Mediocre blowout just cost me $95. During the blow dry and flatiron process the stylist kept pulling my hair and breaking it with the flat iron. While the result is acceptable, it’s not worth it for the $$. Drybar is $60 and the experience is much higher-end. I did not tip. That was simply too much money.

This woman told me my hair was too long and gave me a long hair mullet. She hacked off 12" easily and the girls at Aveda couldn't even fathom she was a hairdresser due to the results. Afterwards i really thought she was a demented mother watching the store while the real hairdresser was out getting their lunch. Most horrible experience and she ruined my long hair. I've been warning others about this place ever since.

I have come here a couple of times and I do feel like I get a very quality hair cut every time I come. Although, I read online that they're prices were $18 for a woman's haircut, the prices are not listed anywhere in the salon and when I went to pay she charged me $40! For just a simple hair cut, nothing more. She intentionally charged me more to get more money and to see if she could get away with it. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because it was a very good haircut, but not worth $40. I will not be coming back, especially since she is obviously dishonest.

Chang is the very best at her trade... She provides superior color services and her hair cuts are amazing! She is always consistent and a pleasure to go to. Because she does such a great job cutting my hair, I have been visiting Chang monthly for about 15 years now. She knows what she is doing and provides excellent advice on hair care and styling. I highly recommend Constitution Family Hair Care.

Chang is awesome at what she does! She's extremely honest, too....she will tell you straight up if your hair is damaged, or if bangs would look terrible on you. She cuts hair while wet, blowdries hair, then straightens it to make sure there are no uneven hairs. She is very meticulous which is what you want in a hair stylist! Also, very easy to strike up a conversation with!

I almost hate to tell you how much I enjoy this place for fear that it will be swamped with new customers. I have been getting my haircut here for years and years. The convenient location on Constitution near Powers is easy to get to, and once here you will find a nice soothing atmosphere without the noise and hassle so many hair salons suffer from. I can settle in the chair and relax as Chang consistently gives me a great haircut. Again, notice I said I have been coming here for Years, its because of Chang (the owner and stylist :) So while I want to tell you how great the Constitution Family HairCare experience is, please don't show up during my appointment, since I like it nice and quiet.

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my daughter in to get her hair cut today. I asked that she trim 2 inches off the bottom and to please make it even with no layers. Not only did my daughter's hair come out completely uneven but the stylist/owner also put in layers when I specifically asked for NO layers. I took my daughter home to straighten her hair and that is when I noticed how uneven her hair was so I called and asked for my money back since I did not trust that the stylist/owner was capable of giving a decent hair cut let alone correct a messed up hair cut and she told me "No I will not give you your money back because I already worked on her" and then she hung up on me. I have never received such terrible customer service in my life. I will never come back here again. Service is terrible and so are the haircuts.

One of the best haircuts and styles I have ever received. I don't even live in Colorado Springs any longer, but when I go back I always stop in to have them cut my hair. They take great care in styling and cutting, and they make sure to give the customer what they want. I highly recommend this place.
