Booked an appointment and was called 30 min early asking for me to rush in and valet my car. The lady lied about the price of valet I’m guessing to get me to come in faster. No one would help me or comp the bill. I’ve had better services at walk in clinics.

Christina was incredible! She is clearly an expert at deep tissue massages and I really appreciated how she talked through what she was doing and even went above and beyond showing me some stretches I can do at home on my own. The rest of the staff makes the time here always so relaxing, too. Grateful to have this spot downtown.

I have truly enjoyed my day at the spa it was worth every dime I spent I will be returning soon the ppl was so friendly and attentive to my needs it wasn’t crowded so I was able to fully relax and embrace all the amenities and the ambiance

Had an excellent experience at this Spa getting a massage. The locker rooms are equipped with showers, sauna, and steam room. My therapist Natalie provided a top notch deep tissue massage— and I felt really relaxed after the session; she was thoughtful, kind, and professional; highly recommend her!

My best friend and I booked the "Art of it All" package as part of our 40th birthday celebration road trip. Five stars for the beautiful hotel, the gorgeous artwork, the delicious scents in every room, the truly luxurious and relaxing atmosphere, and the friendly and engaging staff who gave excellent recommendations about the local area. The services themselves, two stars. Starting with the best, the facial. Very relaxing, wonderful products used, and our aesthetician was quite skilled. No extractions were performed and dermaplaning was an upcharge. The free scalp massage add-on was not great. The 60-minute Swedish massage was OK, not the best, and the masseuse seemed very new. She kept breaking contact and didn't communicate so it was a bit jarring each time she stopped and started. There were times she was moving very quickly and almost shaking me instead of massaging me. The pedicure was fairly basic and not at all what I expected from what was supposed to be a high-end boutique experience. My pedicurist skipped the lotion massage entirely. The seating is a little raised upholstered bench seat against a wall with a few pedicure sinks in front of it rather than individual comfortable chairs with massage capabilities. All in all, underwhelming. It took half the time of a pedicure at home for three times the price. The manicure was also underwhelming for the price. There was a very limited selection of polish to choose from. The manicurist used what felt like a high-grit file meant for acrylics on my fairly thin and brittle natural nails. The lacquer was chipping and my nails were breaking and peeling before I even got home. I redid my own nails less than two days later. We were told there was a pool and hot tub, but did not realize these were the shared pool and hot tub for the hotel and were absolutely tiny. An adult man and several children were in the hot tub during most of our time there. There are also condos attached to the spa. We were in robes with next to nothing under them with men and children wandering about the pool area and spa. Not at all what we expected. After our services were complete, I went to shower in the women's dressing room and discovered tiny flies all over the walls, the water pressure was barely trickling out of the shower head, the fixture was not fully attached to the wall and seemed like it might fall off, and the water was absolutely freezing cold and never warmed up. All in all, the final bill of around $750 each was incredibly steep for the quality of service, but not so much so that we felt it appropriate to complain or request a discount or refund. It was a nice one-time experience, but we won't be returning.

I had the opportunity to book a last minute deep tissue massage with a hot stone add on while in town for a conference. Christina did an amazing job and is a wonderful masseuse. She guided me through the use of breath to help with the painful pressure points that needed extra body work. I honestly wish I would have booked a 90 minute service, but you never know when visiting a establishment for the first time. I had a flight to catch so I was not able to really enjoy all of the amenities such as pool and etc. I would definitely book another experience the next time I'm in the area.

Kyle was very attentive to my problem areas as they came up and transitioned well still making my massage relaxing as well as getting relief from sore areas. He explained what he found and offered suggestions. I will book again.

This review is from 3/6/2024. I received a $250 gift certificate to the Conrad Spa. I live 1hr+ from Indy so I wanted to spend it all at once to avoid a 2nd trip. I booked a 1hr massage for $175. "ADD ONS" (now called "enhancements") of hot stones $25, dry exfoliant $25, and a head/scalp massage $25 were requested to use the total $250 gift certificate. When I booked there was a very rudimentary pricing list that did NOT include the message "A 20% SERVICE CHARGE WILL BE ADDED TO ALL SERVICES" which is now present. The 3 ADD ONS were indeed NOT additions, they subtracted about 30 minutes from my 1 hr massage. I paid $300 for an hour massage which is an absolutely outrageous price. $175 for the massage (that was really only 30 mins), $75 for 3 "ad ons", and $50 mandatory gratuity which, as mentioned, was not listed when I made my appointment. I did plan on tipping, but not after my service...or lack of service. The website has since been updated but that does not change the experience I had. I would not recommend this spa. I don't care that it is supposedly the "only" full service spa in Indiana as I was told it was.

I use to love this place. They've really gone downhill in the past year. My favorite thing here use to be the tea selection in their relaxation room. I used to sit in there and have 2 - 3 cups and just relax for an hour after my treatments. They no longer serve tea. Instead, they give you champaign. I don't really drink nor enjoy alcohol. On top of that, the ring light on the air purifier in the relaxation room was red. It is supposed to be blue. Red means the filter is dirty and needs to be changed. The final issue, they use to have non floral options of scrub and lotion available for people with allergies. They had an option for the scrub, but failed to notify me there were no non floral options for moisturizer till it was too late. I was left raw and burning all over for an agonizing 30 minute drive back home to find relief.

My husband and I were both disappointed with our massages. We are frequent visitors of various spas and get massages often, so we expected a service at the city’s most luxury hotel to be more quality. While the masseuses were friendly, the massages were so underwhelming—even when we requested deeper pressure. My husband booked a deep tissue massage, but the masseuse wasted 10 minutes applying almost zero pressure through the blanket. The pressure was worse than a Swedish massage and he had to ask for more pressure once she continued. While his masseuse did increase pressure, she failed to cover the full body massage that was paid for and failed to cover the calves, feet and arms. I got a prenatal massage, and completely understand that masseuses tend to be more cautious with pressure levels for pregnant women, but my massage was not even enough pressure to be relaxing. not to mention she never even touched my feet. It was disappointing to pay $450+ just to have lotion lightly rubbed over us!

Had an amazing experience at the Conrad Spa in Indianapolis. I live locally and decided to have a spa day there. Roxanne was friendly, welcoming and kind during the booking process. Lea greeted and took great care to explain all the amenities of the spa and made sure I was well taken care of. She even took time to explain the art in the relaxation room which included two original Picasso pieces. My Swedish massage by Nicole was 10/10! The products used in the spa were high quality and smelled amazing. I will be back! Highly recommend for anyone, but especially if you are a local Indy resident looking to treat yourself to a spa day. Bonus you get to use the pool area with your spa services

Very luxurious experience!! Their massage included a spa package with options for a steam room, sauna, in-house shower, and even had a relaxation room prior to the massage(all included). Wondered why the massage had an above average price tag, but quickly found put upon arrival that it was well worth it. Will definitely ho back when in town.

When the cleanser went on my skin, I said to myself, "This smells like alcohol. There must be a lot of alcohol in the cleanser. That is very drying." I checked the cleanser ingredients afterward and alcohol was the second or third ingredient. I avoid alcohol in my skin care. Plus, there were lots of other ingredients I did not like in the line. I've had hormonal problems due to endocrine disruptors in skin care products in the past, and I'm very careful about products I utilize. The stream room was lovely, but when I came out, I could see patches where she missed putting on product. Lovely people, but disappointed.

All I can say is WOW! My sister and I came for a relaxing day and our expectations were well exceeded! One of the most note worthy things is the kind and caring staff that went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of! The amenities were top notch, the massages were outstanding, and the environment was superb. The mimosas and food delivered from downstairs served at the pool completely topped of an excellent day. We both agreed we couldn’t think of a thing that should have been different! Thank you for a wonderful day, cannot wait to return!

Amazing experience!!! Kyle gave a massage that was out of this world. Sandra did my facial and I must recommend the dermaplane... my skin is glowing. Ebony was wonderful and entertained me thoroughly while giving me a pedicure. Danielle worked with me several weeks in advance to make the experience happen for me and a friend. If you stay at the Conrad or live in the Indy area, this is a "must do" experience.

An incredible and professional spa experience with a wonderful deep tissue massage with Amber. I did not know that with the massage you get access to the sauna, steam room, hot tub and pool, and relaxation room. The whole experience is very soothing in a clean space. Felt like a queen! Highly recommend this spa! My husband and I booked a couples massage for our anniversary, we both had deep tissue massages. Kyle and Leah were fantastic and we both felt so refreshed after our visit. I loved the relaxation room- you must try the chamomile tea! ☕️ We had access to the spa facilities all day.. after our massages we enjoyed some time separately in the locker rooms which have a sauna and steam room. After some self meditation, we then hung out at the hot tub and took a dip in the pool area. The pool area had a wonderful skylight and I was able to lay out and get some sunshine at the pool! Overall best spa experience in the area!! Will be going back soon!!
