I highly recommend carmen, she has been the only hair stylist that has had my hair completely healthy even after going from black to platinum and black again. My hair is down to my waist and is always shiny and manageable. No more frizz!!

I had such a great experience with Carmen. I started with a consultation because I have never dyed my hair before and was a bit hesitant. She gave me great tips on how to keep my hair strong and healthy and insured that I was going to be happy with the balayage style we were going for. When it came to my hair appointment, she was very knowledgeable and friendly to talk with and she gave me the blonde hair I was striving for. She even had me back for another appointment to touch up a few areas to make sure my hair was perfect. I have received so many great compliments and I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Carmen is absolutely amazing, I can't say enough about her talent and professionalism. She leaves my hair so silky soft and beautiful after every visit. Carmen takes her time and walks you through everything, she's very knowledgeable and gives you awesome tips on how to style and manage your hair at home. Carmen is an excellent colorist and stylist. I went to her because I wanted to have a specific style and color done on my hair and she nailed it. She truly listened to me and took the necessary time to treat my hair in order to achieve the results I desired in the safest way she can. I did not feel rushed at all during the entire process and felt well taken care of. She was honest and upfront with the cost of the service; and because of the result, I’d say everything was worth it. She also set my expectation that it may take multiple sessions to achieve the result I desired, which was very much appreciated because at least I went there without having false hopes or expectations that I’ll come out exactly what I was picturing my hair to become, yet she still achieved what I wanted. Best of all, my hair remained soft and smooth, something that I was concerned about at first, but after several washes now, I can confidently say that my hair has remained healthy and strong even after all those chemicals.

Carmen is an incredibly talented hairstylist and is a magician at class-act color. She is always updating her skills, products and all-around knowledge of the ‘business.’ Her studio is clean, gorgeous, and she offers you something to drink as well as snacks. Her customer service skills are stellar and she is also a wonderful person. Carmen listens very carefully to what you want and then executes to a level higher than you expect. She never damages your hair and treats your hair like it’s her own. My hair has never been so healthy. It took me many years to find her and I am fortunate to have someone her caliber doing my hair. Carmen is very professional :) I love the she cares about you and makes sure u get what’s best for your hair so it doesn’t get damaged and she is very kind I like her personality this is the first time I go to a salon and they dont make excuses to do my hair just cause I have curly hair. Carmen did a great job of matching my color from a previous Stylist and I have gotten the most fantastic haircut from her. Gave me a disrespectful customer service and acted very unprofessional and childish by blocking friends, family and people I know from their pages for just a hair service misunderstanding. Big mistake was her removing clients that I know blocked them and canceled their appointments she's the one loosing clientele and the service and for a problem that happen between me and her I will not let that happen. That is very unprofessional and childish of her service. I don't recommend her to anyone in green bay, family, friends, even my coworkers to her salon.

I got a haircut and coloring from Carmen. She was very easy to talk to. It isn't often to meet a hairstylist who listens. I asked for a dry cut and she did it! She was attentive throughout my time in the salon and I never felt that she was in a rush because she takes pride in her work and cares for her customers. 🙏

I wanted to share a wonderful experience I had with Carmen yesterday. It was my first time meeting her and right away I felt at ease with her warm personality along with her professionalism and obvious knowledge of what she was doing. Admittedly, I was nervous as I’ve had some bad experiences but once that towel came off after washing, I was overjoyed by the outcome. I opted to do my hair in 2 steps (hair was pretty brassy looking) as I didn’t want to sit in the chair for so long but we have a plan and I can’t wait to see Carmen again. Highly recommend Carmen.
