Andrea has been my mani/pedi person for years. Love her!! Unfortunately she has moved to Salon d'Elegance at Coit and Campbell. I moved with her! Gotta go where she goes! Looks like a bunch of people have moved out of Color Studio. My hair dresser, Kim, also moved.

I don’t recommend this salon for blonde highlights. Could prob get it done better at a beauty school. My orig platinum highlights came out gray and roots were orange!

I had a very disappointing experience at The Color Studio & Salon. Despite having an appointment and far away, I was told they couldn't cut my hair. This lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable, and they didn't even apologize.

Andrea is such an experienced and kind and knowledgeable person. She has 40 years experience in manicure. Okay is very helpful considering I don't have much hair to work with. Thank you ladies.

Extremely bad. Bad attitude and unprofessional. They send you message to confirm appointment screen shot attached. when you show up they cancel you. I had to cancel last time because of covid and they fine you for it. High demand got on their heads and now they are being rude and not considerate to their clients. There are many salons in the city. Try any place but not them. First time nice but you will surely reget once you become their regular.

Jeff Fry is absolutely a master at color. I love my hair. The salon is very professional and welcoming. All of the stylists are upbeat and friendly. It has a really great vibe. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Melissa did my hair and I loved it! There were issues with groupon- DO NOT USE GROUPON! it sucks, but even though there were complications and my appointment ended up taking longer, Melissa still worked with me and she styled my hair perfectly the way I envisioned it. Truly a down to earth person loved her attitude. She knows what she’s doing!

Horrible experience. I bought their groupon deal for full highlights, haircut, and styling for $76. They charged me an extra $30 because I have "thick hair". She was trying to finish fast, she did not use tinfoil for the bleach just slapped it on inconsistent parts of my hair and then washed it off very soon. The end result is absolutely no visible highlights (even though I have dark black hair). I was asking for something that will make my hair shine under the sun but instead I got orange looking burn at the ends. Also, the person did not want to style my hair because it will "damage" it, even though I already paid for styling. I cried for three days afterward and called them to see if they can fix it. They said they will call me back but they never did.

Mr.Wesley, came in few minutes late, didn’t have on mask correctly, and then he coughed. I asked if he did a razor cut, he said no, but he could do the job. Don’t want my hair to be highlighted blond. You paid a basic highlight, I have to do a toner, cost 40.00. I paused and I said go ahead. He walk to the desk, came back, he said, I can’t do your hair. Receptionist said she could make another appointment at a different time.. the only problem is that I’m going to granddaughters rehearsal dinner and wedding tomorrow. I have lived for many moons and had never had an experience like I had today. Had made my appointment two weeks in advance. Wesley does not deserve a 1, more like 0. 👎🏻

They are not very organized there! The communication between customers and the staff are lacking! I wanted a root touch up and came out with a different color all together! The front desk didn’t charge me correctly and they tried to charge my credit card additional charges without my authorization! Stay away!
