I've said it before, and I'd scream if from the rooftops if I could, but Zaira is amazing! She's cut our son's hair for the last eight years, and mine as well. I don't trust anyone but her with my hair, and my son's as well. She is just the bee's knees!

It was very easy to book. And the staff inside was amazing. They behave children very friendly and they do their job very professionally & good. I brought my older son to have a hair cut but after seeing their behavior I got a service for my little son too. I recommend this place to everyone.

The one in oak leaf. Bad experience. Staff was not friendly. The did not look happy to be there. One was rude. One was nice but quiet. I am going to try the other one and not go back to oak leaf. Nice set up for kids but looks can be deceiving.

We had a great cut and a great experience all around! My 18 month old loved the cars they sit in while getting a cut and totally enjoyed watching a show while she sat 🦄 First cut and very grateful

We have been going here for a long time and just wanted to take moment to show some appreciation for Miss Liz who has made getting a haircut for our boy the most easy going process now! It used to be filled with screaming and big alligator tears. However, her calming demeanor and her way with kids has made this such a pleasant experience for us now. He looks forward to getting his hair cut now and just adores Miss Liz!

Friendly staff, great patience with kids. Very kid friendly, decorated with awesome kiddie colors n toys. Had a great experience although was very disappointed and mislead with the description of the 1st haircut package. It says it comes with a certificate and photo. I was upset the photo was being taken with an older phone with not very good photo quality, not even a digital camera. The photo kept coming out gritty and way too dark. On top of that they don't even print your certificate there!!! They email you the certificate with the photo that was taken on the certificate and you have to print it out at home! I could have made my own certificate n took my own photos with my newer phone. So to conclude I am upset that the description of the haircut details were not fully explained. I understand it's a heck of alot cheaper for them to not print the certificate there or them using their own old phone to take the photo. But I wish this was explained to me before I had booked the appointment and drove an hr there and hr back home. I could have just gotten the cut closer to me and made my own certificate. But the stylist and the experience was good overall.

Stylist left my kid in the middle of haircut and went to help new customer for 10 min while we were waiting. Even when you have appt still need to wait for 15 min till someone helps. This place was my favorite...

The team was fantastic. They worked together to insure my grandson had a great experience. He was screeching. Lol. They were patient and kind. Went above and beyond talking with him and having fun with him. I love this place.

This was my two year old sons first haircut… I knew he wasn’t going to like it because he hates when I wash his hair… but even though he screamed the whole time, the stylist Zaira was so patient and kind… I will be bringing him back for his second, third, and fourth haircuts *update* Since I can not figure out how to write a second review, I’m going to add to this one… I brought my son to this place again, I booked at another location, ( wrong one) but the gentleman was kind enough to , fix it for me and get me in … I got Zaira again and it was a screaming match again, but we were a good team and got it done again…. I can’t say enough about this place! Love it!

Zaira is amazing! She has been cutting our grandson’s hair since he was a toddler, he is 12 now. He is on the autism spectrum and did not like haircuts. Zaria was particularly aware of his autism and has spent years developing a relation with him. He now ask for haircuts with Zaira. We love her!!!

For sure coming back!! Today we had my daughters first hair cut and Cookie Cutters and we were so amazed at how this place is run. My daughter didn't even want to leave because she was having so much fun. Her hair looks amazing and the customer service was excellent! Definitely recommend 👌

I was very nervous to get my son's haircut for the first time but Liz did an amazing job and was so good about making sure he was comfortable each step of the way. Also to all the single moms there is this hunky man who works there (AJ) if you need some eye candy while your kid gets their hair cut 😉. All the employees are super sweet and great with the children and I would definitely recommend

Hair cutter had No patience, was flustered and agitated, made rude comments about my son and his hair, did a horrible haircut that was no where near what we asked for and showed pictures of. Will never return.

Love the place, been bringing my toddler here for a year..although I was not satisfied with my most recent experience. Kristin seemed irritated the entire time, made comments under her breath and when my daughter simply told her that she wasn’t able to hear the tv very well, she told her to “calm down” (my five year old was more calm than she was). She definitely had a pessimistic and unprofessional attitude and made both my daughter and I uncomfortable. Not sure I’ll be returning.

Zaira was absolutely amazing and so helpful. She was very patient and made my son comfortable and getting him to talk (very shy). Love the cut!
