Walked in and saw a bunch of people that looked scary. Don’t want to explain to my child why all the staff look like they are in a circus. What happened to work place appearance and professionalism. No thanks.

Staff was really friendly and accommodating to my son who was a little timid and scared about getting a haircut. We overall had a good experience and my children left happily with their balloons

As any haircut place, make sure to ask the stylist has experience. Unfortunately paired with someone that has only cut hair professionally a few times before us, and did not turn out well. Too bad they don't hire people with more experience from the get go rather than having to play roulette.

Marinna has been cutting my son’s hair since he was one year old. She is always patient, speedy, and courteous. My son gets compliments on his haircuts all the time, and I tell them it’s all thanks to Marinna at Cookie Cutters! He looks forward to his monthly haircuts because he gets to see Marinna, drive a car, watch Paw Patrol and feel handsome.

The perfect place to get your toddlers haircut. It's the only place that has any concern whatsoever for how your child's hair looks. Plus the kids enjoy it. Friendly staff, quality cut and fair priced.

This place is wonderful! They gave my son who is 20 months old a haircut. He did great but they were soo wonderful too! As a mom of a extremely energetic toddler who doesn't like to sit still I was very worried before hand. Turns out I had nothing to worry about! Angela was interactive and very personable! They had screens for the children at each station and cars to sit in.

Had brought my daughter without an appointment and they got us in a soon as they could. We had her first hair cut and she was over all very good. The employees were very sweet and so good with her. It was reasonably priced. We got before and after photos with a certificate and a lock of her hair. Overall, a really great place.

I took all 4 of my girls to the location on Bryant Irvin. The ladies were so kind and did a great job on all 4, but were especially patient with my 2 little Au-some (ASD) ladies. I will definitely be back. Thanks!!

Marinna was fantastic with making my 2.5yr old son feel super comfortable for his first hair cut. The facility was very clean & cute, my son enjoyed the car he got to sit in while getting his hair cut & the play area afterwards. We will definitely be back!!!

Never had any problem until today My sister in law took in my son for a hair cut service. Came back home to his hair being trimmed not only that but his whole front of his hair is uneven it looks like an arch. And the lady who was cutting my son’s hair had no patiences which is the whole point of this place. I called to see if she could squeeze me in and she said she couldn’t till tomorrow afternoon when he has a photo shoot at the time she wanted me to come in. Don’t bring your kids here.

Really liked the hair cut. Appreciated that the stylist kept asking if I wanted any changes ,and did them until I was satisfied with the hair cut.It was all 25 plus tip. Will be my 1# spot.

Got my boy’s first haircut here and they were great! When booking an appointment online I put a not that he has curly hair and they called me to change my appointment so he could see a stylist that is more experienced with curly hair. Ashley did a great job and my baby was so relaxed with her that he even looked like he was going to fall asleep! We’re definitely making all future haircuts with cookie cutters!
