Very nice, professional Med Spa. Very convenient location and hours. The facility is beautifully appointed and comfortable and makes you feel at easy. The treatment was explained fully and executed without any discomfort. The staff is very personable and attentive. I had a very good experience!

Very friendly staff. I met with Erika and she was very informative and knew what was best for my situation. I wasn’t made to feel pushed into setting up an appointment. The consultation was absolutely free. This was my first time going to a business of this type, and I highly recommend to at least take the first step and schedule a free consultation.

I recently has a consultation and Botox injections at the locations. I was skeptical about trying this but am pleasantly surprised at the results. The staff is very professional and answered all of my questions. I also left with a great new skin care regimen that I am loving!!! Definitely give these ladies a try!!

Erika in the Rochester location is a fantastic injector! As a nurse myself I notice little things. She was able to make my face look better w less botox and better results than any other Med-Spa in the past 12 years. I have an appointment there today….go you will not regret it!

From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Very relaxing atmosphere. All options were explained in great detail and the recommended procedures were offered. Went back for a follow up the following week, which I was impressed that they did. I ended up doing a chemical peel and have been happy with the results so far.

Had a facial the other day with Kayla, and it was wonderful. I didn’t want a facial, but there were no massages offered, and Kayla was wonderful. Very expensive, so glad it was a gift because I’d have a hard time affording such a luxury.

Honest, professional and caring staff. I used to go to another local medi-spa, which was good; but Confident Med Spa is much more personal and helpful! I have had a few different services here and have had great results. I plan on returning again ( and again!)

My teeth were so stained and I had almost given up. I took a chance on booking a whitening procedure and am ecstatic that I did! From the ease of choosing my appointment online enveloped into the whole experience I will be back for more care to my needs. What a great season vice this place gives! Molly took her time with me. She explained what she thought I needed and why. She also was personable and friendly. The procedure was completed explaining what was going on and asked many times if I was comfortable. The results after season one of three were amazing. I had laser resurfacing and iit went well. 5 days and my face was healed and looks so much softer and smoother. Can't wait for session 2. Thank you Molly
