I absolutely LOVE this salon! Victoria is super talented. The owner and the staff truly take pride in their work. I usually go out of town to get my hair done but I’m happy that I found Conceited. I plan to be a loyal customer💗

If you have a sew-in & would like to get it colored don't even waste your time scheduling a consultation with this salon unless the hair bundles were purchased at the salon. 8 months ago, I had my sew-in colored with blond highlights, lowlights & balayage by Jennifer Michelle & the owner, Victoria helped her to achieve the desired look & those bundles were NOT purchased at the salon. Fast forward to today, Jennifer Michelle is no longer employed at the salon, so I had to do a consultation with a new stylist & Victoria advised her not to do the color service because my sew-in bundles were not purchased at her salon. This sounds like some really shady business practice designed to maximize her profit off of clients. The hair that I use only cost $55 per bundle & the quality is way better than her hair that cost around $100s per bundle. Jennifer Michelle even mentioned the quality of the hair that I use & how well the color took to the hair. Good riddance because I would never waste my money on those overpriced & skimpy looking Indian bundles.

Ciara did my hair. She was running a bit behind but she apologized for it. She was nice. She recommended a couple of things I needed with my service. I got a deep conditioning treatment with a silk press. However it’s only been a few days and my hair has already started to frizz up in the back which normally doesn’t happen so quickly.

I had an appointment booked for a silk press with clip ins, but decided to opt for the deluxe silk press since my hair is so frizzy and I wasn't able to schedule a keratin treatment at the same time. Unfortunately, my appointment was cancelled by my stylist who wasn't feeling well. The ladies were very kind and patient with getting my deposit back to me which I greatly appreciate. Definitely look forward to their services the next time I'm in Baton Rouge.

***DO NOT book services at this salon!!!***extremely unprofessional and lack of regard for clients. I booked a hair styling appointment and after sitting in the salon an hour+ was told the stylist “might not” show up today. Zero customer service or understanding of how to run a business. ( It takes more than nice décor.) I drove in from out of town. The stylist Shamika NEVER SHOWED up. Do yourself a favor DO NOT book services here.

Very nice atmosphere and great service. Ciara worked wonders on my long, thick, curly hair, getting it glass smooth and full of body. I received the Silk Press Bundle with deep condition and trim. Great price, and great service. I will be back.

Exceptional place! I needed corrective services from a previous salon and they were there to perform all that I needed. The appointment was for my 5 year old daughter and they were very unprofessional in how they treated her. I'm not sure if the workers don't have children aor are not accustomed to styling kids that age but they were bothered that a five year old would cry at the hair salon. This was my daughter's first visit to a salon and although her hair turned out great, I can't support a business or business owner who would allow such unprofessionalism.
