Base color is one price, highlights another price They kept stacking color prices I paid $276 which is horribly expensive. I have never heard of such a system and I lived in Chicago for 35 years and NEVER paid a price like that. Never again….Who cares about your complementary manicure….

Absolutely terrible place to get color and I was treated very rudely when I complained that it was not what I asked for. There are many other salons in the area that provide a much better service and experience for the price.

I cannot say enough good things about Concepts. I had an exceptional customer service experience today. Covid still continues to make things unpredictable! When my appointment was rescheduled, the entire staff worked together to find me a new appointment. I was not only pampered but amazed by the excellent care I received. I'm an extension girlie and this type of care is hard to come by! My hair is always iconic when I leave Concepts. I cannot recommend them enough!

Have been going to Concepts for many years. Very modern and well kept salon, and they offer a variety of services. The receptionists are always cheerful, responsive and helpful. At least in my experience, my stylist has been at this salon for as long as I've been a customer which speaks to the work environment and culture the owner has created. Definitely worth checking out!

Kira is absolutely amazing! She has been working with me to maintain a hairstyle that leaves me able to still shine at work. The words that I have to describe my confidence in myself after an appointment with her are none because I just have a beautiful woman staring back at me in the mirror and I love her. Kira is great at listening to what I want but always thinks of the future of my hair and what it will look like in the future not just the immediate satisfaction of my hair that day.
