended if you're looking for good service. Will definitely return for my next manicure and pedicure.

I used to go to this salon faithfully I stopped going because I wanted to give my nails a break but then I started up again and went to a different nail salon around the way which I love! Two weeks ago I went to get tips but my lady at the other location was booked so I decide to come here and I should’ve never went back because my finger looks swollen and soon to be infected and that has never happened. I will never go back here! I believe you guys should use disposable brushes because you guys do not clean them I’m so disgusted. It was the guy who I believe sits in the third table not the guy closest to the door

Sliced my right hallux pretty bad. The social nicety in the beauty and hair world is compelling. No matter how much you don’t like what was done to you, smile and tip cash. I guess we’re in New York which adds another layer to the whole thing. Even still, it hurts to walk. I might stop getting superfluous services done because of this. K dramas with French subtitles is what they’ve got going for them

Beautiful nails and professionally done. I have very small nail beds and they were able to sculpt my nails beautifully for a great price. Definitely recommend.

Could improve on attitude, and better services. First off I always went here, and thought they were the best" however " the last time I went here 2wks ago. The same lady who always does my nails, and pedicure, had a serious attitude over a miss communication, and language barrier. I kept trying to explain to her. I wanted a color that was close to the color get, and she copped a serious attitude with me as if she didn't understand what I was saying to her, and refusing to understand me talking in her language to the others. I was so surprised, because I always got what I want and thaught they were great. I'm also a great tipper, so I don't know where this came from. I still left not getting what I want, and paid for. The same day the powder get she so much wanted me to get came off, and I haven't been back since. Attitude needs to change, but all the other time the services was ok.

Overall good salon. I wish they would you disposable tool instead of washing the same tools they use on other people's feet. But other than that my pedicures last a long time(ie 3weeks) with no gel and so do my manicures.

I saw that she cut me. However, I stayed calm. She kept trying to cover it up like it did not happen. I was not offered anything in return. Once i got home my shoe was full of blood. My foot hurts so bad. This is not okay. I will NOT be back. I urge you to use caution.

Please don’t go here. The lady burned my the skin around my eyebrows doing my eyebrows and now I am going on my trip burned. The side of my eyebrow is so red. I don’t know if she put the wax on too hot which I didn’t feel it so hot or if she put some type of chemical on my eyebrows to clean the wax off which smelled like alcohol. You’re suppose to put oil not alcohol to clean off the wax. She kept trying to clean my eyebrow off with it and I told her it was burning me she was still trying to do it. I feel she did it maliciously too because they wanted a higher tip. Like I paid you and tipped you what is wrong with her. Horrible place. Beware
