I am so happy I chose this salon!!! I have never had anyone get my hair exactly how envisioned it. My hair is still healthy even after the bleaching and highlighting. I get so many compliments everyday on my hair. I highly recommend this place to anyone that’s afraid of damaging your hair or not being satisfied. You will not be discouraged!!

The individuals were pleasant, however, my hair did not turn out as requested. It required four attempts to dye and tone it. I spent six hours there, from 8am to 2pm, only to be billed $470 for this unsatisfactory result.

I recently visited Colour Kraze and had an incredible experience. I drove all the way from Houston to Dallas to see Ruby, as my sister has been getting her hair done here for some time and highly recommended it. Ruby was amazing—professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. She took the time to understand what I wanted and offered great suggestions. I opted for a highlighted partial balayage, and Ruby executed it perfectly. The colors were beautifully blended, vibrant, and exactly how I envisioned. Throughout the process, Ruby kept me informed and comfortable. Her attention to detail and dedication to her craft were evident. I couldn’t be happier with the results and have received numerous compliments on my hair. If you’re looking for a top-notch salon with talented professionals, I highly recommend Colour Kraze. Ruby is exceptional, and I will definitely be returning for future hair needs!

Adore the entire salon, the vibes, the aesthetic, I always leave feeling so beautiful & confident! Alondra is amazing coloring my hair always gives me what I ask for & more!! Abby slays my haircut everytime! Highly recommend to anyone in the Dallas area or any nearby area go check them out you will not regret it!! Hilda the owner is so nice and welcoming & amazing @ extensions look no further I’m extremely picky but have never been dissatisfied here I’ve been coming for years!

I had the absolute worst experience with Hilda at this salon.To make a long story short , I left with brown color all over when I asked for highlights. Yes, she used the bleach and foil like I’ve had done for years. It was fine however when they tried to tone it, all my hair turned a dark strange color. After $425, my hair looks like I used a box color. I asked for a refund and she return $45 for a hair cut which didn’t occur .She sent back $50 for what she called a partial refund. Any decent person would acknowledge the mistake and give a full refund. Now, I have to wait a year or so and let all this grow out and start all over. I was referred by a friend, and this was my first and last time there. I’m so disappointed in the lack of professionalism. I didn’t receive an apology instead she made it seem like it was my fault. She had zero concern for the fact that she messed up my hair. She did say I could go back to try to re-tone it, but there’s no way I’ll do that. I’m leaving this review in hopes to save someone else’s hair and the frustration of paying $400 for nothing.

Make sure they understand what you ask for. I was so upset because they didn’t listen to what I asked for. I had 7 months of new growth lightened to a brown color when I have naturally black hair. I asked for them to blend baby lights into my natural black and grey hair. My hair was already lightened and I didn’t want to touch my new growth… so much for that.. I didn’t get what I asked for!!! If you can’t do it just say so, don’t blame technique. At your prices you should have the technique mastered, bleeding should not be an issue or excuse to lighten someone’s black hair to a weird light brown that is going to make new growth obvious. Please do better.

I asked for a balayage and it was a long process but it was soooo worth it. Carla did an amazing job and I love how my hair color turned out! Had a minor issue with my haircut but they were able to quickly get me in again to resolve my concerns! They really do go above and beyond to get it right and keep their clients happy 💕💜

I been coming to Colour Kraze since April 2022 and I love it! ( I come from another Hair Salon in front of North Park Mall… $$$ where they destroyed my hair ( burned it.. it fell out. Then color 3 tones so bad.. just remembering makes me very upset 🤬 I did my research for 2 months and found ¡COLOUR KRAZE 💖! 🤗 these girls are Stars when it comes to Coloring & hair extensions!!! They have it all color , hair extensions, haircut, lash extensions, products. Remember always do your research and ask questions. Abby gave me exactly what I wanted and more 💕 definitely exceeded my expectations after not having my hair done for many years and have used box dye in the past, she took care of my hair definitely felt better than when I first walked in, and the haircut AMAZINNNGG! i went in not knowing what to expect and as soon as i walked in reyna approached me and we got started! i loved my experience Reyna made it the best experience for me! my hair is very long and i taught maybe she was going to get frustrated but not she went above and beyond way above beyond!! i was in love with my hair! we started at 11:30 and didnt leave until 6 it was process and it was worth it! she gave me advice on products! fast forward to 3 weeks latter i went in for a chocolate treatment and was in love with the results once again! reyna is amazing and very talented 💕 she has a client in me for life!!

This is honestly the best place ever. All the staff is very friendly. Reyna is amazing and so sweet! She has taken such good care of my hair these past few months. I was so worried that my natural hair would be damaged, but with her help my hair is still so healthy and the color is always perfect. I definitely recommend Reyna!!

girl was super rude, even to other worker helping her, not to mention wet all my back as well, hair was super dry afterwards don’t see how they hype it up so much
