First experience here was great, so we went back. Unfortunately, had a very, very negative experience. :( I never leave negative reviews but the person who cut my child’s hair was incredibly rude and totally botched it. It looked terrible. More than the haircut itself, what made us decide not to go back was the way we were treated. 💔 After receiving a recommendation for Pigtails & Crewcuts, we decided to go there and it was a much more positive experience. Want to let other mama’s know, especially if their kiddos have curly hair. (Since apparently our stylist wasn’t comfortable cutting curly hair.) 🤍

The staff was nice, but way behind on Appointment times, and then my daughter’s haircut came out so uneven. I had to take her somewhere else to get it even again.

Absolutely loved going here! It was my son’s first hair cut and our stylist worked so well with him. So happy with the results! The staff were very kind to offer lollipops & balloons.🎈 There’s also a play slide!

This is our 3rd or 4th visit to Cookie Cutters, I would recommend Candence for a great haircut. My daughter is 8 and she wanted her first big girl haircut, not just a trim. Candence worked with what she wanted and what would be best for her lifestyle to make everyone happy! My daughter loves her cut and it looks great. Even though she is getting older she enjoys getting her cuts here because she can choose what she wants to watch. Every station has a personal TV. Weekends are quite a bit louder/busier so I would try to go on a weekday if your child is sensitive to noise. The staff have always been pleasant with us, and you can conveniently book online. I will say she did have one choppy, not great, haircut here a few years ago but I believe that was a new employee, I have not seen her there again. Give them a try, it seems like many of the staff here are more experienced now based on what I have seen at recent visits.

I’ve been taking my son to cookie cutters for almost two years now. We’ve seen Candace every time. My son adores her and he loves that he can drive a tractor while watching his favorite shows. He basically forgets he’s getting his hair cut. I will continue bringing my son here as long as Candace is there! She makes the experience way above a 10/10!

The shop is welcoming, clean and the stylists are always friendly when we are there. The kids’ favorite part is getting to pick the fun chair to sit in. Also a bonus is the tv to help with distraction. Getting to pick a chair and show makes the haircut that much smoother.

I made an appointment for my daughter and was very happy with the result. My child has 4A hair and I wanted someone who could handle a wiggling child and knew their way around a curly head. Ms. Candace was the right person for the job and my child will be back.

Went today and everybody was so kind to my little one, keeping him distracted with balloons, playing with him. Dominique is our favorite, we’ve been twice to her and will continue going in. Carters asking if he can go back tomorrow to play with them and get another haircut! Thank you cookie cutters for being so welcoming, patient and kind!!

We love cookie cutters. Everyone is so kind and patient with our kids. Candace always does SUCH a fantastic job with our little dude. He often struggles with things like haircuts due to his sensory issues, but she doesn’t miss a beat. No matter how much he wiggles, she keeps him happy and smiling and keeps him looking fresh! She truly has a magic touch and we’ll keep going to her for as long as we can!

Both of my babies had a blast and left looking beautiful after we saw Candace today! She did such a wonderful job making sure they both were happy and gave them the cutest, most thorough little haircuts. My one year old got his first haircut and she managed to snag the best photo of him smiling in his "chair." We can't wait to go back!
