I went with my sister to do a salt cave session and let me tell you that was a great experience. I was telling my sister that it brought me back home. I felt I was back in my island. I spent the day feeling so good after the session. Then, I scheduled an Abhyanga massage( I've never had this type of massage before). I've been all.around the world including Thailand (known for their massages) and this was a world class massage. I'm a chatter box even while getting a massage but this time I was floating. I reached a state of relaxation that I didn't want to talk to not break the "spell". 😂 My sister and I felt so genuinely welcomed from the staff and the owner, they were very accommodating. I'm definitely coming back and try their other treatments. If you haven't been in Salt Cave, you are truly missing out. I wish them all the success!!

Salt caves are invaluable when your respiratory is at it's worst. I searched google today hoping for something like this as I haven't used one since I moved here. It was a beautiful center, the cave itself was so calming and relieving for my lungs. The wonderful receptionist was welcoming, a calm atmosphere from the moment you entered, she even offers a blanket before your session. I needed this relief so much and I almost fell asleep with how relaxed I was. I already feel so much better, thank you so much for your salt cave. We will visit again for sure.

The salt cave is unique with a custom carving of Pikes Peak and front range in salt and features zero gravity chairs for a comfortable session that improves your overall health. We were so impressed by our experience that we booked an Ayurvedic body therapy session which is a personalized massage treatment with warm herbal oil to fit your specific health needs. I cannot recommend this business enough, it was a peaceful, relaxing spa day after a busy holiday weekend! Ro Janecek, the owner and therapist gives her clients a 5 star treatment and we will definitely make it a part of our routine for optimum health!

I had the best experience! My massage was amazing and relaxing. They showed me the beautiful salt cave and infrared sauna. I’m so happy to have something like this close and I can’t wait to go back.

Very nice and beautiful decor. Haven’t had treatments here, just stopped by to check it out. I know they follow Ayurvedic philosophy for treatments, massages. Gorgeous slat cave! Absolutely must visit and join in for a gong ceremony!

I can’t believe we’re lucky enough to have a space like this in town. The salt cave is a beautiful and unique experience, and the sound baths hosted there are a must!! I went to this place and had the best experience. The people were so kind and welcoming every treatment I have done there has been phenomenal! The staff walked me through the process of everything the cold plunge coaching was so helpful for it being my first time. The Basti treatment I had was also amazing and so therapeutic!

Ro and her team have created an invigorating and serene healing space like no other. Whether you only have 30 minutes or 90 there is something here for everyone. The vitality booth with red light & Halo therapy, along with sauna & cold plunge are my personal weekly (or multiple times a week) favorite therapies. I have also had the gift to experience some of the ayurvedic therapies and salt cave sessions which were truly magical! With the hustle and bustle of owning two businesses, having three kids, and caring for an elderly parent this has become an integral part of my mental and physical health and well-being. Go experience this stunning space - you will leave feeling peaceful and restored and counting the minutes until your next appointment!

This is one of the most beautiful spaces you will encounter! Colorado Springs has been in need of something like this for a long time and I’m so thrilled to say it’s finally here! The owner is amazing and has such a heart for healing and wellness of the body, mind and soul…for every age! The minute you walk into this space you know something is different. The ambiance of the salt cave is so relaxing and refreshing. It’s spacious and inviting, and there are different services they offer for everyone, from sound baths, to guided meditations, to family time with the kids! My kids (ages 4,7 and 9) enjoyed the family sessions we’ve done. The red light therapy and halo therapy are a must! I was unsure of the healing properties of halo therapy, but I love natural remedies, especially for my kids, and we have noticed a substantial difference when we are feeling sick or congested. Massage is done by neuromuscular therapists so they know what they are doing. And having a private sauna and cold plunge is amazing!! The employees take care to walk you through anything you might need (like breathing when you’re in the cold plunge!) and explaining the benefits or any other information you may need. I’ve been telling everyone I know about it because of the health benefits and it’s such a beautiful space for self care. 5 stars! Check them out when you get the chance!

A beautiful and healing atmosphere awaits at this salt cave, reminiscent of my childhood in Transylvania where salt mines are a common treatment for respiratory ailments (usually prescribed by doctors)! Natural salt mines are enormous of course ( with churches, playgrounds & restaurants made of salt)! People with respiratory illnesses spend days on end breathing in the salt vapor. I was thrilled to discover this salt cave offering a similar experience close to home and look forward to returning soon.

Wanted to pamper myself before school started back up and searched groupon. This place is amazing- my daughter experienced the salt room and I got a 60 minute massage. I’m cheap but would have happily paid full price the great massage and relaxation sessions! Do yourself a favor and book it today!

The salt cave experience is offers salt therapy and healing in a comfortable nest of rest. The ultimate in halo therapy to support your whole being. I’ve also received Ayurvedic services with Rochelle and could not be more impressed. Basti was calming and peaceful with warm delicious smelling oils for your constitution. Abhyanga massage was physically relaxing and nourishing with lymphatic sweeps. Shirodhara left my mind relaxed and rested with deeply conditioned hair. Rochelle provides a safe space to release stress and rejuvenate your entire being. I’ll be back!

Highly recommended the salt cave followed the by sauna and cold plunge. It was very mind and body relaxing. The salt cave definitely opened up the airways creating deeper breathing. Look forward to doing it again!

I had an AMAZING and very relaxing experience today ! I sat in a warm wooden sauna for 20 mins (they lowered the heat for me) then had an hour hot oil massage with Ro… it was so relaxing and healing and my mind, body, and skin are so refreshed. I was also able to see the salt cave which is absolutely incredible and cold plunge room. I will definitely be coming back.!!!

This place just opened today, stopped by the open house to see what was up. Staff is super friendly, place is definitely east Asian inspired. Ro the owner walked me through what they do, salt cave is incredibly relaxing. Never seen something like that. Would recommend, prices are reasonable as well especially for what they provide. I've taken my wife to a few spa and wellness centers and this one is easily the most unique.

My husband and I had a halotherapy for a session at Colorado Salt Cave last week and LOVED our experience! The service was excellent (thank you Ellie and Ro), and the atmosphere even just in the lobby was lovely and ambient. The salt cave was extremely relaxing and I noticed immediate results from the salt by the end of our session. Thank you CO Salt Cave for an awesome time, we will definitely be back for more! <3
