Holly was so informative and so comfortable to be around. The service is SO cool (no pun intended 😉) but seriously such a cool process which she explained to me in depth. Already have my next session booked for the following week! Highly recommend!!!!

Update 12/7: The business still hasn’t responded to me via e-mail as they said they would. I’ve also filed a BBB complaint and BBB made FIVE attempts to contact them for a resolution and they never responded. Completely uncooperative and just ignoring me and a third party for a resolution is crazy. Sigh. UPDATE: 11/19. The staff sent me the waivers I signed and it says, I quote “the spa does not offer money-back guarantees” which makes sense considering you cannot ask for a refund AFTER service has been provided. My gripe is that I have not, and now CANNOT attend consecutive 12 week sessions (something they stressed was crucial for success) due to a change in my family circumstances. The business has failed to communicate with me for over a week now. I have not received a call, text, or email after my initial response to them which means they’ve basically just stolen $1365 from me with no resolution. Y’all go somewhere else. The don’t care about you, they care about making sales and revenue. Tried to call and cancel my package that I have not yet used after circumstances have changed in my life for the foreseeable future. I was told that all sales are final which is buried in a waiver I never received a copy of. I was pressured into the sale to “meet October sales goals” and now it feels even worse. Not to mention they charged me $1353 after it was only supposed to be $1188 and asked if they could just apply the $165 difference to the next package. While I’m sure cryoslimming works for some this place gives me the ick now because it feels like they are just in it for the money and not the people trusting them to help their physique. Overall, I’m just disappointed.

I have been having treatments here for a few weeks now and every single visit is fantastic. Hollie is so kind, uplifting, and professional. She takes her time to understand my needs and ensures I am comfortable at every appointment. Highly recommend.

Love this spa! Been doing Body Styler appointments for a few weeks now and the results are amazing. All the staff are welcoming and supportive. The space is so comforting and relaxing!
