Maria and Monique are the sweetest! They will treat you like royalty when you come in. Maria gave me the best haircut, shampoo and blow out and Monique gave me the best mani/ pedi!! They lasted so long too and I’m super picky so I was blown out the park:)

Omg this place is HEAVEN!! Can’t say enough of how much I enjoyed this spa. I booked a headspa to celebrate my birthday. I got there about 1h prior to my appointment since we were staying at the hotel. At the reception I was offered a special hibiscus kombucha that was amazing, right after that I was greeted by Lucia, the sweetest women you will ever meet. She showed me the amazing facility, explaining everything; she helped me throughout the entire time I was there, making sure I was ok, and didn’t need anything. At the time of my appointment, I sat at the lobby where they have refreshments and granola fruit bar. Stephanie, my therapist, came to pick me up and go to the treatment room. Omg, I’ve never had such an experience like this. Stephanie was amazing, asked me about my scalp, my concerns, guided me throughout the whole process, and she has ANGEL hands. Seriously was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The massage, the smell of the room and products, everything was amazing! I’m recommending this place, and Stephanie to everybody, and I’ll DEFINITELY come back. More than a nice facility, the perfect staff is what makes you always come back! really happy with my experience.

Wonderful experience at the Conrad Spa. The amenities are top notch - water garden, sauna, steam room, relaxation space, women’s locker room are excellent. Lucia greeted us, showed us around and she just exudes warmth and made the experience great from the start. We had a facial and the head spa, both fantastic. Highly recommend and would absolutely return.

I Highly recommend the Conrad Orlando spa. Complimentary valet parking, welcome wellness drink, the check-in staff was great, very helpful and professional, then you are greeted and given a tour of the full property and the various amenities the spa offers. You get a locker with a robe and slides and you choose a code for belongings security. The ladies’ room was fully stocked with anything you could think of, from a shower cap to a toothbrush to listerine they had it. The lounge area was clean, comfortable seating options with curtains for added privacy, refreshments and light snacks are also available. There is also seating arrangements that are outside in the garden if you want to take in alittle fresh air. The water garden is absolutely beautiful, that was the star of the show for me✨. The warm whirlpool was amazing, the vitality pool had a really nice temperature. There is a steam room , a sauna , an experience shower and multiple private showers available. The ladies that work in the facility are great, they are always restocking , sanitizing showers after a person uses, offering their help to guest, outstanding customer service. My massage therapist was great, she informed me about what she was gonna do and she did an amazing job, I felt relaxed and comfortable before, during and after my massage. My whole day was great, no complaints, would definitely recommend and I will be back.

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting the stunning Conrad Spa - Orlando on January 17th, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the spa’s beautiful and serene grounds, which set the tone for a truly relaxing day. I indulged in their signature full-body massage, expertly delivered by Michelle, and it was absolutely wonderful. Michelle’s skill and attention to detail made the experience heavenly—I felt completely rejuvenated by the end of my session. A special shoutout to my personal escort, Nicole, who went above and beyond to make the experience seamless and luxurious. She anticipated my every need with such grace and professionalism, ensuring I felt pampered every step of the way. Conrad Spa - Orlando exceeded all my expectations, and I cannot recommend it enough. If you’re looking for a slice of paradise and impeccable service, this is the place to go!

One of the best spa experiences I have ever had. The service is outstanding and the staff were excellent…Leo, Nicole, my massage therapist Courtney, and every single other person whose name I did not get were all 5 stars. The amenities such as the plunge pools, sauna and steam room are the perfect extra touches to make this a great day overall. So glad I live locally so I can go back.

Husband & I enjoyed the day relaxing with the Garden Paradise pkg yesterday. Facilities were incredible! So many awesome amenities that we didn’t get to enjoy them all. Out of 1-10 they receive a 10 in my book for the beautiful facility. The service was average, 5 out of a 1-10 scale. Very polite workers but we received some wrong help when asked in regard to changing in/out of swimwear & this resulted in cold & uncomfortable conditions for appointments & amenities. Also, my masseuse, Astor spent more than half of my massage time just trigger pressing on my body (pressure points) not giving a relaxation Swedish type massage which I would have preferred. He barely communicated during my facial at all or session as a whole. Shamefully I’ve had many better massages for less than $100 at other places & have had the opportunity of traveling the world & am not inexperienced with beautiful top rated spa’s & great massages to compare with. Over all, I believe my experience here could be easily improved & the services could be better but really enjoyed the time with my husband & the beautiful facility.

Incredible experience and hats off to Lucia, the spa attendant, for making it extra special for us! Her energy and attentiveness was unrivaled. The amenities were exceptional and the service was great. But Lucia was the one who made it everything for us. Can’t wait to come back, but only when Lucia is working. Thank you, Lucia!

This place is amazing. Polite staff. Dtinks are creative and not water down. Artificial beach and the pool are prestinely maintained. Restaurants on and outside the hotel, around the water are delightful.

This place was amazing! Every last detail has been thought of and included. I especially loved the iced lavender towels you can put on your face after the sauna or steam room, the cold shower handheld in the steam room, and the reading shelf of books available for guest use. The staff was all super polite and friendly and helpful. They came around to the pools offering to get you water or towels. The pools/plunges were great and I loved being able to shower & brush & blow dry my hair afterwards. My massage was great and I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the spa. It’s a bit of a splurge for their services but so worth it to enjoy the day at this gorgeous spa! Be sure to block out at least 2 hours including your service if you want to experience the full amenities.

The Conrad Spa in Orlando is definitely top notch and the person taking care of me on this visit gave one of the best massages ever. Highly focused, methodical, and detailed on relaxing all the muscle issues I was having. Props to Alton for a job well done. Plenty of hot, cold, and warm pools outside to lounge in prior to your services. Complimentary infused water, granola, and teas are a nice addition. Locker rooms had saunas, steam rooms, and the best array of showers I have ever seen. Trust me, check these out. Overall I couldn't recommend this spa enough, even if you are not staying at the Conrad or Evermore.

Wow, I had the most relaxing day visiting the Conrad Spa. Parking was so easy, and I was able to check in a couple of hours before my pedicure and use the amenities. It was lovely being able to relax in their spa pool area and lounge, and the showers and sauna were incredible! But what impressed me the most was the kindness and helpfulness of all the staff. I will definitely be returning.

Fabulous spa experience! From the moment of check in with Erica to Nicole who thoroughly oriented me with all the spa amenities available to Trish for her therapeutic massage, Lucia assisting me in the relaxation area and Leo upon checkout, five stars all around! Lindsay, the Director of the Spa was also available and her expertise in her field is truly exceptional.

Had the most wonderful experience today! Booked a short bespoke facial and added on a seaweed mask. From the ladies at the front desk, to the lovely lady who gave me the tour, to my aesthetician Larina, the hospitality level was just amazing. Also talked to a wonderful woman named Louisa. The ladies who work here really take the experience to another level! Loved my facial and will be returning next year when we come back for our yearly trip!

I had a phenomenal first experience at the Conrad Spa. The luxurious amenities are state of the art and the service is top notch. I was greeted with complimentary kombucha and energy bites. The coed serenity garden grounds were absolutely stunning. My favorite was the aromatherapy themed water journey experience that was included and free. The dry sauna overlooked the garden. Very impressed
