Received a Groupon to the north location for Christmas. Owner (James) insisted that I redeem my groupon upon scheduling, not when I used or arrived at service and that I print out a screenshot of the redemption screen. This is not typical Groupon protocol. There is no specific business phone number. As far as I can tell all calls that go to the listed number go to the owner's cell phone. He answers without the business name and when I asked to make sure that I was calling the correct number he said "I guess I can help you out with that". This happened both times I actually reached anyone. I called many other times and left voicemail messages that were never returned. I called the day of my appointment to confirm whether or not I needed to bring anything with me. Owner asked whether or not I knew the address and I confirmed the Voyager address with him. When I arrived at that address the store was closed with a very difficult to see sign in the window saying that they had moved to a different location. The address on the sign was incorrect. I finally made it to my appointment with my screenshots and hand and James, the owner, almost refused to take my screenshot validating that I had redeemed my purchase on groupon. After pointing out the date of redemption he begrudgingly agreed to provide my services. The new office was in an obvious state of mid-moving. It was very difficult to actually figure out that I was at the right location because the name of the location is not what was advertised on the groupon. It is now rejuvenation something or other and off of Tracker Road in the Northgate area The woman, Connie, that actually completed the services was excellent and very understanding. The walls were super thin and I could hear everything happening in every part of the building. Not very relaxing at all. The owner seems to be a very poor businessman and hopefully he can find some people who can support him and help him run his business.

Colorado Cryospa has made a huge difference in my ability to perform and stay in top notch shape for my training. Recovery is just as important as the training itself. I highly recommend incorporating it into your life whether you are doing intense training or trying to feel better as you go about your everyday life!

I am not sure about the other locations, but the staff at this location is EXTREMELY RUDE. I had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday 7/8, a girl called me Tuesday 7/7 asking if I could change my appointment because they double booked it. I offered to change it to Thursday 7/9. Well, it is Thursday, and I get a text confirming my appointment for 7/16. I called to clear up the mix-up, and they let me know that they can't get me in until next week (I have an event this weekend which was why I had this appt scheduled this week). Instead of trying to figure out the miscommunication, the manager (I assume) got on the phone and HUNG UP ON ME! Then sent every call I made after that straight to voicemail. Horrible customer service, they made the mistake, not me, and instead of trying to fix it they hung up on me! I was shocked.

I've been going to Colorado Cryospa for nearly a year and couldn't be happier. I drive 45 minutes because of the high caliber staff and wellness products they offer. I've had nothing but great experiences here and highly recommend to anyone!

Love this place! The whole body cryo is amazing it definitely helps with all of my body inflammation. And the Normatec boots feel like heaven after a run. I hight recommend this place!

Super cool vibe. Several options for personal care. I got a Groupon for the body cryo and the cryo facial. Good experience and fun. I'll be back for sure.

This place is a joke. Every encounter I’ve had with the owner, James has been negative. I bought two gift cards from there in March and specifically asked if my husband could use it towards a special they had going because I originally wanted to just pay for the special so he could schedule an appointment and was bait and switched when I got there. The front desk girls assured me he could use the gift cards for that. Well that wasn’t the case and my husband paid additional for the special. Fast forward a few months (due to covid) and we go in on a Sunday. Use one of the gift cards no problem with another lady at the desk. Well today he went in again to use the other one and was told there is no record of the purchase. Wait what? How would we have two gift cards from there and we’re able to use one of them if we didn’t purchase them there. Mind blowing. I normally give credit where credit is due but this place I would stay far away from.

Cant praise this place enough! Went in with a facial injury and James and staff did 3 facial treatments on me and made a HUGE difference in reducing swelling and bruising almost immediately. Cryo therapy works!

Do not waste your money or time at this location as a client or employee. If you go to any location go to the south location. The owner cares about money and only money not the clients or customers. There is a reason there is no price listed. The owner makes it up as he goes. He thinks he is Dwight Goodman from globogym.

I've had 2 massages and been in the cryospa 3 times. I fall asleep in the massages. They are so incredibly relaxing. The cryotherapy machine is amazing. The cold really doesn't even bother me for some reason. I have fibromyalgia so usually cold is extreme and painful even. The machine though... That cold feels awesome. My pain comes down to a 2 or a 3 for a few days after the massage and cryo machine. I wish I could go more often.... Oh, ask about monthly packages. They are very reasonable.

Folks Beware! You have been warned .....Do not even step foot in this place. Try and cancel your membership and see how this guy will change his ways. He uses words to scare you into trying to stay, when it's good he is happy and when it's not good he is worse than a used car salesman. When he starts to lean in to talk to you so that others cant hear...that's when his charm turns to dust. I'm glad I can handle myself , cause he doesn't intimidate me at all.

I had a gold membership that ended in March and money continued to be taken from my account. I had called and emailed several times. I have now deleted my last review because James, the owner called and made it right. I must admit, that overall, the service was good. Thank you James for following up.

I was referred by my good friend Quentin a fellow swimmer 🏊 and I thought 💭 it would be too expensive. they had a killer special going on the weekend I checked it out and James the owner gave me an awesome deal because I am an athlete. I am getting world 🌍 class recovery not even available at the United States 🇺🇸 Olympic training center 😂 and the staff is extremely kind and helpful JESUS IS LORD 😛

My experience here was continously made very uncomfortable by the owner. Its hard to relax and enjoy your time there when he is constantly trying to up-sell before you have even had a chance to think about how you feel.
