A beautiful location in the middle of downtown! Tranquil environment, beautiful earth tones throughout the whole space, and amazing facilities. The lounge prior to your treatment is beautifully appointed with complementary tea and light bites. The treatment room very calming and my massage was AMAZING! Jennifer was an amazing massage therapist. Pressure was great and she checked in periodically during the treatment. Signed up for their Spa Club membership so I can continue to treat myself moving forward!

Had an incredible facial by Lenka, my skin is still glowing weeks later. I live in San Diego but she is my go to whenever I visit LA. Make sure to try the Jet Peel, it's amazing!

5 stars for the team, & the spa itself. Terry was absolutely amazing!!!!! My mom had Jennifer & raved about her massage as well. Ashley the spa attendant was also so sweet & attentive!

Beyond the amazing aesthetic of the Spa, the team is absolutely incredible. Ashley, the spa attendant was beyond attentive, friendly and made sure she anticipated all the guests needs without us even having to ask. I also had the pleasure of meeting Alina, the Spa Director. She was very hands on at the desk and was a complete pleasure. I can’t wait until my next visit.

Great spot for a staycation

I am staying at the hotel as a hilton's gold member and i travel frequently, I decided to check out the spa, as i was told by the front desk staff there is a warm welcome gift waiting for me at the spa. I go to the spa , get the welcome gift and i had this gentleman tell me about the spa. I asked him kindly if there was a steam room, jazuzzi & sauna, he stated sorry we do not have a wet area, only sauna. I said wonderful, i would love to go to the sauna. he said the infrared sauna there is a charge, and the regular sauna is only for customers. i purchased the infrared sauna, it was my first time, i didnt enjoy it at all, and i went to the front desk, asking if i could use the regular sauna, i was told it is only for guests of the hotel, and for people who are customers of the spa - funny thing is i am stay at the hotel & i just purchased the infrared sauna at the spa. he stated since it is friday its busy at the spa and i would not be able to use it- its for people who purchase the massage and facial, i told the gentelman there is no one in the bathroom its empty , and he said there are appointments for massages for later tonight, i said its only about 130pm its not night time, i am not sure why i cant use the sauna for 20 minutes, he said i have to speak to my director, and only when i said I will write a review based on my experience at this spa is when he said he will allow me to use the sauna, he never even spoke to his director. i didn't like the fact that i was not allowed to use the regular sauna, makes no sense to me at all. Finally after the commution I was allowed to use the sauna. i wouldn't return to this spa or hotel I came to the spa to relax and i left the opposite of relaxed. let me add, i just reviewed their website and it states this - Spa guests ( i was both a hotel and spa guest ) are invited to enjoy our dry sauna and enlightenment lounge. i am not sure why i was given such a hard time to use a sauna. maybe a good idea to train your employees better you are representing an exclusive hotel brand.
