I booked an appointment for my daughter to get a take down, wash and blow dry, and her ends trimmed. She is 4 and is tender headed during certain parts of the service. I know everyone doesn’t have a preference for servicing small kids, but I appreciate them for not discontinuing the service and continuing to display patience. I know I had to be up charged haha but the price didn’t bother me because it was one less stressful task that I had to do, and my baby’s hair feels and looks so much better. She’s now ready for her braid appointment, and I can continue to be intentional about keeping her hair healthy. I’ve used this salon on and off for a really long time and loved the convenience. I appreciate yall! (So sorry for all the tears!)

I was not pleased with my service on 11/8/24 with Brittany at Confidence Upscale Studios. I paid $95.00 for a shampoo deep conditioner blowout mold and hair extension(ponytail) which is unreasonable just simply ridiculous for that service. In the past, I used to pay $45.00 for the same service. My first visit to the salon I had a consultation with her, but I really didn’t have no real intention of getting my hair done that day. But, she informed me that she had a cancellation so I said “why not”. Believe me when I tell I was very reluctant of allowing her to touch my hair. The service that day was very mediocre. Since, I didn’t have any other options I returned for a second time and I wish I hadn’t done that because I was so disappointed with my hair. I Do Not Recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for quality hair care and not being overly charged for hair services. The stylist/owner Brittany is ripping people off for a living. See people like her and others are only in it for the money. Please save your money and go elsewhere.

I was looking for a hair salon that I did not have to spend my whole day trying to get my hair serviced. Confidence Upscale Studios is a welcoming place, where they hear you, pay attention to what you need, have you in and out in a reasonable time, and looking fabulous EVERYTIME! Do yourself and take a step into CONFIDENCE!

Everyone was kind and helpful. I received knotless braids, I didn't have to do anything to my hair prior to the appointment. All I had to do was provide the extra hair for my braids.

Love Brittany, Kay, & Rob. They have been caring for my hair for over 7 years. A very professional crew and positive space. My hair has always been natural and I was unable to find someone to care for my hair when I moved from the East Coast. When I found them I was relieved to have professionals care for my hair. I followed Brittany from her previous employer and have been with her since the transition. Thanks ladies. 💕

THE BEST place in Indianapolis for natural hair care and styling. Brittany and Rob have taken excellent care of my hair for a few years now. I love the vibe of Confidence - service is top quality, efficient, and fun every. time. Brit styled me and my bridesmaids for my wedding and did a phenomenal job!!! Absolutely love hair care at Confidence, and will always recommend :)

Absolutely wonderful experience. I go here on a regular basis to get my locs redone and I’ve never left unsatisfied. She space is ALWAYS clean, parking is plentiful, service always come with a complete smile. Any hairstyle you want, especially natural, you are in the best of hands.

I have had nothing, but great customer service! My beautician is Sway. Sway did my hair before my 20 year wedding anniversery. She made me feel beautiful!! I also take my daughter here. She goes to Brittany. My daughters hair is always does so nicely! (My daughter says, how does Ms Brittany do it!) She always loves her curls & hair style!! We only go here to get our hair done! Thank you ladies!! Your all Awsome!!!!

The team of stylists are warm, professional and really care about "caring for" your hair. They are advocates for hair health and take the time to listen. I came in for one style, but after consultation decided on a healthier style for my hair. Also in this Covid-19 climate, it was reassuring to see their safety procedures in action! I appreciate the diligence with which every stylist sanitizes each time a client gets up from a styling chair, wash bowl or drying seat. I appreciated the hand washing measures at check in and temperature checks. Was a wonderful experience in every aspect.. Great Job making a first-timer feel welcome!
