My session with Trevonna was amazing. This was my first time having a massage therapist come to me and it went very well. She is very personable, her customer service is good, and her massage speaks for its self. I told her where to focus and she did, but she also found other areas that need attention. I rebooked my next 2 appointments with her.

By far the best massage session I’ve had this far! I received the Full Body Swedish Massage with the lavender aroma therapeutic oil and I was so relaxed that I caught myself snoring lol. She paid close attention to my problem areas and was so nice to let me come in on the same day I called! I’m happy to have got an appointment before she changed locations! Although I’m going to follow her lol. Trevonna just gained a client for life!! Thanks again!

I have to give one star so People can see THIS REVIEW . But honestly I will give her a BIG F-- FOR FU#&*UP . IM SOOOO HAPPY THAT THIS GIRL DIDN'T HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO GIVE ME ANYYYTHING... (MASSAGE) THIS LITTLE GIRL IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. FIRST SHE CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT LIKE ONE HR BEFORE THE SESSION AND BY A TEXT. THEN WHEN I TRIED TO CALL BACK TO RESCHEDULED SHE DIDN'T EVEN HAD THE DECENCY OF RETURNING THE CALL OR TEXT ME BACK. BUT THIS LITTLE GIRL CELL PHONE DID CALLED BACK WITHOUT HER KNOWING AND I COULD HEARD HER TALKING AND LAUGHING ABOUT THE PEOPLE THAT SHE CANCELLED THERE APPOINTMENTS. WELL AFTER THAT I STILL WAITED ONE MORE DAY . NEXT DAY I CALLED AND OF COURSE HER VOICEMAIL PICKED UP I CALMLY LEAVE A MESSAGE. THEN I TEXTED HER AND TOLD HER THAT IT WOULD BE GOOD FOR A BUSINESS OWNER TO AT LEAST BE MORE RESPONSIBLE WITH HER CUSTOMERS. I GUESS LITTLE GIRL COULDN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH AND SHE WAS FAST TO ANSWER WHEN I WROTE THAT I WANTED A FULL REFUND. OF COURSE SHE HAS TO SAY YES BECAUSE LITTLE GIRL WAS THE ONE THAT COULDN'T KEEP THE APPOINTMENT. IM SO HAPPY NOW BECAUSE I GOT MY MONEY BACK AND I WILL NEVER EVER LET MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO TRY TO GO TO THIS LITTLE GIRL. OHHHH!! AN ADVICE LITTLE GIRL... WHEN YOU ASK FOR $15 TO $20 DOLLARS IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR TIP . LITTLE GIRL THAT SAY A LOT IF YOUR HUNGER. PEOPLE TIP BECAUSE THEY LIKE THE SERVICE THEY GOT... I was appalled on how I was treated by Trevonna at comfort zone therapy. I was also promised that my credit card since would not be charged for ANYTHING since I had a groupon but that she couldn't figure out how to book an appt in square without putting a card in but I was charged the cancellation fee that I was PROMISED I wouldn't be after having to cancel due to a MEDICAL EMERGENCY with my child. Trevonna was rude and unapologetic and unsympathetic to such a delicate situation. BEWARE! Go elsewhere!

Purchased a massage through Groupon and Trevonna cancelled it the day before. She was extremely rude and unprofessional via text. She would not refund my $$, and made nasty comments to me. Something is seriously wrong with her. Stay away!

Very unprofessional. After she cancelled my first booking 1 hour prior to my appointment (without even reaching put to rebook or apologize), I booked a 2nd time. A week later I received a text from her asking to move my appointment back half an hour, which I obliged. 2 days before my appointment I received another text requestung to move appointment back another hour; again I obliged. Then today, less then 24hr before my appointment, I receive a message stating my massage has been canceled...again. Fortunately, Groupon was nice enough to refund my money. You've been warned.

Wouldn’t recommend. She rushes you from the time you get there till the time you leave. Not very personable and friendly. 90 minute massages aren’t actually 90 minutes, which is probably why the gratuity is mandatory. If you’re looking for someone who really digs into your problem areas, go somewhere else. All the reviews mentioning how rude she is is 100% accurate. Definitely doesn’t care for her clients the way you would want a “massage therapist” to. UPDATE: Please look at the way she responds to reviews. Instead of mentioning her bad service to her face, I'd rather leave a review for everyone else to be aware, since I'm sure she would have went off to my face the same way. Nowhere is "80 minutes hands on" explained. If that's the case, advertise it as 80 minutes instead of a 90 minute massage. I encourage you all to visit someone who is more professional, and most importantly, friendly. What does the time of my review have to do with your terrible service?

Can’t believe this foolishness. Totally disappointed in your service and We haven’t even met. You seemed professional at 1st but I realized you don’t return calls so there’s no point of ever leaving a message and you hang up on people, rude AF. Do better!

Comfort Zone Therapy is the best place to relax and feel rejuvenated in Charlotte. Trevonna has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Her touch is very detailed and constructive. She can find problem areas and control the muscles into an ease and restful energy. I almost fell asleep! I have way more flow in my movement. I feel a difference in my back, scalp, feet, and hands. I will be back. She has great music, warm heating pad, multiple oils to choose from, and a quality practice. Thank you Trevonna! You have a gift. Keep sharing your blessings with others. I enjoyed my experience. This was my first time ever receiving a professional prenatal massage. I was nervous at first but Trevonna explained to me what was going to happen etc. As a first time client, I was impressed. Very professional and the massage was awesome! I almost fell asleep lol.

I received a prenatal massage from Trevonna at comfort zone therapy. Trevonna was very professional and courteous, pressure wasn't too hard or too soft. I got off the table feeling rejuvenated. I will recommend comfort zone therapy to anyone and everyone. I'm not even from her area but when I'm back in her area I will surely come back and visit her again!!!

I was so excited for my massage after reading the reviews. I was originally scheduled for a Friday evening appointment. Trevonna called me to ask if we could re-schedule because of a family concern, to which I happily agreed to. She asked if I could reschedule to Sunday. When I called to let her know that I was stuck in traffic, she let me know that she already had another appointment scheduled that she couldn't move. I reminded her that she was the one that asked if I could come at this time. She told me I just needed to call her during the week and she would fit me in, to which I said, "No, I am out of town for work the entire week" and she said, "Well you'll just have to call me back when you get in town then" AND HUNG UP ON ME. I could not believe that I would be spoken to like this, let alone hung up on. Clearly her current clients are treating her so well that she isn't looking for any new clients.

Purchased a voucher off of groupon approximately a week ago. I have attempted to call her twice a day, every single day since purchasing this voucher to schedule an appointment and have yet to receive a phone call back. If you are looking for a massage look elsewhere, otherwise you will be wasting your money on a massage you will never receive. Nothing but a headache.

Today I recieved a prenatal massage from Trevonna and it was amazing! So was she! She was friendly and upbeat. I went in because I had alot of pain in my upper back, neck and arm and she kindly put a good amount of focus on those areas. She listened to me explain the pain and catered to my needs. The space was warm, clean and smelled great. Since leaving I'm able to move around alot easier and all the pain I felt is nearly gone. FYI the pain prior to seeing her was 10 out of 10.

Trevonna was awesome! The building was easy to find and it’s a nice, clean, safe location, family friendly. My wife is pregnant and both of us got a massage. She asked questions, showed a lot of empathy and most important of all provided a world class massage! We are definitely going back to her. She is really good at what she does. Best massage we ever had. She identified my biggest most painful tension spot in my back without any hints from me! Wow!! Please give her a shot, and you will see what I’m talking about. She was actually very flexible with the scheduling. Obviously, she is a professional has a busy schedule, so giving her a poor rating because we as the customer were late, without ever getting service from her, is not fair in the least. Again, I’m not the one to write too many reviews but I felt compelled to call out her great work after receiving the best massage! Trevonna made our day!

Wish i could review without any stars!! So unprofessional! I had an appointment scheduled for a Monday in Which she asked me to change to Sunday so I did. Then the morning of the appointment as I was on my way there she calls and has to cancel my appointment. I was understanding, but then I reached out to see about rescheduling and didn’t get any response numerous times! My in-law purchased and tried booking with her and she responded to her that she was unable to book which would have been nice to share with me! So I said thank you for being professional and getting back to me and her response was “YOU DO REALIZE YOUR ONLY A GROUPON????” Last I knew money was money and a tip is a tip, sorry some people are take advantage of a good deal!
