Stephanie was great for my daughters 1st haircut experience. She was walking us through the whole cut and made her feel beautiful afterwards for my daughters bangs. Definitely recommended Cookie Cutters Fontana. Ask for Stephanie! The lady in the front who checked us in and out was great as well super sweet girl. Didn't catch her name but she had black glasses and longer hair. Thank you Stephanie and crew! Will be back soon. :)

Horrible experience . When to take my 13 months for a haircut and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a barbershop let alone kids shop. 1. Woman did not communicate anything just abused my son w a machine until he started crying 2. Was charged 35$ for a half ass haircut and burned my son’s neck w burns from how hard she was cutting him 3. The price for his haircut was 34$ . I am a Marine veteran and have had better haircuts for 5$ it’s was so bad I just wanted to get it over with .

Cindy did an amazing job despite my kid crying. Will definitely be back!!! Thank you Cindy as well as the women at the cashier. They were both so sweet to myself and my kiddo.

Everyone was kind and welcoming but I was Disappointed because daughters hair is uneven. She is 5 and sat still so I’m surprised that it’s uneven

My child with special needs was so treated so well and so kindly. Lydia was so patient and sweet with him during his high stress and throughout the entire cut. She gained his trust so quickly. I’m going to continue to request Lydia because I was blown away with how well the haircut and experience went. My child was so emotional at the beginning and left with an enormous smile. Thank you for taking the time to provide such fantastic service and thank you for recognizing amazing people Lydia to be a part of this wonderful establishment.

My son is 7 is non verbal/ autistic. His hair stylist was so patient with my son. She was quick, did an excellent job and my son was able to handle the haircut. Thank you so much. Also the entire staff was friendly

This place is so cute! My children are terrified of getting a haircut! They are VERY patient and helped get through it! It was hard but the easiest of all the hard moments :) I recommend it for the parents and little ones. By the way, parents can get a haircut at the same time. That’s a plus!

Best experience ever!!! My little boy first hair cut experience was such a success. He was treated like a prince. Lydia was so good with him. Made my little man so comfortable to let his hair be cut. The staff was so welcoming and family orriented wouldn't have it any other way. Definitely recommend this place! If there was a 10 star review I would definitely give them a 10 stars💋❤🧿💇👌🏼💯👏🏼

Brought all 3 of my boys (4 & under) for haircuts. Not only were all 3 women barbers on time for our appointment but they were quick & efficient. Toddlers can only sit still for a certain amount of time & all 3 wonderful women understood the assignment. I’ll be coming back every time my boys need a haircut. Thank you!

We come to Cookie Cutters every time our daughter needs a haircut or trim. She loves going and the environment is very inviting for kids. The staff is always very friendly and we have never experienced any issues. We see Hope who always cuts our daughter’s hair well.

We took our son here for his first haircut & LOVED it! Hope was our stylist & she made sure his haircut experience was perfectly relaxing for him. He didn’t even realize he was getting his haircut, he was having too good of a time! We’ll definitely be coming back for any future haircuts he needs, it was amazing!

Cindy had cut my 2 yr old son’s hair and it came out perfect. Although he did not like the fact he was getting his haircut, Cindy was able to work with him and mange to still do an amazing job

I took my 6 year old for a haircut. She has super curly hair that gets tangled super easily. We had Cindy and she was super gentle with her. She did an awesome job suggesting a cut and the length was perfect. We had a great first time experience and will be bringing my other two daughters here as well.
